The breath of the Pangu Sky Splitting Axe was transmitted to the Heavenly Mechanism Pavilion in no time.

This breath was so familiar that the undying denizens, who shared her senses, immediately felt it.

"This is the aura of the Sky-opening Axe!"

"If Sun Wukong gets hold of the Sky-opening Axe, I fear we are no match for him!"

"Nine, act now!"

The undying denizens could not wait any longer.

The lady put down the book in her hands, having almost finished learning the Heavenly Dao. Sun Wukong was too powerful, and to be cautious, it would be better to kill him before furthering her studies.

Now was the time to seize the Heavenly Dao.

She stepped out of the Heavenly Mechanism Pavilion, and a cold and deathly breath surged towards the sky, penetrating the heavens. Everyone who felt this breath was overwhelmed and fell to the ground.

"Which demon dares to wreak havoc here!"

Hundreds of Immortal Lights rose from various parts of the Heavenly Mechanism Pavilion, all mighty Heavenly Immortal Officials.

These Immortal Officials, carrying a majestic glory, did not distinguish between the fore and aft. Turning into a sheet of Immortal Light, they swooped down from the sky covering the firmament.

The lady did not even glance at them.

"Back off!"

With just two words from her, an extremely terrifying aura of death erupted from her side, stirring the winds and clouds all around, tearing through the sky.

"Ah!"

The Immortal Officials were caught off guard and blasted apart, falling to the ground like comets.

"Nine, Sun Wukong is extremely powerful, you go find Hua Biao first!"

The voice of the undying denizens came to the lady's ears again: "The totem within Hua Biao can transform into your power, strong enough to summon us!"

"Understood."

The lady nodded, and glanced around.

"It's over there."

She looked to the left, and suddenly, with a flash of divine light, her body disappeared!

"What!"

The regrouped Immortal Officials were shocked. How could this lady vanish under their watchful eyes? What kind of being was she?

Before they had time to ponder the answer, the lady appeared within an Immortal Mountain and Immortal Forest in the Eastern Divine Continent.

She looked around and then frowned.

"It doesn't seem to be here."

No doubt, she was amid an Immortal Realm, surrounded by Immortal Fruit and Flowers, with strands of Immortal Clouds entwining the treetops.

Looking far into the distance, the horizon was also shrouded in auspicious light, peaceful and serene.

The richness of this Immortal Realm was no less than that of Hua Biao Cave Heaven, but being encircled by towering mountains and ranges, it was silent without the presence of what she sought.

There was no Hua Biao here.

"We've been tricked into a trap!"

The voices in the lady's ear realized.

"Sun Wukong must have found us!"

"Nine, quickly leave that place!"

Before the undying denizens' voices finished, an aura that seemed to ignite the lady's Divine Soul appeared, as an immortal slaughtering god suddenly descended from the heavens.

The lady abruptly looked up, seeing a column of magma-forged light pierce the sky, eclipsing the sun with its speed so swift that it filled her view in the blink of an eye.

"Boom"

A fierce impact erupted in the Immortal Realm, shaking the mountains violently.

The light column descended from the heavens, the terrifying impact creating a long crack along the ground and crashing into a high mountain, causing it to fracture.

The sound "boom boom boom" traveled tens of miles as the lady was hit by the pillar of light, her body smashing through mountains, her skin split, blood spewing from her mouth.

She barely managed to stop tens of miles away, wiping the blood from the corner of her mouth, she stood up.

Looking up, she saw two figures approaching, one gracefully ethereal, the other enveloped in golden flames, eyes blazing with undying fire.

The latter's figure was one that could be seen in statues all across the Three Realms.

"Sun Wukong!"

The lady tensed, activating the Great Method, her body radiating light, with constellations swirling in her eyes.

"Brother, your trap isn't well made; it seems someone else has broken in."

Immortal Zhenyuan glanced at the lady, then sensed familiar presences nearby.

"I know."

Sun Wukong stretched out his right hand, retrieving the massive light column, hovering above the clouds looking down at the lady: "I'll watch her, you go and give them a heads-up."

"Alright."

Immortal Zhenyuan chose a direction and dropped towards the west.

There, an array of auras familiar to Sun Wukong lingered; Qing Yuanzi, Lingji Bodhisattva, Nezha... Oddly enough, even Fairy Daji was there.

What were they doing here?

Sun Wukong's ears twitched slightly.

"Dig quicker, dig quicker!"

Qing Yuanzi's voice came through: "This desolate wilderness has suddenly become an earthly Immortal Realm, there must be treasures emerging!"

"If we find a lovely treasure, it shall be gifted to Fairy Daji!"

The voice belonged to Lingji Bodhisattva.

Sun Wukong heard this and couldn't help but shake his head.

Such fools!

Now wasn't the time to concern himself with them.

Sun Wukong looked at the lady; her injuries had almost vanished, her skin flawless.

The lady's body flickered, appearing in the sky, without the slightest fluctuation of mana—such was the pinnacle of the Tao, even flesh and blood could traverse the void.

"You indeed are not simple."

Sun Wukong spoke, his voice as though it could crush the heavens.

"You think this Immortal Realm can contain me?"

The lady's body shone with light: "I can leave this place at any time!"

"Too late!"

Sun Wukong shook his head, sensing that Immortal Zhenyuan had already made contact with Qing Yuanzi and the others.

As his words fell, Sun Wukong stepped forth, appearing in front of the lady.

However, the lady was also quick to react. Almost simultaneously, she retreated and reappeared a hundred miles away.

"I have been waiting for you!"

Another voice resounded, it was Emperor Yao.

Crimson sword light unfolded around him, weaving a vast net that tangled the space around the lady.

Angered, the lady's eyes blazed with dazzling stars.

"You think you can stop me!"

But this was a trap Sun Wukong had long prepared, no chance was given to her.

"Come with me!"

Sun Wukong pointed, and a tide of blazing light erupted, engulfing the entire Immortal Realm.

After a burst of radiant light, all life in the Immortal Realm disappeared.
