Eternal Cultivation of Alchemy

Chapter 3753: Notified

Chapter 3753: Notified

Alex knew he couldn’t have won the fight. But he didn’t even come close to being able to stand a chance. Without using the Blood Devil or the battle array, he simply had no method of improving the strength of his attacks to a point where a Divinity would worry.

After a short fight, he lost as well.

Since that was the last thing on their agenda, Alex took the group and left.

Battlesage wanted to find more such Divinities around the Red Heaven Realm, so he departed from the group, leaving in search of more. Meanwhile, Alex took the three women to several new places where they could fight and train.

Alex himself trained in Intent as well. And when he got the chance, he filled his Origins too.

It was all they did going forward all day, every day, with no changes to their routine whatsoever for the foreseeable future.

While the Red Heaven Realm continued, the thing it was meant to replace but never could had also opened around the same time.

In the Three Jewel World, the Godkiller’s Tomb accepted up to ten thousand participants, but they never had enough tickets to match that number. No one really knew how many of the beasts and demons had come there this time around, as the teleportation there was hidden from everyone else, but from the human side alone, there had been close to 3000 people.

No one knew what anyone was going to obtain from inside the tomb, but everyone was excited for whatever they could get. And in case something important was found, many Gods, Sages, and Reverends gathered around the place to learn what it was.

Ashmaker had made his way there as well, as the Celestial’s Cradle was a single teleportation jump away from the Three Jewel World. Here, he stayed inside a palace close to where the tomb was. Despite his status as a Half-God, he dared not get any closer to the tomb. Who knew what trap the Godkiller had laid for actual gods like him?

As such, all he could do was stay around but not try to interfere. That was what all gods did anyway.

He wanted answers for the current changes to him, which he still failed to understand. The sudden lack of incoming Primordial energy wasn’t something he could so easily ignore, and yet he hadn’t found a single answer, even when he tried asking Heaven.

And the other Half-Gods hadn’t been helpful either.

The only solace he had at the moment was that he was not the only one this was happening to. The Winter God too suffered from a similar situation.

A single word from his most direct follower roused him from his deep cultivation.

"What is it, Flameverse?" he asked.

"Your Fierceness, someone has come asking for your audience," a woman’s voice came from outside the room. "They claim to have information you will want to hear."

"Who is it?" Ashmaker asked.

"I do not know, Your Fierceness. And he refuses to identify himself," the woman said. "I was going to throw him out, but he claims to have a fix for your situation."

Ashmaker’s eyes narrowed.

"Someone is rather bold. Have him wait for me in the palace hall."

Half an hour later, the half-clad Fire God made his way into the palace hall and found a relatively young man sitting in the room. The young man wasn’t just young, but also quite weak. Only an Immortal.

The young man didn’t react to the Fire God’s arrival. He didn’t bow, nor did he greet. He simply sat where he was, watching the Fire God enter.

Ashmaker watched the young man’s eyes as he walked over and sat on the main seat in the palace hall. "You brought me out of my cultivation. If you do not make this worth my time, you will die."

The young man showed no expression of fear. He simply spoke his next words.

"There is another God of Fire."

Ashmaker’s eyes narrowed. "What?"

"More accurately, this one claims to be the Sun God. But he is the God of Fire and Yang, just like you."

"Stop. What are you saying? There’s someone else comparable to me out there?" Ashmaker asked.

"Comparable? No. He’s weak. Far too weak. He’s only an Immortal, and the power he holds is pitiful to the point where most people don’t even realize he is a god," the young man said. "But that doesn’t change the fact that he is a god, and he holds dominion over the same elements as you."

Ashmaker stared at the man. "Who is this person?"

"His name is Dawnblade. He’s the one named Destroyer. The one who is said to bring doom to this world, dead or alive," the young man said.

Ashmaker frowned. "Isn’t that the kid the Storm God is obsessed with?"

"The very same," the young man said. "He is currently in the Sky God’s Palace. Several gods have been aware of his new Half-God status, but none of them chose to warn you of it. So, I was sent here by my master to do so."

Ashmaker slowly nodded. "You did well. If this thing is true, you shall be rewarded. Tell me, how do you wish to be rewarded?"

The young man showed no change in emotion. "There is only one thing I have to ask of you, Fire God."

"Go ahead. Anything," Ashmaker said.

"You should have either already been notified, or will soon be notified, in regard to the arrival of a Demon asking for a peace meeting. For discussion, the Sky God will call for all the gods to converge upon the Sky God Realm," the young man said.

"I believe that is true," Ashmaker said. "What of it?"

"Please use your influence to gather all the gods there, including the ones that may not want to go," the young man requested.

"Sounds easy enough. Is that it?"

"One more thing. You will fight young Dawnblade to reclaim your title, no doubt," the young man said. "When you do, please make it the biggest spectacle you can."
