Chapter 3820: Six Star God Flesh Yielding Technique

Chapter 3820: Six Star God Flesh Yielding Technique

Alex walked over once the Artifact God brought out the scale.

"So let me get this straight. We are using the Refractive Crystal to add more Refractive aura into the shield than it will already have. We will use the Nightwood Amber to coat the underside in order to make activation as quick as possible, and then we’ll use the Fire water to erase most of the Daos we don’t need."

"Yes," she said. "But not in that order. Purge the unnecessary aura first with the water, refine the crystal into the scale, and then use the amber."

Alex nodded. "Okay. And what about afterward? How do we get it to be an actual shield? Have you decided how large you want it to be?"

She nodded. "Sort of. It’s going to be a decent size, though not this big. We’ll need to shape it properly for that, and then we can add all the decorative elements of the artifact, if we need any. The hardest part will be the Qi lines, but I’m sure I won’t make a mistake."

Alex looked at the massive Flood Dragon’s scale with a weird look in his eyes. "So, how exactly does it work?" he asked. "The Inheritance. How exactly are you going to be able to work with something that came from a Primordial beast?"

The Artifact God looked at him with a strange expression in her eyes. "Did you not bother going through the inheritance yet?" she asked.

"Not yet. Should I have?" Alex asked. "I was waiting for you to tell me I’m ready to consume that knowledge since I’m worried it will be lost on me."

"Well, it’s simple, really," the Artifact God said. "We make the material weak without destroying it. We carefully work on it, and then we remove the weakness to return it to its previous state."

"Huh?"

Alex hadn’t been expecting something so simple. "That’s it?"

"Yes," the god answered. "I was surprised myself when I realized how simple it really is. The technique that makes it happen is slightly difficult."

She looked toward Alex. "Do it. See what you can learn from it."

"Do we have the time?" Alex asked.

"You’re fast at learning, aren’t you? I’m sure you can do it quickly," she said. "Don’t learn the technique itself. Just accept the inheritance."

Alex was rather curious at this point. He found a space in the corner of the workshop and sat there with his eyes closed. He reached for the inheritance that he had gained from Godslayer and slowly extracted all the knowledge inside of it to fully understand it.

As he did, he was immediately taken aback by the amount of information he was receiving. It wasn’t a lot at all. It wasn’t little either, but considering that the information was supposed to be something that could help convert Primordial materials into artifacts, it was pitifully little.

Once the information settled into his mind, Alex looked through it and found it to be in two parts. One part was a technique. And the other was the knowledge of how that technique worked, as well as how it could be used.

It was called the Six Star God Flesh Yielding Technique.

Alex didn’t try to learn it. Instead, he looked into the information he had gained about the technique.

The technique had two forms. One was called the Reducing Form. And the other, the Building Form.

The Reducing Form caused a combination of three auras to form at once. Softness, Malleability, and Melting.

"A Water, a Metal, and a Fire aura?" Alex said out loud, quite surprised.

Their purpose in their entirety was to reduce the Primordial material from being indestructible down to something that could be worked with.

It reduced the hardness of the material, made it soft, and even tried to melt it so that it could be reshaped better. Altogether, these three auras made it so that any material could be easily manipulated into being used by someone weaker.

The Building Form was the opposite of the Reducing Form. While the Reducing Form reduced the material into a weaker, workable state, the Building Form built it back to being the same premium material as it was before.

It held the opposite three auras to the ones that were used before.

Hardness to counter the Softness.

Rigidity to counter the Malleability.

And Freezing to counter the Melting.

An Earth, Earth, and Water aura.

The three Reducing and three Building auras together formed the Six Stars that were named in the technique.

Alex opened his eyes with a clear understanding of the technique. He looked up to see the Artifact God watching him with her arms crossed. "How was it?" she asked.

It had been barely a few minutes since Alex had sat down. This was perhaps the fastest he had ever received an inheritance. That was likely because it was already something that he had inside of him by now in the form of a memory and simply needed to access it to remember it.

"I got it. I haven’t learned the technique, but I understand how it works," Alex said. "Though, if I’m not wrong, you need 4 different Spirit roots, don’t you?"

The Artifact God nodded. "Technically, yes, but we can make do without them. I have several artifacts that can help replace the necessary Spirit roots to create the auras. I will teach you later how to prepare these artifacts all on your own."

"Would I need them?" Alex asked. "I have all seven Spirit roots."

The Artifact God paused. "All seven?"

Alex nodded.

She frowned slightly. "Are they of good quality?"

Alex nodded again. He didn’t think it necessary to tell her that three of them were Supreme roots.

"Urgh!" The woman let out a grumble. "How do you have all the good things?"

Alex chuckled slightly.

"Anyway, getting back to the task at hand, since you understand what we’re going to do now, come and watch," she said. "I need the scale to be workable, so I’m going to use the technique directly on it."
