Chapter 2424: The Crown Prince’s Empire

There was no one present in the court who had any allegiance to the late Crown Prince.

While the previous Crown Prince did have his loyal confidants, the Fourth Prince, once he ascended to the throne, ensured that those loyal to his predecessor were removed. Shao Yunduan’s eyes flickered with a hint of derision. The former Princess Consort was as foolish as ever, attempting to coerce the ministers with her words. Her efforts would only backfire.
