Wizard: Start with Biological Transformation to Grind Experience

Chapter 264 - 015: You can do anything

Chapter 264: 015: You can do anything

You couldn’t exactly call it surprising. After all, this world has always been quite open about such things. Lynch had heard about similar scenes long ago, and even wilder ones.

But witnessing all of this in person, Lynch couldn’t help but feel a bit sentimental, mainly due to the contrast with the personalities.

These girls weren’t bar dancers; they were Wizard Apprentices possessing Extraordinary Power, already gods in the eyes of mortals, the true wielders of power in this world.

In their respective Wizard Organizations, the personas they built externally were goddesses, pure and untouchable, objects of many a Muggle wizard’s dreams, worth chasing for a lifetime.

Yet here, they were like dogs… no, not even as good as dogs…

They had lost all personality and self; they were purely and simply toys.

Blair, lounging on a chair, laughed wantonly at Lynch, “How about it, pal? Feeling like a country bumpkin? But I have to tell you, this is nothing.”

“On this land, make a wish in the morning, and we can make it happen by the afternoon.”

“Whether it’s a rare beast you want, a girl from any Wizard Organization you’ve got your eye on, or something else interesting you want to do.”

“Embrace it, don’t think there’s anything wrong with it.”

“We’re Wizards, exalted Wizards, everything in this world rightfully belongs to us.”

“Think about it: if it weren’t for our efforts maintaining the order of this world, imagine what chaos it would be in. So, accept it with peace of mind and enjoy it to the fullest.”

“Welcome to the world of Wizards.”

Blair settled back comfortably into a chaise lounge, sipping a cup of Faity’s Fruit Brew while flirting with Lynch.

At this moment, Julia, standing naked in front of Lynch, had hesitated, unsure what to do next or perhaps feeling constrained.

Blair voiced his displeasure, “Princess Julia, did you come here just to be an ornament? Don’t you see my friend is still alone and bored there? He really likes you, so don’t disappoint him, okay?”

Julia’s cheeks flushed red, and she quickly kneeled in front of Lynch, speaking hesitantly, “Master, shall we… play something… anything is fine… let Julia do anything.”

Her expression was tense, her eyes evasive, and even her speech was stuttering, as if reciting lines from a script.

Blair furrowed his brow slightly, as this was what he most disliked about group activities: someone acting pretentious, thinking they’re sophisticated, when they could have declined if unwilling, and given the opportunity to others, many of whom would be desperate for it.

Julia seemed to sense Blair’s dissatisfaction, thought for a moment, and then, blushing, raised her hand towards Lynch’s waist.

However, at that moment, Lynch caught her wrist.

Lynch lifted her pointed chin with a finger and looked at her with a smile, “Can you really do anything?”

The girl avoided Lynch’s gaze, shyly saying, “Mm…”

“Well, that’s great.”

Lynch nodded, then snapped his fingers with a ’snap,’ and out of a cloud of smoke fell a thick book.

The cover read: “Thousand Character Spell Exam Preparation 1000 Selected Questions.”

Lynch handed the book to Julia in front of him, simultaneously grabbing a cloak from the floor to drape over her. “Help me work on this question book.”

No need to discuss whether Blair genuinely wanted to befriend him or had ulterior motives. In any case, Lynch wasn’t foolish enough to expose himself to strangers, and such an absurd gathering didn’t align with his style.

For him, personal matters should remain private.

Julia, holding the question book, stood there bewildered, clearly unsure how to process Lynch’s actions.

Blair frowned.

He had been kind enough to invite him here, even arranging a girl he liked, and now Lynch was pulling this. Anyone would feel unsatisfied, wouldn’t they?

Lynch continued, “Don’t invite me to such gatherings in the future; I won’t be attending.”

Blair was momentarily stunned but quickly caught on.

He hurriedly explained, “I was abrupt, but I assure you, Lynch, my friend, everyone present is trustworthy, and today’s events won’t reach Avery’s ears.”

Lynch wanted to say it had nothing to do with Avery; it was simply that he didn’t like it. Not liking it was just not liking it.

But he realized explaining was pointless.

So he spoke bluntly, “I think I have to go, Wizard Blair, I have an experiment at home to conduct.”

He was a normal male, and while he was psychologically repulsed by such scenes, he couldn’t deny the physiological impact. Staying there, Lynch worried he might end up ruled by his desires.

Lynch considered his subconscious personality rather twisted; usually, his interactions with Avery were varied, and sometimes he fantasized about outlandish things like transforming himself into a tentacle monster or fitting appliances to enhance pleasure, turning a girl into a personal outlet for desire, and so forth.

More terrifyingly, he had the ability, resources, and means to realize these fantasies! If he wanted, these ideas could absolutely become reality!

The reason such things have never happened, and he’s never turned twisted, is largely due to his boundaries.

Lynch had drawn multiple lines for himself, and these lines confined his behavior in all aspects, maintaining his personality, providing the basis for his existence in this world.

If he crossed those self-imposed lines for temporary satisfaction today, Lynch was uncertain how distorted he’d become in the future; he’d cease to exist in this world by then.

“Alright.”

Blair didn’t insist, or rather, he was too immersed in enjoyment to think of anything else.

Closing his eyes, he said, “I’ll copy the handwriting and have it sent to you later.”

“Well then, farewell.”

“Farewell.”

Lynch turned and left.

Holding the question book Lynch had handed her, Julia stood there, unsure of what to do. She was brought here to serve Lynch, but now that he had left, she was at a loss.

Perhaps finding her in the way, Blair said impatiently, “Don’t just stand there. Didn’t he ask you to do the questions? Go to the next room and work on it.”

To others, Julia was a beautiful and noble Princess, the dream goddess countless apprentices wished for, but to Blair and his ilk, she was just an uninteresting puppet not worth their time.

They preferred those who were well-trained, able to bring joy on their own initiative. Had it not been because Lynch liked her, she wouldn’t even have qualified to step through this door today.

Julia left with the question book, and the moment she stepped out of the palace, she inexplicably felt a sigh of relief, an indescribable sense of relaxation spreading through her body.

Her numbed soul seemed to have awakened, and the part of her consciousness that truly belonged to her returned to her mind.

Julia was bitter.

It had taken great effort to convince herself to accept the rules of this world, to let go of dignity, to conform to this world, and she’d thought she was ready…

But it was only at this moment she truly felt like herself rather than someone else’s toy.

’But what next?’

Under current rules, being a plaything for noble Purebloods was a coveted opportunity many sought; Julia knew well that after today, no one would invite her again, and she’d lose access to the resources and future this circle provided…

’Never mind, one step at a time…’

Shaking her head, Julia dispelled her chaotic thoughts, glanced at the test questions in her hand, and inadvertently thought of Lynch who had just left, her eyes filled with curiosity.

Lynch had risen meteorically, known for his achievements, and Julia was naturally aware of him. So she was a bit surprised today to learn her companion was him.

Initially, she thought he was just lucky to be famous, like other men, indulging recklessly after gaining power.

But when they actually met, Julia found it wasn’t like that at all.

Blair and others assumed Lynch was holding back due to concerns, but standing in front of him, Julia knew that wasn’t the case; he didn’t act out of restraint but rather purely out of self-discipline.

Yes, from up close, Julia saw and felt that he liked her body very much and wanted to possess it, but in the end, he controlled his desires.

Growing up in the Court, Julia had been exposed to many kinds of people, thinking she understood them, believing she knew men’s true natures, never believing that men of high moral character existed in this world.

Yet what happened today genuinely surprised her.

“What a strange person.”

She gazed curiously in the direction where Lynch had left.
