I may not publish everyday, but that's still an average of 2k words per day, lmao. We got to see the completion of one volume and are close to halfway through the second volume, I pray I can keep this speed up for the rest of publication because we've still got a long way to go.

And I intend to keep going till I'm done with all ten planned volumes... one step at a time.

Soon, we'll be reaching the climax of this Extermination with the last two chapters of the Bladedaughter/Bladefather fights, but that's just a prelude to the true climax coming at chapters 97-99. Some of you might have a pretty good idea of what's coming if you read that teaser when Volume 1 ended.

This last half of Act 2 is one of the coolest things I've ever written, and Act 3 is just starting to get into one of my favorite arcs of the series. Here's a hint for the curious:

Super excited. Hope y'all are too. Here's to Year 2 of CyberGene, where we'll hopefully see the end of Volume 2 with Acts 3 and 4. Where Is My Mind? And Master of Puppets. And of course, the event I've been leading up to... The Clash of Blood and Steel. After a bit of a break, Volume 3: Graves and Flowers, where I hope to get through at least the first two Acts which I've decided are called What I've Done and Highway To Hell, depending on the amount of chapters I might be able to squeeze its third Act: Bed of Roses towards the end of 2026. I honestly do not see Volume 3 or 4 being close to the length Volume 2 ended up being.

And many more years are still to come for Volumes 4-10, and we'll get there one step at a time.
