From Slave to King: My Rebate System Built Me a Kingdom With Beauties!

Chapter 61: Begin!

The two parties were prepared for battle. Trogzit wasn't given a weapon, but neither was Gribnox.

They were going to use their fists and fight to their heart's content, pummeling each other until they were given the instruction to stop.

However, Gribnox was at a disadvantage because their entire plan relied on Trogzit holding back.

Drekk was seated at an elevated position with the other goblins stationed on the ground, each eager to see the outcome of this fight.

Byung, who was the stand-in Baron, sat beside Drekk and observed the proceedings.

Byung could tell right away that Trogzit was uncomfortable with whatever situation he had found himself in.

But there was nothing he could do right now because the fight was about to begin and this was his first time experiencing this thing called the bloodfest.

"Begin!" Drekk screamed at the top of his lungs. He had calmed himself before coming out here, which was why Byung didn't see the same version Trogzit had seen.

Gribnox was scared but knew he had to wait for his turn to land a hit on Trogzit—just like Byung had taught him.

"Huh?" Gribnox muttered under his breath the moment he saw Trogzit's eyes fixed on him like a predator sizing up prey.

Trogzit charged at him, prompting Gribnox to take a step back, but Trogzit closed the distance in a heartbeat.

He threw a jab at Gribnox's midsection—the only place he couldn't move fast enough, being the heaviest part of his body.

The punch landed right on his stomach, causing a ripple effect as his skin quivered like the waves of an ocean.

Gribnox immediately dropped to his knees, coughing up saliva. But the thing about a bloodfest was—there had to be blood. And a lot of it.

Gribnox felt like his innards were about to rupture, tears already welling in his eyes, but Trogzit knew he couldn't end this quickly.

He had to satisfy Drekk's bloodlust with his performance—a sacrifice to his master.

Trogzit kicked him square in the face soon after, forcing Gribnox onto his back before climbing on top of him.

He clenched his fist, looking Gribnox dead in the eye before slamming it right into his face.

He repeated the motion over and over again.

Byung knew Gribnox stood no chance, but he had to make him believe he did—because all it took was that one punch.

Drekk didn't look impressed by the outcome; there wasn't enough blood.

"Gribnox! You can do it!" Byung screamed at the top of his lungs, and everywhere went silent for a moment.

Even Trogzit's fist stopped midair for a second, granting Gribnox a moment to defend himself.

Gribnox managed to push him off.

He had durability thanks to his size, and Byung had told him one more thing in case he didn't get the chance to land a hit—as this was a likely possibility.

A plan B had to be devised.

He had to find a way to grab and smother Trogzit under his immense weight.

However, Byung's cheer had drawn Drekk back into the equation as his eyes lit up with interest.

Trogzit kissed his teeth in irritation—not because Gribnox had mounted a comeback, but because Byung had just made things much worse for him.

Maui found out the filtered truth from Borg and felt betrayed by Kragg. He had already sent her on a needless mission, so nothing from him surprised her anymore.

Maui was beginning to understand she couldn't trust him anymore, and there was one thing Byung never did—even if it put him at risk.

He never lied to her.

The orcs that were supposedly superior couldn't handle something so basic.

But this was all going the way Byung had predicted. He knew there were things Maui couldn't tell him.

However, the most important part was that their goals were beginning to align.

Maui understood how her kind operated, so having her by his side was a game changer.

He didn't have to worry about anything regarding her loyalty.

Maui might be a whore, but secrets were often told in brothels. She was the recipient of those secrets—if not directly, then through her girls.

She shuffled through a box and then another, clearly looking for something even if she wasn't finding it at the moment.

"Where is it?" she muttered under her breath as frustration slowly crept up on her.

She had a timeframe to return, but Maui also knew she could stay a little longer because she had invaluable information regarding Murkfang.

She couldn't wait to tell them the humans had taken him, because it was sure to send the goblins into an uprising.

The humans were already on bad terms with the orcs. They called them beasts yet laid with them to satisfy their cocks?

Maui knew if the goblins and orcs teamed up to fight back against them, they might have a chance at winning.

They had to put aside their differences, even though she knew Kragg would do no such thing.

She had to find a way to convince him that the goblins were better as allies than enemies.

"Are you looking for this?" a voice said behind her.

Maui turned her head and noticed it was Kragg standing at the door.

He had blocked her path, leaving her no way to slip past him—and Maui froze in terror.

"I was wondering why you came back and didn't inform me of the goblin the humans had," Kragg said, clearly disappointed.

There was no way she wouldn't have sensed a goblin who pissed himself—unless she was hiding that information from him.

In his hand were her dual crescent moon swords, and Kragg looked her dead in the eye.

"You planned to wield your weapon again, just not for me." Kragg's face was anything but pleased as Borg stepped out of the shadows.

"I told you whores couldn't be trusted," Borg said with a condescending smirk—and Maui didn't need to be told Kragg was being manipulated by the younger orc.
