Plotter also explained the Entity Structure System to them as though they were in a college lecture hall.

For example, Rayen learned the three other branches in the Entitiy System: the Scribes, the Binders, and lastly, the Librarians.

As expected, the Overseers are the ones in the highest order of these groups, with Plotter being the head of the Scribes and the Director as the head of the Binders.

As for the head of the Librarians, it was some scrawny old man — annoying and old-fashioned.

It was Plotter who said that. It's not in any way Rayen's own words!

The Librarians, in a way, are the ones responsible on predicting the fate. Their ability is to read the fate lines from the past Life Books, and it's their duty to pass it onto the Scribes.

Then, the Scribes are the ones responsible in writing down the trajectory of someone's fate into the pages of the Life Books.

Meanwhile, the Binders would receive the written book page and "bind" it to the Life Book, effectively securing the fate of the owner of the Life Book.

But beyond the Overseers, there was the one and only Existence called the "World Immortal", born from the pure wish of the whole world.

'Then... as pseudo-Existences, are we way above even from the Overseers?'

Just as Rayen was feeling overwhelmed by the huge amount of information, Plotter clapped his hands, waking him out of his trance.

"I guess those information are sufficient already. Let's proceed to today's main agenda."

Rayen feigned a cough when he met Plotter's odd gaze.

'Did he see me spacing out?'

"Gather round! We're going to start assigning your roles!"

Hearing those words Rayen and the others stood up. He glanced around his teammates, curiosity piqued.

It was now time for the role competition.

'I wonder what's the competition about?'

Yet, before the nine of them could ready themselves, Plotter clapped his hands once more.

Then, a giant roulette literally fell out of nowhere before them.

'What the hell is this roulette for?'

The others were also wondering about the same thing, their brows scrunched in confusion.

Rayen observed the giant roulette. However, it doesn't have anything on it.

Still, an ominous feeling kept bugging Rayen as he continued to observe it.

"To help me decide who will get what role, I gathered each of the individual managers."

The individual managers nodded at the same time.

"Let's start from the Dance Line," Plotter instructed. "Those who were nominated for the Dance Line roles, please step forward."

Unsurprisingly, Yeo Haru and Xu Jiji stepped forward, followed by Mr. Big News and Xi Huan.

At the same time these four stepped up, their names appeared on the roulette beside Plotter.

The ominous feeling in Rayen's chest became even stronger.

'Don't tell me...'

"Are you questioning my ways?"

Plotter grinned, but his eyes remained sharp.

'Yeo Haru, stop! Look at his face!'

However, Yeo Haru seemed to have not read the air.

"Yes!" he responded.

Rayen totally gave up on Yeo Haru.

Still, Plotter's ways was truly questionable. Even though Rayen wanted to stop Yeo Haru on aggressively taking Plotter's aggro, they were of the same mind.

He would just pray that Yeo Haru would survive after this. And if not, then…

'Rest in peace, our dear Yeo Haru.'

Plotter unexpectedly answered properly though.

"As Entities, we are guardians of fate, so fate favors us. By doing this, we are letting fate tell us the most favorable candidate."

His response stumped Yeo Haru and the others. It didn't really help with their doubts.

'In a sense, it's just based on who will win Mother Luck's favor? And you call this a competition?!'

Plotter chuckled. "Since no one has anything more to say, let's proceed. We will decide by points. The one who gets the highest points will be the Main Dancer. Then the lower points would respectively be placed on the lead and sub positions."

One by one, the nine individual managers stepped forward to spin the roulette.

A few minutes later, the Main Dancer was decided.

Xu Jiji's points: 4

Yeo Haru's points: 2

Mr. Big News: 2

Xi Huan: 1

Those who has the same number of points would be assigned to the same role.
