"Alright... time to show how a true Rogue fights."

Kuro gripped both daggers tightly, eyes fixed on the Stone Gnoll before him. His skill bar blinked—Quick Step, Shadow Strike, and Camouflage, all ready.

The beast lumbered forward. Its body, made of solid rock, radiated power. Each step caused the dungeon floor to tremble.

The Gnoll roared, slamming its fist down. The ground cracked.

"Camouflage!"

Kuro faded into the shadows, darting behind the beast.

"Backstab!"

He struck at the spine.

The monster staggered but retaliated swiftly.

"Quick Step!"

Kuro narrowly dodged. A stone fist whooshed past, scraping his shoulder.

"Damn… I can't take many of those. I have to keep moving."

He lunged at the beast's leg.

The Gnoll roared again—

"Seriously? Now it's faster too?"

Kuro retreated behind a pillar, calming his breath.

"Pattern. I need a pattern—Dodge, strike, hide."

Skill cycle:

Quick Step → Dodge

Shadow Strike → Attack

Camouflage → Vanish

Backstab → Hit again

Cycle after cycle, chipping its health down.

Finally—

CRACK! The monster dropped to one knee.

"This ends now!"

Kuro sprinted forward, leapt, and drove both daggers into its head.

BOOM!

The Stone Gnoll exploded into blue light.
