I Become The Richest Man With A monthly Salary of Twenty Thousand Yuan

Chapter 401: See You Again If Destined

Xia Liang nodded. "Of course!"

Liu Zhendong's face lit up with excitement, and he was about to speak when Xia Liang smiled and continued, "This mall had issues with its layout from the start, which severely limits its Feng Shui potential. The factors that affect Feng Shui aren't just the interior decorations; other elements are at play. If you're willing to demolish the entire mall and rebuild it according to my plan, I guarantee its Feng Shui will be the best in the country!"

"Er…" Liu Zhendong's smile froze. Demolish the whole thing? He couldn't bear the thought.

"You should think about your situation with Yuan Zhenguo first," Xia Liang said suddenly.

At the mention of that name, Liu Zhendong's expression turned grim. After all, Yuan Zhenguo held a majority of the shares in this mall.

"You'll have to face this ordeal sooner or later. It won't be easy to avoid." Xia Liang smiled and pulled out a peace charm. "But five peace charms should be enough."

Liu Zhendong paused for a moment, then hastily said, "Heavenly Master, in that case, I'll buy five… no, ten… twenty of them!"

[Notification: Payment received, two yuan!]

After completing the transaction, Liu Zhendong hurriedly hung the entire string of peace charms around his neck.

"Master Xia Tian, this is just the payment for the peace charms. As for the Feng Shui consultation, this matter is too important, and I haven't decided how to thank you properly yet. Once I've prepared a suitable gift of gratitude, I will personally visit you tomorrow."

The usually lofty Liu Zhendong, after putting on the peace charms, was grinning like a happy, chubby child.

After leaving, Xia Liang went straight to the villa community he had been gifted. He strolled leisurely to the entrance, where the security guard saw him, walked over, and gave a professional salute.

"Sir, all visitors must register."

Xia Liang was taken aback for a moment before smiling. "I'm a resident here."

The security guard looked puzzled. "A resident? Sir, I don't believe I've seen you before." In upscale communities like this, especially the villa sector, a guard's primary duty was to memorize the face of every owner. Although Xia Liang looked unfamiliar, the guard remained perfectly courteous.

Xia Liang took out his key card. "My villa is Building 8, Block B. It was a gift from Boss Gao Hesheng." He smiled as he handed his ID and key card to the guard. "Gao Hesheng, Qian Donglai, and Liu Zhendong—all three of them are my friends."

A flash of surprise crossed the guard's eyes. While those three weren't the absolute wealthiest residents in the community, he certainly knew who they were. This ordinary-looking young man is on equal footing with three big bosses?

The guard didn't dare to be neglectful and hurried back to the guardhouse to verify Xia Liang's identity. A moment later, he came jogging back out, saluting again. "Hello, Mister Xia. Your identity has been verified. You are indeed a resident of this villa community."

With that, he immediately opened the gate.

"Thank you," Xia Liang said, taking back the key card with a smile. "You're quite diligent. Here's a small reminder for you: you left the gas on at home."

"My gas?" The guard froze for a second. Then, as if remembering something, his face paled. He gave Xia Liang a deep bow and sprinted away.

Xia Liang continued walking into the villa community. His block, Block B, was right in the center of the development, about a kilometer away. He decided to slow his pace and leisurely enjoy the scenery along the road.

Looks like the landscaping here is well done, and the Feng Shui is excellent.

His gaze swept over the area, noticing a faint golden aura flowing throughout. It was clearly a high-end community, though still a far cry from his own villa. The sound of birds and the fragrance of flowers filled the air. Every possible space, aside from the houses and roads, had been beautifully landscaped, filling the air with a fresh scent. In the center of the community was a luxurious swimming pool, decorative rockeries, and a small playground.

It was no surprise that such a place, with Feng Shui that gathered wind and harbored water, was home to a host of tycoons.

Just then, the roar of an engine sounded from behind him. A sleek Porsche Macan pulled up beside Xia Liang.

"Excuse me, do you know where Building 9, Block B is?"

Inside the car was a young, lightly dressed woman. Her long hair cascaded down her back like a waterfall, and she radiated a youthful energy.

"Building 9, Block B?" Xia Liang frowned. Isn't that right next to my villa? He remembered seeing the villa's location in Gao Hesheng's mind when he received the key card the day before.

"It's right next to my place," Xia Liang said with a smile.

The young woman's eyes lit up. "Could you show me the way?"

"Of course," Xia Liang nodded. He was heading home anyway, so when she gestured, he got right into the passenger seat.

He gave her a quick glance, a teasing smile playing on his lips. "Xu Wanying?"

The woman was startled. "You know me?"

Xia Liang shook his head, still smiling. "For someone so directionally challenged, you've got some serious guts to drive all the way from Jianglan City to Qingyun City!" He gave her a thumbs-up.

Xu Wanying was even more astonished. Then Xia Liang added, "Also, you shouldn't let strange men get into your car so easily in the future. Even if you've studied some self-defense, women are at a natural disadvantage when it comes to strength."

At this, Xia Liang gave Xu Wanying a wicked grin. "You're lucky I'm a decent and respectable guy. If I were a bad person, I have at least nine ways to make you submit."

SCREECH!

The harsh sound of brakes suddenly filled the air.

Xu Wanying stared with wide eyes. "Who in the world are you? How do you know so much about me?"
