The Ultimate Divine Class

Chapter 284: As expected of a powerhouse of the Five Elders level truly amazing! _1

From the moment Lu Yuan stepped onto the three-tiered platform, everyone in the white plaza seemed to enter a dreamlike trance.

Grandmaster-level figures, normally as lofty and untouchable as celestial beings, were now being swatted around like common thugs by the so-called "God Emperor"—a young man who looked no older than eighteen or nineteen.

He was single-handedly battling dozens of Grandmasters! Not only was he holding his own, but he seemed to grow stronger with each exchange, relentlessly pushing them onto the defensive.

Now, things had escalated. A Grandmaster-level figure had just been hurled down like a ball, gouging a large crater in the ground upon impact.

The scene felt utterly surreal. Many young Fighters, still in the PracticeOrgans phase or True Intention State, were completely bewildered. For a moment, it was as if they had lost all sense of direction in their martial journey. They had always revered Grandmasters, dedicating themselves to arduous training to reach that pinnacle. But what was the point? What's the point of advancing to the Grandmaster Realm? To become a Grandmaster and then... be beaten like a ball?

"ER... ER... ER..." some of the Rock Breaking Sect disciples stammered. They stood at the edge of the white plaza, staring blankly at the figure plummeting from the high platform, their eyes filled with utter confusion.

"Is that... President Cai Huazhang of the Sum State Martial Arts Association, the Sect Leader of the Heaven Water Sect?"

"Seems like... it is."

"This God Emperor of the War God Alliance is so fierce, truly... terrifyingly strong!"

"And what's more, he looks even younger than us—about the same age as our little apprentice sister..."

"A monster... This trip has truly been an eye-opener."

As they spoke, a figure suddenly leaped up before them, coughing up mouthfuls of salty seawater.

The Rock Breaking Sect disciples were immediately overjoyed. "Master! Master is awake!"

The silver-haired old Sect Leader of the Rock Breaking Sect, who had briefly fainted from crashing into the protective light barrier and nearly drowning, had a slightly flushed face but was striving to maintain his composure. He circulated his Vigor, causing his Qi and blood to surge, and wisps of white steam rose from his head and body.

Seeing their leader awake, the Rock Breaking Sect disciples were relieved, but then a new worry surfaced for one of them.

"Master, this God Emperor of the War God Alliance is so overwhelmingly strong. On the ship, you were constantly speaking ill of him and even secretly tipped off Sect Leader Cai. Will he come looking for trouble with us later?"

The silver-haired old man paused, quickly regaining his composure. "Trouble with us?" he said lightly. "That depends on whether he can first deal with the trouble he's in. Do you truly believe Penglai's standing in the current Martial Arts Circle is maintained by just a few Grandmasters? This Evil Emperor might be strong, but the Five Elders and the Heaven Lord... they are far more terrifying than you can possibly imagine."

The silver-haired old man narrowed his eyes, fixing his gaze on that dominant figure on the high platform. He spoke each word deliberately, "Don't be fooled by his current blaze of glory. In reality... he is not far from death."

The Rock Breaking Sect disciples all wore grave expressions and nodded, falling silent.

"I'm starting to change my mind..."

In the white plaza, Guardian Rou, holding a buzz-cut man as easily as one might pinch a baby chick, gazed towards the high platform. His fair, rounded face shone with a peculiar light.

He murmured, "Our young Emperor... truly possesses unparalleled talent. I believe I see in him the true dawn of Evil Martial. That is a realm untouched by any previous Evil Emperor..."

Guardian Rou whispered softly, the gleam in his eyes growing ever more intense.

It wasn't just him; the other Guardian-level figures felt much the same. Certain restless ambitions within them began to waver and fade, replaced by something akin to "faith" that quietly took root and began to sprout.

Meanwhile, Master Liudao Yuan was also reeling from shock. He knew Lu Yuan was likely very strong. But he had never imagined that this sole true disciple, accepted so late in his life... could be *this* powerful! Beating Grandmasters as if they were dogs! Thank heavens I never chose to become a Grandmaster myself...

Master Liudao Yuan had nerves of steel, yet even he was almost numb from the overwhelming shock of the moment. But soon, this shock transformed into immense joy and pride that swelled from the depths of his heart.

The heavens have not been unkind to me, Liudao Yuan, after all! Though I've drifted, fragmented, for half my life, they have also granted me a disciple like a True Dragon! Hahaha...

At this moment, Master Liudao Yuan's heart was so exuberant that he felt an irrepressible urge to laugh aloud.

Just then, he heard a rustling sound from the large pit before him. "A gift from my True Dragon disciple!" Master Liudao Yuan exclaimed, the blue light in his eyes flickering as he quickly strode over.

"Cough, cough—"

Cai Huazhang, whom Lu Yuan had tossed from the three-tiered platform like a ball, staggered to his feet from the pit, utterly humiliated. Physically, he was largely unharmed, but the psychological damage made him burn with shame and righteous fury, to the point of wishing he were dead.

Of the dozens of Grandmasters on the high platform, several had already been struck down by Lu Yuan. Yet, he was the only one who had been tossed down like a common toy. He was, after all, the esteemed President of the Sum State Martial Arts Association, a prominent figure in the Ancient Martial Arts World... This single act had likely shattered his reputation completely.

"Damn it... Damn it all..."

Cai Huazhang's face was grim as he desperately pondered how to salvage even a shred of his dignity in front of everyone. Suddenly, he heard the distinct CLICK, CLICK of mechanical gears whirring nearby.

Cai Huazhang instinctively looked up. In the next instant, his pupils contracted, and his entire body froze.

He saw a dozen pitch-black gun barrels aimed squarely at him. Light glinted from within the barrels.

Behind the array of guns, Master Liudao Yuan's aged face regarded him coldly. "Get up, quickly," he said, his tone devoid of emotion. "Next... it's my turn to beat you."
