Infinite wealth In A New World

Chapter 236: Eleventh Bloodline: Elemental God

"Hey!? Get your ass up!! It has been 24 hours!!" Ash snapped, the exasperation sharp in her voice as she saw Sunny still lying down.

"Twenty-four what?!!"

Sunny shot to his feet, his mind instantly alert despite the twenty-four-hour rest he hadn't realized he'd taken. He turned to the diminutive Elemental Prism, who sat with unnatural calm on a thick branch, her gaze serene.

"Did I pass your final test, Elemental Prism?" Sunny asked, his eyes locked onto her, a mix of hope and weariness in his stance.

The little girl giggled, a sound that held a deceptive lightness. "Nope. Now is the final test."

"Huh??!!"

"...?!!!"

Both Ash and Sunny were stunned speechless. Ash's jaw dropped in disbelief, while Sunny's mind raced, trying to parse the sudden shift. Elemental Prism gracefully descended, landing on the ground with the quiet precision of a falling leaf.

"Alright," Sunny said, clenching his fists, the adrenaline now replacing his fatigue. "What's the final test then?"

"Survive absorbing my core."

"...?!"

Sunny's breath hitched: 'Absorbing her core? Does that mean she decided to merge with me, to give up her powers?' His gut twisted with a complicated mix of awe and worry for her.

"Of course... What do you think?" Elemental Prism asked, her frown a brief flicker of annoyance at his mental delay.

"No! That—" Sunny exhaled, shaking his head. "I forgot you could read my thoughts... It's fine. It's an honor. Anyway, what should I do?"

"Just stand right there..." Elemental Prism turned to Ash, who was already starting to move forward. With a casual flick of her finger, a sudden, powerful gust of wind slammed into Ash, throwing her fifty meters away, where she skidded to a stop.

"No distractions," Elemental Prism stated simply, turning back to Sunny.

"Ok, Sunny... You aren't strong enough yet. So, some of my deepest powers will be sealed. The stronger you get, the more you'll unlock my true potential." She walked towards him, stopping a mere two feet away.

"Do you still want to merge knowing this limitation?"

Sunny met her gaze, his expression firm, his conviction absolute. "Yes!" he answered, the single word ringing with unwavering resolve.

Elemental Prism tilted her head, a hint of respect in her eyes, and finally nodded. "Ok, Sunny Draco... Make sure to survive this."

WHOOSH!!

A golden fire erupted from the ground, a mesmerizing sight. Sunny watched as the flames moved with conscious intent, quickly completing a perfect circle around the two of them, a blinding golden ring that separated them from the rest of the world.

"When there is darkness, there is light," Elemental Prism began, her voice gaining a deep, resonant quality that vibrated with primordial energy, and her eyes turned a stark, ethereal white.

"When there is Storm, there is lightning."

BOOOOOOOM!!!

Sunny raised his head. The clear, setting sun was instantly blotted out as a colossal, dark storm cloud materialized, plunging the whole land into a terrifying, deep twilight. The raw, untamed power of the coming storm made his skin prickle.

"When is there wind, there is water. When there is fire, there is earth. When there is poison, there is darkness!!" she yelled, her voice soaring above the brewing tempest. At her feet, shimmering ice crystals erupted, rapidly spreading to encase her entire body.

"I! Elemental Prism finally gives my powers to Sunny!"

BOOOOOOOM!!!

Sunny watched, awe-struck, as the ice completely enveloped Elemental Prism, crystallizing her into a majestic, glowing ice statue.

{Massive amount of spirit energy discovered around Master.}

CRACK!!

Sunny blinked. The ice statue began to creak, then exploded not into shards, but into fine, glittering dust. Floating before him was a spectacular, multi-colored orb, a swirling nexus of every hue, pulsing with chaotic, untamed energy. It was the purest form of power Sunny had ever witnessed.

{Absorption process started.}

He didn't have time to react. An invisible, overwhelming force seized the core, dragging it from the air and brutally forcing it into his chest.

BOOOOOOOM!!!!

"AHHHHHHHHHG!!!!"

A guttural, agonizing scream tore from Sunny's throat, a sound of pure, physical violation. The raw energy was not merging; it was tearing him apart from the inside, forcing his very being to accommodate it.

Fifty meters away, Ash, who had just recovered and was rushing forward, froze In terror.

BOOOOOOOM!!

The sky unleashed its fury. Red, blue, green, yellow, white, black, and brown lightnings—the embodied wrath of the elements—dropped simultaneously, striking Sunny with apocalyptic force. The impact annihilated the ground beneath him, instantly destroying the entire island in a shockwave that threw Ash violently into the churning sea.

Sunny was launched into the air, his teeth gritted so hard he thought they would shatter, blood instantly leaking from his ears. His mental shields were being hammered by a million different sensations and powers at once.

'I can do this! I will survive this! I choose this pain!' he roared inwardly, clenching his fists, channeling his desperate resolve.

{Absorbing... 10%.}

He focused on the system's voice, a small anchor in the maelstrom of agony.

{Absorbing... 30%.}

'Come on?!' he hissed, the pain intensifying exponentially. This was hundred times worse than the combined agony of integrating his ten bloodlines. He felt like his very soul was being rewritten with a molten pen.

{Absorbing... 60%.}

BOOOOOOOM!!

The elemental lightnings struck again, a relentless, catastrophic barrage.

"AHHHHHHHHH!!!"

Sunny's golden eyes snapped open momentarily, then cycled rapidly through white, green, and finally black.

{Absorbing... 99%.}

He used every ounce of his remaining consciousness, every fragment of his burgeoning will-strength, to stay awake. Blood streamed from his ears, nose, and eyes, painting streaks across his face even as he kept his eyelids squeezed shut, refusing to give in to unconsciousness. He felt the boundary between life and death blurring.

{Congratulations Master!!!!!}

{You have successfully merged with the Core!!}

A wave of profound exhaustion washed over him, followed by a surge of unimaginable power. He exhaled slowly, the breath leaving him as a visible cloud of multi-colored energy, and opened his newly empowered eyes, floating serenely high in the tempestuous sky.

"Finally—"

Sunny froze, staring at the final sequence of notifications.

{Congratulations!! Master gained a new skill: Elemental.}

{Elemental: Have 100% immunity to all eight elements... Fire, water, wind, earth, lightning, poison, darkness, and light! God rank skill.}

{Congratulations, master's gained a new skill: Elemental Absorption.}

{Congratulations!!!! Master gained a new Bloodline: Elemental God!}

{Elemental God: Can manipulate all elements, controlling them to your will.}

{More elements will be unlocked when master gets stronger.}

{Congratulations!! Master gained a drop of divinity: 10/100.}

{All Stats will be risen to the highest stage stat.}

"I... I actually gained a new Bloodline?!" he muttered, the shock momentarily overshadowing the sheer exhaustion. Sunny hadn't just survived; he had fundamentally transcended. He wasn't just a recipient of power; he was now a vessel of creation itself.

The power he felt was boundless, yet perfectly contained. His survival was not a stroke of luck, but a testament to the immense mental fortitude he'd unknowingly built over his previous trials. His will was the crucible that forged the core into a part of his being. The pain was the price for his ascension.

He had become something entirely new. Sunny Draco, the Elemental God.
