Void Cultivation

Chapter 105- Ejection

Grey did not think twice to leave shortly afterwards. But his gaze lingered on the fortress that stood alone in the distance for a few more moments before he turned around to leave.

'If I am to estimate right, the two month mark should soon be upon us. The Nascent Soul Transformation cultivator said that most small worlds rejected outsiders after a period of two months! Some other small worlds would reject after three months while some will reject early. Just a little after a month.'

Maintaining a steady pace, Grey's thoughts deepened and he fell into deeper thought.

'The atmosphere here is very energetic and I can feel the Celestial Qi no longer absorbing into my body like before. The energy even seems to be hesitating! That should mean that the small world is close to ejecting outsiders. Luckily, I've managed to gather materials that would be rare in the outside world. Now, I can say that my trip was mostly successful.' Grey thought and looked at the red bird that was sitting atop his shoulder comfortably.

Roxanne seemingly felt his gaze, and looked over. Seeing his silent stare, she lowly screeched and made a proud expression that left Grey at a loss for words.

Soon, two more weeks passed. Grey was seen sitting down cross legged to cultivate on a completely snow covered mountain. His expression hidden by the mysterious cloak was distant and cold. His hair fluttered slightly in the Cold breeze.

Grey's eyes were tightly closed until they suddenly flew open! A silent glint shone and Grey suddenly looked upwards, towards the skies.

Suddenly, there was a loud sound as if something was trying to break through the skies at a fast speed. The Celestial Qi and Cold yin qi was disturbed and scattered around wildly.

Grey slowly stood up and watched as fierce winds suddenly came and opened up the clouds in the sky.

There was a very loud sound of endless glass breaking. The sound of space distorting! Then, high in the skies, a huge crack was suddenly opened and sucked in all directions.

"A spatial tear..." Grey said lowly. His gaze completely focused with slight wariness hidden in his eyes.

And although the crack was several thousand meters above ground level, it's sucktion force was strong enough to affect the mountain ranges and the river.

Right in front of Grey's eyes, he watched as snow slowly flew upwards. His hair also started to float and face upwards. Roxanne appeared and screeched loudly at the spatial tear in excitement.

Grey looked at the excited Roxanne and said. "Let's leave this pocket dimension, then." With a small gesture, a bottle instantly appeared and within it, a small magic ship.

The bottle opened by itself and the magic ship within came out. In the next moment, it's size began to enlarge until it was over thirty meters in length.

It radiated a strong sense of superiority and Divinity. Splayed on the deck like a broken doll was a chubby cultivator who was unconscious.

As Grey's feet landed on the deck, his gaze naturally went to the unconscious chubby cultivator. He then went over and kicked him straight in the stomach.

"Oww!"

The chubby cultivator let out a sharp cry of pain and reeled his back. His eyes darted open as he looked at Grey in surprise and pain.

"What's your name?" Grey pretended like he could not see the chubby cultivator's pain and spoke.

"I said ow! Wait- I mean Bao. Yes, my name is Bao!" The chubby cultivator said.

Grey nodded and spoke again. "When did you enter the pocket dimension?"

Bao hesitated, as if trying to remember something. But in the end, his eyes twinkled and he hurriedly answered. "About the same time that everyone did!" His voice was a little high pitched.

Maybe it was because of the fear he had in Grey, that's why. But Grey didn't answer even after several seconds passed. He just stayed silent as if contemplating.

Then he said. "Look at the spatial tear in the sky."

The chubby cultivator then moved his gaze from Grey to the spatial tear. From the side of his eye, Grey could see some fear and regret appear on the chubby cultivator's face. Before it quickly changed into anger, and then something else.

"It's not very hard to notice..." Bao brought his gaze back to Grey and said in a low tone. Grey nodded as if in understanding.

"What were your goals for coming here?" The chubby cultivator's expression of submission froze, before he answered.

"I wanted to... Wait! Why will I tell you? You'll still kill me anyways. After taking all my Soul Weapons and possessions, along with locking me on your magic ship, what other use could I have to you?"

Grey did not say anything and instead walked over to the bow of his magic ship. At this time, the sucktion force from the spatial tear was enough to lift his magic ship a few inches off the ground.

The chubby cultivator stood and gritted his teeth. He was pondering on how to proceed. The energy fluctuations coming from Grey alone was enough to make him fearful. But there was not only that. He could also feel some Cold yin energy being emitted from Grey's person as well.

Which made him hold back all thoughts of trying an escape. The other party was already so powerful, right on the edge of breaking through to the ninth level of Qi Accumulation! The Cold you energy within his body was equally at a similar level.

'What kind of monster Is able to cultivate both spirit energy and Cold yin energy! Is that even possible? And to such an extent that the Cold yin and spirit energy do no interfere and actually work in harmony!' Inwardly, the chubby cultivator made some conclusions.

As a Soulsmiths, he was able to detect even the most miniscule amount of energy. And although Grey's body tried to hide the Cold yin energy as much as possible, it could still be detected by him when he was at such close range.

'I better not mess with someone like him. He must have a very strong faction backing him. Thr techniques he uses are very strange. Not to talk of the red bird that flies around him, that must be a very rare bizzare existen...'

The chubby cultivator was still in thought when the small world trembled. The skies parted even more as the spatial tear green bigger in size.

Grey's magic ship was lifted several meters into the sky and started to fly towards the spatial tear.

But it was not only his magic ship that was being lifted into the sky, when Grey looked far into the distance, he saw other cultivators being sucked towards the spatial crack in the sky!
