Void Cultivation

Chapter 130- The Return(3) BONUS CHAPTER!!!

In a far and distant land, beyond the borders of the Dead Sea, where the air itself trembled with an unnatural energy, an event of unparalleled significance was unfolding. It began with a sudden crackling in the atmosphere, an intensity so potent it seemed to warp the very fabric of reality itself. The skies, once calm, were suddenly torn asunder by the appearance of a Blue Ancient Flying Sword, a weapon so immense that its mere presence seemed to defy the laws of nature.

This sword, over 10,000 meters in length, sliced through the heavens with a force that caused the earth to shudder beneath it. The intense energy radiating from it was so overwhelming that every living being within a 100-mile radius was paralyzed in fear, trembling uncontrollably at its power. The fluctuations emanating from the sword far surpassed the peak of any known realm, even that of the Nascent Soul Transformation—an echelon of power that this world had not witnessed for millennia.

The energy fluctuations coming from the Ancient Flying Sword greatly surpassed the realm after the Nascent Soul Transformation realm. A realm that this world has not seen for over millennials.

Of course, this Ancient Flying Sword was not from this era. It was made when the Sword Emperor ascended to the Emperor really over ten thousand years ago.

The Realm after the Nascent Soul Transformation realm was the Nirvana realm. And the realm after that was the Soul Repository realm. But of course, the energy fluctuations coming from the Ancient Flying Sword still greatly surpassed the Soul Repository Realm.

And that was why every creature within that 100 miles vicinity was trembling intensely. Because the Ancient Flying Sword was strong enough to wipe out a Corner of the Second Continent. It's power level was overwhelming and only Artifacts of it's level could stand up to it.

As the sword pierced the sky, it continued on its path, leaving a trail of rippling energy in its wake. It eventually halted, floating above a vast expanse where a colossal pillar of purple light erupted from the earth, soaring to a height of over 100,000 meters. The pillar pulsated with an immense energy, drawing in vast amounts of spirit energy, corrosive substances, and cold yin energy from every corner of the land. The very air around it crackled with an unholy power, and the ground beneath began to distort as the vortex-like pillar devoured everything in its path. Strange and bizarre entities, saturated with extraordinary amounts of spirit and cold yin energy, were drawn into its depths, vanishing into the glowing maelstrom.

The Blue Ancient Flying Sword stopped a thousand meters away from the pillar, its massive form looming like an ominous shadow. From within the sword's core, two figures emerged and glided toward the pillar. The first was a ghost-like woman, her figure ethereal and translucent, with an air of unfathomable power about her. She hailed from Sky Mist City, a place known for its mastery over the arcane arts. Her complexion, already pale, seemed to grow even more ghastly as she fixed her gaze upon the pillar of purple light. A bead of sweat traced the curve of her face, but the expression on her face remained unreadable.

The ghost-like lady's face turned even paler than it already was. A trickle of sweat rolled down from the side of her face. But instead if it to be a beautiful sight, it was an awkward one because of her over paleness.

Suddenly, the void around them shook intensely as four more figures appeared. Their energy fluctuations greatly resembled the ghost-like lady's and the young man with sword intent.

Out of the four figures, two of them were old men. They had wrinkles on their faces and white hair, while the other two was a middle-aged man and an old woman.

The moment they all saw themselves, there was silence until the middle-aged man pretended to clear his throat and speak.

"I see that you've arrived, Lady Orphis," he said, acknowledging the ghostly figure, before turning his gaze to the young man beside her. "And to you, it seems we are all drawn to the same ominous phenomenon."

Lady Orphis did not respond verbally, her gaze fixed intently on the pillar of light. Her silence spoke volumes, but the middle-aged man, undeterred, continued.

"The Divine Zone is maturing at an accelerated rate. I suspect that within the next few years, it will fully mature, and with that, unimaginable existences of divine power will begin to emerge."

Lady Orphis nodded slightly, urging him to continue, her eyes never leaving the pillar. It was the old man who spoke next, his voice tinged with bitterness.

"This old man and my companion here have already attempted to probe the zone," he began, his tone heavy with experience. "However, the deeper we ventured, the more hostile the Divine Entities became. The closer we got to the heart of the vortex, the more we could feel their gaze upon us, and I assure you, their attention is not something we can withstand lightly. Their strength is formidable—even if they are in the early Nascent Soul stage, the combined might of their divine attacks is not something to underestimate."

He shook his head, his expression grim. "If we remain for even an additional thirty minutes, they will undoubtedly come to the periphery, and we will be forced to confront them."

The ghost-like lady nodded her head before taking her gaze back to the figures around her. "It means that we have two years at most to prepare for what's coming." She then looked at the old man who spoke before." What happens if lower level cultivators enter?"

The old man said tersely. "Nothing happens to them immediately, but I don't they can handle Divine existences." He said with a snort, but continued. "But if they stay in the periphery, Nascent Soul Transformation cultivators should not die easily." The ghost-like lady nodded her head.

"Then it's more or less settled, we will send out cultivators from our various sects to probe. I believe this will also be a once in a lifetime opportunity for them. So we shall also use this to train them." All the cultivators around them nodded their heads.

They all then nodded themselves goodbye and disappeared back into the void. Heading to their various sects.

The ghost-like lady did not chitter any longer, after taking one last look at the pillar or light in the distance, she sighed with a wisp of white smoke coming out from her mouth and followed the young man radiating strong sword intent back to the Ancient Flying Sword.
