Void Cultivation

Chapter 86- Small Pocket Dimension (2)

"Divinity!"

The scraggy cultivator shuddered when he felt that strong feeling of divinity. He stopped his speeding magic ship in a bid to turn around and run but it was too late.

The bow spirit of Grey's ship had accumulated a lot of divine energy was right about to release it.

Ever since God descended, the only power that could match and resist his dreadful power was divinity! That was why everyone that walked the path of cultivator pursued that single goal of attaining divinity.

Not only the human race, but nonhuman races and bizarre existences as well as mutated creatures too. Every advanced in a bid to grow closer and closer to divinity.

Divinity was so sought after that magic artifacts and treasures were created from materials of other divine creatures. So divine creatures were hunted and killed for their divine materials. But that's not all, divine attacks were well known to be fatal and very lethal. Divine attacks were so powerful that a Qi accumulation cultivator in the fifth level could kill a perfected level cultivator of the same realm and sometimes, severely injure those who just broke through to the next realm.

Even the scraggy cultivator knew that divine attacks could kill him, no matter what amount of protection he put up. That's why the moment he felt the Strong divine energy coming from Grey's magic ship, he fled.

But it was too late! There was a strong blast of Golden pure light that engulfed the entire scraggy cultivator's ship. The scraggy cultivator eyes were immediately widened, but before he could even let out a blood curdling scream, he too was engulfed in Golden light.

Grey looked at all of this with indifference but his eyebrows were slightly raised in surprise. He wasn't expecting the Divine attack to be this powerful! But when he remembered the Captain saying that he upgraded It a little, things fell into place.

After the Golden light dispersed, the dark clouds retreated and the skies were once again brightened. Grey looked over to the scraggy cultivator and saw a mess of broken wood and blood.

The scraggy cultivator lay on a piece of wood that drifted into the distance. He was lacking his two of his limbs and half of his head had been eviscerated by the blast.

Grey saw several broken talismans by the side but didn't say anything. He instead piloted his magic ship out of the harbour.

The other magic ships who had been watching from the distance were rooted in place with shock! How could they not be? After all, they just saw Grey completely destroy a level five magic ship with one blast of divinity!

That further compelled their desire to stay away from him. The harbor soon grew quiet as both pirates and rogue cultivators watched the retreating ship cut through the waves. They instantly felt this scene was domineering.

Meanwhile, on his boat, Grey piloted his magic ship out of the harbor before a strong cultivator arrived to inspect what happened. Although on his magic ship he was invincible, if middle stage Foundation Establishment realm cultivators or higher arrived, he would have no way to fight back at all.

But fortunately, when the expert did arrive, he only scanned the waters and Grey's ship with his divine sense before leaving coldly. Seeing this, Grey hurried to leave this small island even faster!

His magic ship swayed and shook in the wild waters with Grey standing on the Magic ship with a cold but worried expression. When he had gotten several miles away and could no longer see the island, except for a small dot did he release a sigh.

''The Divine sense of the expert was truly terrifying! I felt like I was seen through. But it looks like he can't detect the purple crystal in my chest, or my abnormal Shadow..." Grey's thoughts wandered as the ship rocked slowly while moving forward.

He estimated to arrive in the Deserted Blood sea after five and a half days. But if he increased the speed of his magic ship, he could make it in four days. Exactly the amount of time the vortex was said to be opened.

Four days later,

Grey could be seen sitting down Cross-legged. The small beams of sunlight being filtered through the small cracks in the clouds added a hint of mysteriousness to his already mysterious disguise.

The wind fluttered his clothes as if trying to pull down the hood covering most of his face, but it not succeed.

Shortly after, Grey slowly opened his eyes. He was at the outter edges of the Deserted Blood sea. Some thousand meters away, Grey could see the sea turn to a faint crimson hue.

The surrounding waters looked very tranquil and lacked any disturbance. Grey risked spreading his perception under the sea but was met with a similar scene.

Only some few fluctuations could be felt but they were too far away from him to tell what they were. Deciding not to ponder on the matter ayny longer, he slowly guided his ship to the peripheral of the Deserted Blood sea.

But he didn't enter it, instead he piloted the ship to float around the crimson waters. He continued this for several hours until his magic ship began to rock heavily.

Then, he felt a frightening feeling of descending from a high place. The space around him seemed to be distorting as everywhere turned pitch black. Grey quickly spread out his perception but all he felt around him was black-crimson dead water.

Suddenly, the magic ship slammed heavily into the water. Grey, landed shortly after. He was a little disoriented and shocked but quickly regained his composure.

With the snap of his hands, his surroundings was suddenly illuminated and Grey could see pitch black walls made of sea water. Just as Grey waa getting used to the dead sea, the stench here was even more pronounced.

Grey's expression turned into a slight frown. The walls of sea water formed a pathway just slightly wider than the width of his magic ship, leading straight into unknown territory.
