UPDATE! I finally got a job offer. looks like folks want the extra chapter Saturday, but for the moment I'm gonna hold off and see just how much new job impacts my writing volume. if it's not too brutal I'll add the extra :3

also apparently I need to write more for this to count as a chapter... I don't know. I've been tired lately, but sleep has been elusive. I'm not really sure what to do about it, melatonin hasn't touched it.

is this long enough yet? no? fine. I guess I'll write some more about... something.

I'm still struggling to find work. I make a bit, just a bit, from my Patreon, so I really appreciate the folks contributing there. thank you. really though, who would have thought it'd be harder to find work in the big city than in the boonies of rural michigan?
