Although it was something Iron was also aware of. He knew exactly how much mana he had left at that moment, so he understood very clearly how long he could keep hitting like that.

But he was in shock.

Louis' ability to withstand these blows with his hands and dodge them without using magic was impressive, telling him that he was fighting a top-level Martial Artist.

But at the same time, the fact that he didn't counterattack and didn't create opportunities to attack him made him doubt whether he was really a Martial Artist.

He didn't understand what was going on, but increasing the force of the attack was really difficult, he couldn't hit him. And decreasing it would create openings in his attack/defense, so he had to try to find an opportunity to land a solid blow.

"His guard is really tough," he thought.

When he realized he couldn't wait too long, Iron tried to create an opening in Louis' defense.

To do so, he delivered a low blow almost at the same time as he attacked with his other hand toward the face. Although both attacks were blocked, he quickly bent his body, taking advantage of the force exerted by both at the point of impact and the touch of both hands on a firm surface, and propelled himself upward until he hit him with his legs above the neck.

The first impact made Iron frown.

"Huah!" He roared and launched six successive kicks at an impressive speed, which ended up pushing them away from each other.

Iron fell gracefully and frowned. "How the hell did he defend himself against that?" he thought.

Although his kicks were really fast and he used to be known for that ability he had developed himself, which tended to end fights easily, this time his fast kicks were not effective.

Louis was simply pushed back two meters and nothing more.

But he was amazed by that speed.

It hadn't affected him only because he knew this guy was obsessed with flying kicks, so he was ready to defend himself at any moment. But the power with which those six kicks were delivered and their speed made his hand bones ache, and he probably fractured one.

As for Iron, he had deactivated his magic and looked at his mana. He didn't have much left, and he couldn't drink mana potions during combat, so he was restricted.

He sighed.

"I originally thought magic would be enough, but it seems I was wrong," he said.

"You're strong and very good at martial arts. Even though you say that, the truth is that I haven't been able to land an effective blow on you in combat, so you should feel proud," Louis replied.

Iron laughed. "I guess so. You must be some kind of impressive dark horse, even though everyone around here seems to know you," he said. "I don't understand why they say you're an Armamentalist if you're so good at hand-to-hand combat."

"Maybe I have a talent for hand-to-hand combat. But I'm curious. That's not your full power, is it?" Louis asked.

Iron stared at him for several seconds before answering. "If it were, I would have surrendered by now. I confess I can't beat you using magic."

"Then I'd like to see all your power, Iron. Will it be possible to see the Power of the Giants again?" Louis asked. "Maybe I'll have to get serious then."

"Hahaha." Iron laughed heartily. "No, I haven't reached that level yet. I have to disappoint you on that, but at least I know I can beat you."

Although Louis was disappointed that it wasn't the Power of the Giants, he knew that reaching that final stage wasn't easy, so he could understand. This guy was still young, maybe 21 or 22 years old. If he had achieved it at this point, he would surely be the top 1.

"Then I look forward to seeing it." Louis returned to his fighting stance and didn't attack him.

Iron was grateful for this, although he didn't really need it.

With all the magic out of his body, he took a deep breath. Then he activated his ability.

"Body of the Iron Son," he whispered.

It was rare to see a martial artist who was shorter than 195 centimeters, but when you did see one, they were always impressive.

Louis witnessed this firsthand. He realized why this guy's muscles were so perfectly chiseled when his body began to undergo a major color change.

The previous dark color slowly transformed into a silvery color, and his entire body became as hard as iron. Each muscle seemed to reflect the sunlight, while their durability increased.

This type of ability was not so common in the world, so when it appeared, it was worthy of attention.

"Wow, whose son is this kid?" Robert Priestley asked, amazed that someone like this had recently appeared on his land.

"He is the son of one of the landowners of Línnava, the son of that blacksmith who is said to have worked only with iron his entire life," replied Hardrial.

"The Obsessed Blacksmith, you mean, Lord Hardrial?" asked one of the nobles in the room.

"Yes, he is an only child. It seems that the Obsessed Blacksmith has some skill with iron, so he has only worked with that metal his entire life."

"No wonder he had such a good son," Robert replied. "This boy may be able to fight your son, Neville."

Robert Neville shrugged. "Let him get to the end first, and then we'll see if it's possible."

"Hahaha, I suppose you're right, although I wouldn't take it for granted that your son will make it to the final." Priestley returned to his seat, curious to see how the combat would turn out.

Elsewhere in the arena, people were also talking about this boy, although others wondered how Louis would manage to win.

Even he wondered about that after seeing this.

"It looks like I'll have to go straight for the knockout, but with this added toughness, he may have more stamina than me," he thought.

He had complicated things unnecessarily; he should have ended the fight before this guy activated his ability, but he didn't regret it either.

If it got too dangerous, he would simply pull out his weapon, but for now he wanted to test this guy's strength and his own physical strength.

Finally, the third round between the two began.

Iron took three steps toward him before starting to run, and in a second he had covered the entire distance, throwing a front punch and initiating for the first time without a flying kick.

Thanks to this, Louis was able to strike back head-on.

The force of the impact created an explosion on the ground and cracked the sand. The impact sent a shockwave in all directions, but Louis ended up losing this first blow.

He was pushed back before being hit in the stomach by his opponent's other extremely heavy hand.

Hitting him was like hitting iron. So firm and so heavy that it made his bones crack with pain.

Louis was sent rolling across the arena floor, his body rolling twice before coming to a stop.

He jumped back at that moment, and one of Iron's punches hit the ground right where he had been standing.

Although he tried to follow up, Louis managed to dodge the attacks with good speed and in a moment got behind him.

He was finally attacking.

He understood Iron's weakness.

His blows were much more powerful than before; even with all his strength in a frontal attack, he would lose, as was evident at that moment.

That meant he had become tremendously stronger, but also that his own weight had increased several times over.

In a head-on battle, that would be a huge advantage, but in a battle against someone as agile as Louis, it was a mistake. Because his heavy body couldn't move as quickly and efficiently as his opponent's.

That's why Louis managed to get behind him and attack him with two firm blows.

He used all his strength in those blows.

Iron was suddenly pushed forward and hit the ground, sliding across it due to the force of the impact. Despite that, he managed to get back on his feet fairly quickly, and the tables had turned.

This time, it was Louis who dodged the blow, but he wasn't as agile as Iron. After dodging the first blow, Iron was completely unprotected in the abdomen, which Louis took advantage of to kick him.

The force of that kick lifted him up despite his heavy weight and moved him two meters backward, sending shockwaves throughout his body.

That blow really hurt him.

"To say you're good would be repeating myself a lot, right?" Iron joked. "It's the first time someone has cornered me so much in so few moves."

"I should say it's the first time someone has taken so many blows from me," said Louis.

"It's an honor," said Iron.

Although the fight was relatively calm and without much drama, Louis was learning a lot from this guy, and he was the only one he had hit with all his strength in this tournament. But at the same time, he was the one he had done the least damage to.

In the first round, Louis practically had the advantage, but he failed to land a decisive blow. In the second round, both were at a stalemate of attrition, although if he had attacked decisively, Louis could have won.

In the third round, Iron had the advantage in strength and vitality, but Louis' agility and power were admirable, and he had the advantage in agility and in having an attack almost comparable to Iron's transformed one.

But even then, Iron was still there.
