Rebirth of the Peak Young Master

Chapter 694: Alchemist Master

Just as she had thought before, mastering refined Alchemy and regular Alchemy both demanded an immense amount of time and effort.

From ancient times to the present, only high-ranking devotees of the Devil could study these disciplines one at a time during those days.

For ordinary practitioners of the Devil's arts, mastering the same was extraordinarily difficult.

Yang Tian didn't look like, nor could he possibly be, a high-ranking entity. Yet now, he was not only an Alchemist Master but an Alchemy Master as well. How could Nalanfu believe this? How could they not be utterly shocked?

She immediately turned to Master Lu and said, "Lu… Master, are you… laughing?"

"Are you joking? Would an old man joke about something like this?"

Master Lu's eyes, still wide with shock and concern, hadn't yet calmed. But he quickly added, "As everyone knows, only an Alchemy Master can create the best magical artifacts. But what few understand is that repairing the finest magical artifacts is even harder, even more complex!" Not only is he a Master of Alchemy, but he also possesses the most essential alchemical skill—the art of Sky Alchemy, which can restore the finest magical artifacts!!

With that, Mr. Lu's expression grew fervent. He dropped to his knees in front of Yang Tian, his voice devout as he proclaimed, "Revered… Master Shang, please accept my… my humble kowtows!"

Thud! Thud! Thud!

Three resounding kowtows filled the air. Mr. Lu was so earnest in his bows to Yang Tian that he struck his head against the ground three times, leaving his scalp scraped and bleeding.

Seeing Master Lu so overcome with emotion, Nalam couldn't help but finally accept reality, even though it still felt surreal to him.

Under no circumstances could Mr. Lu have willingly kowtowed like this. Yang Tian's craftsmanship was undoubtedly superior to Master Lu's—how many times over, Nalam couldn't even guess!

Master Lu was an Alchemy Master, but Yang Tian was far superior to him. There was no question—Yang Tian was a true Alchemy Master.

At this thought, Nalanfu no longer dared to maintain her earlier attitude of negotiating with Yang Tian. After all, Yang Tian had previously only been considered an Alchemy Master—a position highly esteemed, yet still falling short of an Alchemy Grandmaster!

But now, the revelation that Yang Tian was a true Alchemy Master imbued his status with a weight far beyond her imagination.

At that moment, Nalam respectfully clasped her hands and said to Yang Tian, "Nalam was negligent before. Please… I beg Master Yang's forgiveness for my past offense!"

"It's fine. There's no need for that. Sit and let's discuss matters calmly," Yang Tian said, observing their sudden reverence. He lightly raised one hand, smiling faintly, and motioned for them to rise.

Following Yang Tian's gesture, both Nalanfu and Master Lu returned to their seats, but their gazes shifted uncontrollably between excitement and unease.

Meanwhile, on the other side, the Chilean Fairy, who had witnessed everything, scoffed inwardly.

She understood that Yang Tian wasn't merely an Alchemy Master, but one powerful enough to conceal an entire Blackstone Star Array!

Nalam and Master Lu knew Yang Tian as an Alchemy and Alchemy Master—that alone was indisputable. But if they realized that Yang Tian was also a Battle Alchemy Master, wouldn't that leave them utterly astonished?

Of course, these thoughts remained in the heart of the Chilean Fairy, voiceless and hidden.

Yang Tian studied Nalanfu and Master Lu, seeing that they had finally regained their composure. He spoke deliberately, "Now that my earlier statement has sunk in, how does Miss Nalan feel?"

Earlier statement? What was it?

A personal lesson delivered by an Alchemy Master to Master Lu?

Nalanfu inhaled deeply as she heard Yang Tian's words.

Previously, she had taken Yang Tian's words as no more than an amusing jest!

But now that Yang Tian's identity as an Alchemy Master was confirmed, this "jest" was no longer a joke!

Yang Tian was an Alchemy Master, and if Master Lu stood under his guidance, Master Lu would almost certainly rise to the rank of Alchemy Master!

Realizing this, Nalanfu couldn't help but acknowledge that this was an irresistible temptation for the Nalan Family.

However, considering the significance of the Gluttony Bone, Nalam maintained a cautious expression and said hesitantly, "Master Yang, though this is an opportunity I do not wish to delay in accepting, some decisions are not mine to make alone. Would you permit me to consult my father first?"

"Very well! I await Miss Nalan's reply." Yang Tian nodded slightly in agreement.

Relieved by Yang Tian's lack of offense at her request for time, Nalam quickly stood, respectfully bowing before Yang Tian as she added, "Then I'll trouble Master Yang to stay in this treasure hall for the time being."

"Father! Your daughter is back!"

The Nalan residence was housed within a grand castle.

When Nalanfu and Master Lu returned, she wasted no time. She headed straight to the main hall. Awaiting her was a composed middle-aged man, exuding authority without arrogance. Seated firmly at the hall's head, it seemed he had anticipated her arrival for quite some time.

This man was none other than the current head of the Nalan Family—Nolan Siod!

As Nalanfu entered the hall and approached its center, Nalan Siod deliberately opened his mouth and asked slowly, "What is it? That individual—he's truly an Alchemy Master?"

"Father, while his words haven't been entirely explicit, I am confident he is an Alchemy Master. No matter how he carries himself—and regardless of the stature of those who serve him—it's undeniable," Nalanfu replied.

She explained the entire series of events, including her evaluation of Yang Tian and identification of the Chilean Fairy's standing.

Throughout her account, Nalan Siod's expression remained unchanged. Even when she mentioned the Chilean Fairy serving Yang Tian under the Blackstone Group, his brow only faintly furrowed.

The reason was simple: while the Nara Family was tremendously powerful, it still wasn't comparable to the Blackstone Group.

So, as Nalan Siod digested Nalanfu's report, he commented slowly, "Listening to you, it seems you did not act aggressively enough to seize him on the spot and even allowed the negotiation to turn in his favor. Why is that?"

"Father, it's because Yang Tian is truly extraordinary!" Nalanfu replied promptly.

"Extraordinary?"

Nalan Siod laughed, "Indeed, exceptional! Rising as an Alchemy Master at his age and commanding Blackstone Group masters as servants is no simple feat. Even so, it's hardly enough to trouble our Nalan Family!"

"Your wisdom, Father, is undeniable! Were it merely those things, our family would hardly feel troubled at all! But the truth is, beyond his skill in Alchemy, this Yang Tian holds another identity—one so significant that your daughter had no choice but to set everything aside and consult you!" Nalanfu replied gravely.

Seeing the seriousness in her eyes, Nalan Siod's expression faintly tightened.

As her father, he undoubtedly understood his daughter well.

Nalanfu was undeniably exceptional!

Though not particularly adept in the martial arts, her ability to judge people often surpassed even his strategic analysis!

If not for her youth and the fact that she was his daughter, whose experience was still shallow, Nalan Siod might already have passed the mantle of leadership to her.

Now curious, Nalan Siod inquired immediately, "What identity might this be? Speak—your father is listening!"

Faced with her father's urging, Nalanfu drew a steady breath before speaking slowly, "Not only is Yang Tian an Alchemy Master, but he's also an Alchemy Grandmaster!"

"What?!"

For the first time, Nalan Siod, who had remained so composed, shot up from his chair. His reaction reflected the same astonishment as if he were facing Yang Tian in person. He turned to his daughter in disbelief and demanded, "Say that again—he's not 'just' an Alchemy Master?"
