Seven Beautiful Goddesses Want Me, But I Just Want My Revenge

Chapter 167: You belong to me and I to you

"Abyss," he said slowly, his voice calm but firm. "Before we leave, we need to discuss—"

But she didn't let him finish.

Instead, she leaned in closer, her lips brushing against his ear as she whispered, "There's nothing to discuss, Adrian. I'm yours now… and you're mine."

Adrian's breath caught in his throat as she pulled back, her eyes gleaming with that same obsessive light. He had freed her, but now, it seemed, she intended to bind him in return.

Abyss's grip on Adrian didn't falter as her eyes gleamed with possessiveness. She was locked on him, her body still pressed close, and her gaze unwavering.

Slowly, a teasing smile curved her lips, and she leaned in once more, her breath warm against his skin.

"So, what should I wear, Adrian?" she whispered in a sultry, almost playful voice. "Or… would you rather I stay like this?"

Her fingers trailed down his chest as she glanced at her own naked body, the pale skin shimmering faintly in the low light. She pressed herself closer, her boobs making contact, her eyes filled with a daring glint.

Adrian felt a surge of heat rise in him, but he forced himself to remain composed, steadying his breath.

He cleared his throat and gently eased her away. "I think," he began carefully, "it's best if you wear something. Please."

Abyss tilted her head, her smile deepening. "Oh, so modest," she teased, stepping back slightly but still not letting go of his arm.

With a flick of her wrist, the air around her shimmered, and clothing materialized over her body.

At first, what she chose wasn't much of an improvement. A thin, translucent fabric appeared, draped loosely over her, revealing more than it concealed.

The gown barely covered her curves, and the way it clung to her body was more suggestive than modest. It shimmered with every movement she made, showing off every curve, every detail.

Abyss twirled slowly, her eyes locked on Adrian's, daring him to say something. "Is this better?" she asked, her voice dripping with seduction.

Adrian pinched the bridge of his nose, trying to maintain his composure.

His mind raced, and memories of his encounter with Lilith, the goddess of lust, flooded back. He had hesitated when signing her contract, and that hesitation had nearly led to her death.

He couldn't afford to let Abyss twist him around her finger the same way. He needed control over this situation.

"Could you…" He paused, searching for the right words. "Wear something a little… less revealing?"

Abyss raised an eyebrow, clearly amused by his request, but she didn't argue. With another flick of her wrist, her outfit changed again.

This time, a deep red gown materialized on her. Black netted lace adorned the top, showing just a hint of cleavage in a sensual but more refined way.

Gold highlights traced the edges of the gown, adding elegance to the ensemble, and a slit ran up the side of her leg, revealing just enough to make the outfit provocative but not scandalous.

Around her waist, she draped a black shawl, and a choker with a shimmering blue gem rested around her neck, adding an air of regality to her appearance.

"Better?" she asked with a mischievous smirk, watching Adrian closely for his reaction.

Adrian took a breath and nodded, though his heart still pounded in his chest. The gown was certainly more appropriate, but the way she carried herself, the way she looked at him—it was still dangerous.

There was a subtle elegance in the gown, but it did nothing to diminish the sense of control she exerted over him.

Her obsession was obvious, wrapping around him like a vice, and he could feel it tightening with every word, every glance.

"That'll do," Adrian said, trying to keep his voice steady.

His mind drifted briefly to Lilith again. He had seen firsthand what had happened when he'd wavered in signing her contract. Lilith, with her unrelenting desire, had brought him to the edge of death—and beyond it.

And now, here he was again, teetering on the edge of another abyss, this time with a goddess whose obsession threatened to consume him whole.

Abyss's fingers traced along his arm, her touch light but possessive. "You're thinking of them, aren't you?" she murmured, her voice soft and knowing. "Lilith… Ava… Medea…" She leaned closer, her lips brushing against his ear. "But now, I'm the only one you need to think about."

Adrian swallowed hard, his thoughts racing. He needed to maintain focus, to control the situation.

Abyss was far more dangerous than any of the others, not because of her power, but because of her fixation.

Her obsession could drive her to unpredictable lengths, and the last thing he needed was to fall into her trap.

"We still have a lot to discuss," Adrian said, stepping back slightly to put some distance between them. He needed to keep her from pulling him in any deeper. "The contract, the terms of your freedom—it's important that we—"

Abyss's hand shot out, grabbing his arm with surprising strength. Her gaze darkened, her eyes gleaming with that same possessive light. "Adrian," she purred, her voice low and commanding, "there's no need for a contract between us. I've been imprisoned for so long… rules, terms, boundaries—they're nothing to me now. I belong to you, and you belong to me."

Adrian's pulse quickened. He could feel the weight of her words wrapping around him, threatening to pull him under.

He needed to act quickly, to establish some control before she bound him with her obsession.

"You belong to me," she repeated, her voice a dangerous whisper. "And I to you. There's no need for anything else."

Adrian knew better.

He had seen how the goddesses operated—without a contract, without clear boundaries, their power could overwhelm him, consume him.

He had barely managed to save Lilith, and he couldn't afford to let Abyss tread on the same path.

He took a deep breath, his gaze steady as he met her eyes. "Abyss," he said firmly, "we need the contract. It's the only way this can work."

For a moment, the air between them thickened with tension. Abyss's eyes flashed, and for a split second, Adrian thought she might refuse him.

But then, her lips curved into a small, dangerous smile, and she stepped back, releasing her grip on him.

"Very well," she said softly, though her eyes never lost that possessive glint. "We'll do it your way… for now."

Adrian nodded, relieved but wary. He knew he had only just managed t

o keep her obsession at bay, but for how long?
