Seven Beautiful Goddesses Want Me, But I Just Want My Revenge

Chapter 259: Solis - the true Griffin of Pride...

Signature Required: Devotional Submission during an act of union.

Adrian blinked.

His jaw tightened as he reread the final clause, certain he must have misunderstood. Slowly, he lifted his head, his eyes narrowing as they locked onto Hera's amused expression.

"You're kidding, right?" he asked in disbelief.

Hera's lips curled into a faint smirk, and she tilted her head slightly, her golden hair cascading over her shoulder. "Do I look like someone who jokes, Champion?"

Adrian crossed his arms, his fiery chains flickering faintly at his back as he stared her down. "You want me to submit to you during sex?" he asked, emphasizing each word as if testing the absurdity of the request. "Like me, be a sub while you dominate?" he questioned.

Hera's smirk grew, her pride radiating from every inch of her being. "It is a small token of respect," she said smoothly, her voice dripping with regal authority. "Surely, after all I've endured, it's not too much to ask?"

Adrian exhaled sharply, shaking his head. "You know, I've faced death traps, fought assassins, and battled a griffin to get to you. Respect goes both ways."

Hera's gaze sharpened, though her smile didn't falter. "Ah, but I am not the one who needs saving, mortal. It is you who came to me, is it not?"

"Well, technically, you brought me to you all because you also needed me," he countered.

"But still, it is you who seek my power? Pride does not kneel, Adrian—unless it is before something truly deserving."

Adrian's lips curled slightly as he felt both annoyed and silently impressed by her strong confidence. "Do you really believe I'll agree to this? What's wrong with a simple blowjob or just a simple fuck?" he challenged.

She looked at him like the answer was obvious.

"I am not a succubus. I have no interest in a quick pleasure. I demand devotion and respect. If you wish for my power, Champion, then you will give me what I want."

Adrian let out a sigh. He knew he had no choice but to accept the terms and sign as required. Hera was the head of the seven goddesses, more powerful than the other six combined, and her terms weren't that bad.

He was willing to be her sub in sex. He knew the goddesses would have some kind of condition for signing the contract, and he would be able to dominate her in public, so he had no problems with that.

He let out a frustrated sigh. "Very well, Your Majesty."

"Then, you accept the terms?" Hera asked with an eagerness in her tone that belied her haughty expression.

"I do," Adrian replied, taking a deep breath. "But obviously not here."

"Naturally," Hera agreed.

The scroll disappeared, and Adrian felt the mark burning on his wrist.

"The contract is now in effect, but it won't be finalized until you submit yourself to me. Until then, you will have limited access to my divine power," Hera explained.

Adrian nodded, examining the mark on his wrist. "Let's hope it's worth all the trouble."

Hera smiled slyly, her blue eyes shining with a blend of pride and curiosity. "Oh, you'll find my power more than sufficient. Just try not to embarrass yourself or me while wielding it."

Adrian chuckled, turning toward the chamber's exit. "I'll keep that in mind. Now let's get out of here. The others are waiting."

"Yes. After I put on something decent," Hera remarked, looking down at her transparent dress.

Adrian looked over her body, appreciating her divine physique.

She was gorgeous, but the way she was dressed made her look like a sex goddess. Adrian thought he was being disrespectful for checking her out. He looked away.

"Don't look away. I am not shy about my body," Hera said with pride. Then, she waved her hand, and a flash of golden light enveloped her.

When the light faded, she was now dressed in a beautiful white gown, embroidered with golden thread and studded with jewels. The dress was low-cut and fitted, revealing a generous amount of cleavage.

There was a golden tiara perched on top of her golden-blonde hair, and her face was lightly made-up. Then a sandal laced up her shapely calves.

"I feel much better," she said with a satisfied smile, giving Adrian a smirk.

Adrian looked her over, noting the subtle curve of her hips, her slender waist, and her flawless skin. Even dressed modestly, she was breathtaking.

Adrian couldn't help but smile as well. "You look great."

Hera's smile widened, and she gave him a regal nod. "Thank you, Champion. Shall we go?"

"After you," Adrian said, gesturing for her to lead the way.

She swept past him, her long gown trailing behind her. She looked every bit the queen she claimed to be, and Adrian had a feeling he was in for a whole new adventure.

Together, they left the chamber, heading back toward the temple's main chamber. Adrian could feel Hera's presence beside him, a vibrant aura that filled him with a sense of confidence and power.

As they approached the vertical chamber of the death climb, Adrian glanced down at the sheer drop. The climb had been grueling enough on the way up—descending would be just as deadly.

Hera, however, seemed completely unbothered.

She stepped gracefully to the edge, her gown flowing behind her like liquid gold. She lifted her hand, and golden energy swirled around her fingers, coming together to form a small, golden whistle.

"What's that?" Adrian asked, eyeing the glowing object curiously.

Hera didn't answer immediately. Instead, she brought the whistle to her lips and blew a clear, piercing note. The sound reverberated through the chamber, shimmering in the air like a tangible force.

Moments later, the air shifted. A powerful gust swept through the temple, and Adrian's fiery chains flickered in response.

From the distance came a low, resonant cry, growing louder with each passing second. The light from the open ceiling dimmed briefly as a massive shadow passed overhead.

Then it appeared.

A griffin descended into the chamber, its wings outstretched and glowing faintly with golden light. It landed on the stone platform with a ground-shaking thud, its talons scraping the surface.

This griffin was even more majestic than the one Adrian had defeated before. Its golden feathers sparkled like they were made of sunlight, and it wore a shiny tiara on its mane, looking like a crown.

Its sharp eyes focused on Hera, and the griffin made a deep, respectful sound as it lowered its head.

"Ah, Solis," Hera said with a smile, stepping forward and placing a hand on the griffin's beak. "Good to see you too."

"Solis?" Adrian repeated, his eyes narrowing. "Wait a minute—I thought I defeated you not long ago."

Hera chuckled, her melodic laugh carrying a hint of amusement. "No, Champion. The one you fought was a simple guardian, a fraction of Solis's power. This," she said, gesturing to the majestic creature before them, "is the true Griffin of Pride."
