He simply nodded slightly and said:

"As long as you understand, there's no need for me to explain further. In this world, the objects of Divine Thought, evil spirits and specters, are numerous, and above the evil spirits, there are even higher existences, such as deities of heaven and earth, instances of deities falling into evil, ancient Taoist meanings, and domains..."

Patriarch Dugu paused, didn't continue, and after a moment of silence, continued:

"Demon monsters, ghosts, and specters disturb human minds and consume people's Divine Sense."

"Such evil spirits are formed by Thought, and blood qi and spiritual power cannot harm them in the slightest."

"Cultivating Divine Thought into sword can cut them down."

"But above the evil spirits are heavens and deities. Deities can also degenerate, leaving harm in the human world."

"Humans can slay demons, slay evil, slay ghosts... but can they kill deities?"

Patriarch Dugu looked at Mo Hua.

Mo Hua hesitated and said, "They should... be able to slay them, right?"

Patriarch Dugu shook his head and said, "Humans are humans, and gods are gods. The power of human Divine Thought cannot slay deities."

Mo Hua was stunned.

He pondered for a while and felt something was wrong.

If the power of human Divine Thought cannot slay deities, then how did Lord Yellow Mountain get slain?

If that's really the case, then aren't the Evil Gods in the world invincible?

"Since humans cannot slay gods, then go and learn, comprehend, borrow the Dao of heaven and earth, borrow the laws of all things, create a spell to change one's Divine Thought, and slay deities!"

"This is the God Slaying Technique!"

Patriarch Dugu's tone was sonorous.

Mo Hua silently contemplated.

Deities are blessed, born with the Dao.

Cultivators, however, are innately lacking, but through acquired learning of the Dao, enlightenment, and borrowing the Dao, they are capable of slaying deities.

In a sense, this is truly using the weak to overcome the strong, humans slaying gods, humans triumphing over heaven...

Mo Hua's mind was shaken.

But how exactly to "enlighten and slay gods," Mo Hua was still somewhat confused.

And he had comprehended for a long time, actually without understanding any Sword Dao.

"It's not just that I couldn't comprehend it, rather I couldn't understand it at all..."

Patriarch Dugu remarked with emotion, "This is the ancient Sword Flow of Taixu Gate, the sword Dao Origin that is close to the Dao..."

"The creation and nurturing of this Origin are at least by ancestors of Taixu Gate's past who were above the Heaven Void Realm."

"With such profound Sword Dao, how could ordinary disciples possibly learn it?"

"Even a Sword Dao genius, if young, without enough time invested in Sword Dao, low realm, and limited perspective, it is fundamentally impossible to grasp the true Sword Flow's mystical meaning."

"A heritage, if all disciples under it can't learn it, and only those with the foundation of Feather Transformation or Heaven Void can understand it, no matter how exquisite, no matter how powerful, will eventually be lost."
