"Alright, this'll determine the winner of this contest, it's the final round, between the winners of the previous five rounds. Seems only two teams made it this far, one with two members and the other with three," Remarked Kilzachs, as the participants of the final round took their places.

"Wait, doesn't this mean we'll have to target our own teammates after a certain point?" Realized Celia with a frown.

"Mhm, yeah, though it won't really matter since your team will be guaranteed to get points. Incidentally, since your team has three people in the final round, so long as any one of you win, your team will get fifteen points, five per person in the final round. And the other team can only get ten points, since there's just two of them. Alright, begin!" Declared Kilzachs, a gleam appearing in Aurora's eyes as a light appeared above her.

"Looks like I'm first," She smirked, before narrowing her eyes at her teammates.

"Huh? N-No, wait-...!" He yelled, before his voice was drowned out as she unleashed a roaring blast of dark energy, teleporting him off the playing field before her attack could pulverize him into a bloody pulp.

"Once we get back to our world, well...I'm sure you can imagine what's gojnf to happen," She remarked as she glanced at him on the sidelines, cracking her knuckles

He turned pale with a look of fear on his face, as Celia and the others stared in bewilderment, unaware of the circumstances she had with her team.

"Not sure what just happened, but that certainly simplifies things for us!" Exclaimed Rione, as he fired out a fierce blast of lightning towards Aurora.

She cloaked her hand in the shadowy energy she was able to generate, raising her hand up and letting the blast slam against her palm, Rione's eyes widening in disbelief as she blocked the attack.

"Wow, that kinda stung, it's been a while since I felt any pain."

"Seriously?" He muttered in bemusement.

Zesta was next up to attack, unleashing a rapid, drilling icicle towards Aurora, who caught it as it closed in on her before shattering it to pieces.

Celia was up next, charging up a massive explosion before launching it towards Aurora with a swing of her arms, the large sphere of explosive energy barreling towards her.

Aurora coated her hand and forearm in that dark energy, before expanding it into a large, shadowy hand, catching and intercepting the explosion, which erupted fiercely, a intense shockwave bursting out open impact, knocking the others off-balance.

"Ow...okay, that one really hurt. This is fun...think I'll save you for last," She smirked, before firing out a rapid, piercing burst of shadowy energy towards Rione.

He began to raise his hammer up defensively, but he was too slow, the attack slipping past his defense and closing in on the middle of his chest, before he got teleported off the playing field.

Zesta was next, forming a massive block of ice and hurling it towards Aurora, who caught it and shattered it with ease. She looked slightly wary as Celia charged up an even bigger explosion, before coating her arm in a dense shroud of dark energy, whipping her arm across as the explosion came shooting towards her.

She unleashed a devastating blast of dark energy, interesting the explosion around the middle of the playing field, a deafening explosion bursting out as the playing field rumbled intensely.

"Alright, my turn again," She declared, cracking her neck before whipped her arm across as concentrated dark energy swirled around her claws, firing out four slashing wave of dark energy towards Zesta.

He raised walls of ice in front of himself, but her slashes cut right through them and shot towards his torso, getting him teleported off before they could slice him to pieces.

"You're really powerful," Remarked Celia with a grimacing smile, before charging up another explosion and taking aim at Aurora, "I gotta hit her with everything I've got, I'm not sure that I can survive one of her attacks. Here goes!"

"Wow, that's a big one," Mused Aurora, as Celia generated a massive, intensely swirling sphere of explosive energy above herself.

"Let's see you block this! [Explosion Nova]!"

As the large explosive mass closed in on Aurora, a devastating burst of dark, shadowy energy erupted out, Celia's Spell exploding with immense force.

The entire area rumbled violently as shockwaves burst out, a thick cloud of smoke rising up as Celia let out a slow exhale, before her eyes widened in disbelief as the smoke began to clear, a silhouette coming into sight.

"That's some serious destructive power, I barely survived," Remarked Aurora with a smile, her body trembling in pain, deep bruises all over her skin, before she added, "Alright, it's my turn again. Those gauntlets seem pretty sturdy...but they can only cover so much. Try and block this!"

Celia grimaced and crossed her arms in front of herself as a wide, shredding burst of dark energy came shooting towards her, before she got teleported off the playing field as the attack closed in on her.

"Alright, that's the third contest done! The winning team gets ten points!" Announced Kilzachs, as Celia let out a weary, defeated sigh.

"No need to get so down, you did great," Remarked Rione encouragingly.

"If nothing else, you certainly performed better than the rest of us did," Pointed out Zesta with a smile.

"Agreed, I didn't even make it to the final round," Chimed in Antel.

"Thanks, guys," Responded Celia with a smile, before they suddenly found themselves back in the waiting room.

Kilzachs then appeared, everyone turning their attention to him as he cleared his throat.

"It's funny, you're the only team that doesn't want to be here, but you're the only team that's still intact. All four of the other teams suffered at least a couple of casualties in the first two contests. You'll be happy to know that the next one will be the last one. I'll explain the rules shortly, and while I do, I'll provide you guys with some snacks and refreshments."
