Epilogue II
Decommissioned Bakshee Developmental Observation Station T&$5*# - (TASSOH)
Ambassador Col'inte's last act as the official ambassador to the planet was simple, her last and final act was to deliver the last of the major blueprints needed to eventually establish space communications and travel.
Just as she had done hundreds of times before with the invention of tools, calculus, delivering important theories to society so that they could all grow and experience life in new ways. Ambassador Col'inte's final act was to deliver these blueprints in the medium that was most easily accessible to all advanced and adapted life forms on the tiny blue planet. Simply put, they were delivered in dreams.
VWOOM!
A thrum and surge of power was transmitted as the impulse was sent to every Bakshee adapted life form on the planet. This was the simplest and easiest method of ensuring that once these devices of intergalactic communications and travel were trying to be created, they would not be scoffed at. Instead, they were meant to be accepted just enough so that they were not scoffed at outright.
While the planet had grown since the original pushes of information were made possible, there could still be some backlash, which was why this phase always waited until the planet was beyond able to continue with its Bakshee replication processes.
Even with the alerts of noted Psycher activities, this was deemed a marginal risk, especially considering the newest forms of organo-tech had been designed to extinguish Psycher related hosts. Making it a war of attrition, of still non-converted bodies versus converted bodies. At least that was what Col'inte's leaders pressed down when the Psycher related alerts were pushed up.
They were right of course, even with enhanced psychic mind manipulations, the current breed of Bakshee were advanced enough to form subtle resistances to mental controls. It was even confirmed that if these resistance patterns proved effective, then this planet's base coding would be used as the model for future developmental planets. Yes, all of this was nothing more than a testing field for the Bakshee superiors who did not see this planet as even being worthy of intervention, until they could collectively take the blueprints given and reach out to their Bakshee conglomerate as a whole. A part of Col'inte broke when she heard that, yes she had heard the rumors of the leaders being heartless, but to see it firsthand. It broke something deep within Col'inte.

While this planet might be little more than an aggressive ant farm with superior potential, they were still nothing more than an experimental set that the Bakshee conglomerate would be willing to destroy as another failed experiment if it failed.
This was why Col'inte made sure to use as much energy as possible sending this final data packet out to every converted Bakshee citizen. Normally, the process was to send 25% data to Warriors, just enough to make them understand the importance but skeptical of its overall capabilities. 50% to the Workers, enough for them to see the potential, and be able to adapt local materials to meet the design specifications. With the final 100% going to the Rulers who were capable of drafting up the components and getting the Workers in line to create, and Warriors in line to protect the creation of these products.
Now though, now Col'inte made sure to send it three full days in a row, ensuring that everyone had a chance to see and experience the designs mentally. While natural protocols would still limit the exact exposure rating and ability to soak in the blueprints and their details, it would be enough to ensure that the full percentages would be sent to each converted mind. The purpose was simple, Col'inte despite having taken a dismissive role to monitoring this planet found that she had somewhere over time grown to hope for their advancement, and their ability to join the Bakshee conglomerate.
Once they joined, then aid against the Psychers could be provided, and their full acceptance as an advanced Bakshee race could be confirmed. This was why her last act went against protocols.
Officially it was written down as improper procedures recorded. Noting that the first two nights had anomalous readings that made Col'inte unable to determine if a complete transmission was sent. Unfortunately, her actions were noted and flagged by higher ups who called in and personally walked her through the steps. Fortunately, there was still the odd data spike that occurred at one particular spot, the data point anomaly that Col'inte used to justify her repeated trials.
After reviewing of the one data spike, the anomaly was ultimately dismissed as a possible geolocational disturbance that somehow absorbed more information than was normally possible. But overall, the process was deemed a complete success, and Col'inte was forced to continue her way home, her mission being completed.
What she didn't know, was that the blip of data that she recorded each night was not caused by a geological anomaly, but rather it was caused by the full and rapid absorption of one mechanically inclined mind who gathered far more than what was expected from those repeated bursts.
For in the creation of both communications and transportation capabilities, there was something else provided as well. While the blueprints highlighted the strengths and focal points of the network, and devices, an analytical mind could also use those same blueprints to find each components' weaknesses.
