The Smiling Death

Chapter 119: Wolfy is Acting Cute!

Stomp! Stomp!

Their footsteps made a clicking sound on the stony path inside the academy.

"Hehe~ hiccup!" Aisha was drunk and giggling like a kid. So weird of her.

Currently, she was leaning on Amon as he supported her and led her towards the dormitory.

Though it was still eleven o'clock at night, they didn't mind students coming late to dormitories. Sometimes students remained in the training grounds for hours.

"Hah… why do I need to carry a drunken woman like this? Now that I think about it… this was also the reason I got the Golden Ticket. Helping a drunken lady." Amon muttered to himself while walking with Aisha.

"What are you mumbling~? Hah~ such a sweet night~ hehe~ I got to beat someone~" Beside him, the woman continued to talk nonsense.

Of course, Amon didn't try to reply to her. It was better to stay silent.

After a while, they reached near the girls' dormitory building. But Amon stopped.

"Dammit!" He rushed towards the nearby bushes.

"What?—" Aisha tried to question, but Amon had already moved.

Hiding between the bushes near the dormitory that were for decorating the surroundings, Amon remained hidden there with Aisha.

The reason was simple.

The caretaker… or simply the head maid who looked after the first-year girls' dormitory. She was sitting at the counter of the entrance. Well, more than that. She was reading a book.

But the real question was, how should Amon take this wolf back to her room?

His brow frowned in tension.

"Heheh~ hiccup!" The girl beside him was half-lidded, giggling and hiccuping. Her cute fluffy ears continued to twitch and her tail swayed from side to side.

Both crouched on the ground. Aisha's head rested on Amon's shoulder. But too bad he couldn't enjoy it. The smell of alcohol hit his nose.

"Hah.. dammit!" His mood was sour now.

Amon could not simply take her and hand her over to that maid. This wolf was drunk! So obviously she would ask questions. It wasn't allowed to get drunk on campus. They would both get punished for this.

"Oi Aisha!… tell me, what is your room number?" Amon asked her urgently.

She was in a daze. Amon cupped her left cheek and shook her head.

"Hah! What is it? Why are you disturbing me?" she said with annoyance. Her flushed, pink face looked really adorable.

But this was not the time for that.

"Tell me your room number," he asked again.

She thought for a while and then smiled.

"Bad boy~ want to sneak into my room, huh? I won't tell you. Phu." She told him and stuck out her tongue to tease Amon.

He barely controlled himself, still smiling kindly.

"No~. How can I do that? I just want to take you there… or do you want to sleep here? On the ground all night?" Though he was smiling, the guy was too irritated.

The wolf girl went into deep thought again.

"Nah! I don't want to. My room number is thirty-two. On the third floor of Wing A building."

"Fuu. Got it." Amon got up with her. There were a total of four wings in the first-year dormitory building.

Amon took Aisha and silently moved from that place without letting the maid notice them.

He took her to the backside of her building where her room was.

"Now tell me which one is yours." Amon observed the building and tried to understand which window belonged to her dormitory room.

Aisha, standing beside him or trying to stand. Tapped her index finger on her chin. She then pointed her finger at one particular window on the third floor.

"That…" then changed it to the one beside it. "…no… that one."

Amon looked at her flatly. She was confused between those two. So there was only one thing to do.

"You wait here. I will go and check."

Leaving her there, Amon got closer to the wall. Mana flowed through his legs as he pushed off the ground and jumped up.

Thud!

His movements were making noise, so he used shadow to conceal it.

He landed on the window of the first floor, holding onto the canopy protruding from the wall. Then jumped again. Like that, he moved to the window Aisha had first pointed out.

Landing on it, he looked through. The glass window was closed, but the curtain inside was open. There, on the bed, a girl was sleeping soundly.

Amon's brow twitched.

"That wolf girl!" He didn't remain there and lunged to the other window.

Now staring inside the dark room, Amon could see there was no one here. The room was a little unkept. Giving the same vibe as that wolf girl.

He commanded his shadow; it moved toward the window, entering inside through small gaps. After all, shadow was like liquid — shapeless. Then it moved to the lock.

Click!

"Gotcha! Damn! This ability can let me steal perfectly." Amon opened it and entered.

He observed the room. Saw gauntlets on the desk. Casual clothes on a chair.

"This is her room… hah."

Amon got back to Aisha.

But only to see her sleeping soundly against a tree. Her ears were drooped on her head. She was breathing normally.

He stared at her. Then walking to her, he took her on his back. A piggyback ride.

"Hah… she is cute while sleeping."He muttered.

'But she's also heavy.' It was natural. Aisha was much taller than Amon. Also she was a very healthy woman.

Ignoring the softness on his back, Amon jumped again.

This time it was harder.

After some hard work, Amon was inside her room.

He laid Aisha on the bed while laying beside her, very close.

"Hah… hah…" He breathed heavily. This was more hard work than he had thought.

"I should get going—" Just when he was going to get up, a hand wrapped around his body.

Aisha, with her strong hand, hugged Amon. He was shocked and flustered by this situation. But if that wasn't enough, she started to rub her soft cheek against his in a cute way. Though he smell the alcohol.

"Hehehe~ you are weak… but cute~" the words left her mouth. Her ears moved cutely, tail swinging from side to side. Her eyes still closed.

Amon was frozen. As much as he could feel her strong and muscular body against him, there was undeniable softness as well.

'This is not bad-… wait no.'

Amon somehow got away from Aisha's strong grip and ran away from her room.

---

From that day onwards, Aisha started to act weird every time she met Amon.
