Heretic Trainer: The Gym Is My Cultivation Method

Chapter 217: Please Grab a Cadaver

Garion stepped out of the room, stretching his arms as he walked toward the training hall.

He could see Dahlia, Arden, the twins, and the others standing in front of a long line of elders.

Each elder was trembling under heavy barbells, dumbbells, and weighted vests.

Rynar was shouting, "Lower! Lower! If you can talk, you're not tired enough!"

Rynor added, spinning on his heel. "And if you're still standing, you're cheating!"

The elders cried in unison, "WE'RE NOT CHEATING!"

Dahlia sighed, rubbing her temple as she corrected someone's push-up form.

"At least try to keep your back straight… you'll break something."

Garion raised an eyebrow.

"…You're all just doing weight training?"

Everyone froze for a moment.

Dahlia turned around slowly. "Master… this is what you told us before, right? To train them with the basics first?"

Garion placed a hand on his hip and pointed at her with a tiny smirk.

"Yeah, but that was before they joined the God Gym officially. You think they're going to grow fast like this?"

Arden blinked. "We thought this was already fast…"

Garion clicked his tongue. "Nope. Too slow. What are you all doing? Just pumping iron?"

Rynar puffed his chest. "It works!"

Rynor nodded. "Look at their arms. They're shaking already."

Garion pinched the bridge of his nose.

"I meant the real training. The same thing I taught you."

Dahlia frowned.

"Master… you want us to teach them body knowledge now? Already? Some of them still don't even know how blood works."

One elder in the back raised his hand weakly, still holding a dumbbell.

"…Blood circulates… clockwise, right…?"

Another elder whispered, "Shut up, you're embarrassing us…"

Garion sighed heavily.

"Dahlia. If Raviel and Aveline can learn two days' worth of anatomy without crying, these guys can handle it too."

Arden scratched his cheek. "Master, I think some of them will cry…"

Garion smirked.

"Good. Crying means they're learning."

The elders trembled.

Dahlia finally let out a long breath. "Fine… but if any of them pass out, you're explaining this to Raviel later."

"Deal," Garion said immediately.

"Now listen. I'll teach all of you how to convert their cultivation paths to ours. The steps. The flow. What to watch for. Then you spread that to the rest."

Rynar grinned. "So we're making everyone like us?"

Garion nodded. "Exactly. Everyone who is part of our God Clan."

Rynor gave a thumbs-up. "Nice. Can't wait to see them scream."

The elders paled.

Garion didn't spare them a glance.

He knelt down, grabbed a stick, and casually drew steps on the ground like he was explaining a cooking recipe.

"Alright, listen. This is how you'll train them."

Dahlia, Arden, the twins, and the elders leaned in.

Garion tapped the first point.

"Step one: Teach them the body. Not surface-level stuff. Real anatomy. Muscles. Organs. Blood movement. Cells."

An elder whispered nervously, "W-We have to learn all that?"

Garion nodded seriously. "Yes. And you'll use a cadaver."

Half the elders jumped back, not knowing what it was.

Rynar grinned. "Master's teaching method never changes. Brutal but effective."

Rynor leaned in. "At least the corpse doesn't fight back."

Garion continued as if they weren't talking.

"Cadavers make learning faster. One look and the knowledge sticks. Don't argue."

Arden sighed. "This is going to break a few minds…"

Garion pointed to the second step.

"Step two: Make them transform one cell into a mana pool cell. Just one. If they fail even that, they're not ready for our path."

Several elders gulped.

Dahlia nodded. "Basic visualization and mana flow. Got it."

Garion drew a circle, adding another line.

"Step three: Turn that mana pool cell into a mana-core cell."

One elder raised a trembling hand. "S-Should we expect it to hurt?"

Garion blinked. "That part? No. That's the easy part."

The elders exhaled in relief.

Garion smirked.

"This is the painful part."

He tapped the ground hard.

"Step four: Destroy their mana core."

Every elder froze.

The ground became silent for a solid five seconds.

Then...

"WHAT?!"

"DESTROY?!"

"OUR MANA CORE?!"

"IS THIS A JOKE?!"

Garion lifted a hand, shutting them up instantly.

"No joke. You destroy the mana core. And yes, it will hurt. A lot."

The elders trembled like leaves in a storm.

Dahlia smiled sympathetically. "You'll survive."

Arden added, "Master broke Raviel's mana core. He lived."

Rynar snickered. "But he screamed loud."

Rynor nodded. "Very loud."

Garion spoke again, calm and clear.

"When their mana core shatters, the mana inside will run wild. Use that wild mana to force it all into the new mana-core cell and transform it into a perfected mana-core cell."

He waved a hand.

"After that, you know the rest. Split, spread, and convert the rest of the cells over time."

The elders stared at him with hollow eyes.

Garion clapped his hands once.

"Alright! Dahlia, Arden, the twins, and the others... teach them everything I just said.No cutting corners."

Dahlia saluted with a grin. "Understood, Master."

Rynar cracked his knuckles. "This is going to be fun."

Rynor laughed. "We're making history. And tears."

The elders collectively swallowed.

---

Dahlia clapped her hands once, sharp and loud.

"Alright! Everyone, grab a cadaver!"

The elders froze.

Arden dragged a table forward, placing a covered body on top. "Don't just stand there. Learning starts now."

The twins each grabbed a cadaver by the shoulders and dropped them in front of two terrified elders with a thud.

Rynar smirked. "Don't faint yet. We haven't even opened them."

Rynor added, "Yeah, save your screaming for later."

Clara and Eliza both rolled out their own cadavers, pushing them toward the remaining elders.

One elder shook so hard he nearly dropped.

"H-Hold on! Isn't this… Isn't this demonic?!"

Another elder raised a hand.

"We're cutting open bodies! Human bodies! This is heresy in some sects!"

Dahlia tilted her head. "Do you want to learn fast or not?"

The elders frowned, but before the panic could spread further, Garion explained it to them.

"Relax. These corpses belonged to villains."

The elders blinked.

Garion continued calmly, "Murderers. Traitors. People who tried to kill children. People who betrayed their own clan."

"You're not disrespecting heroes. You're using trash to build something good."

The elders exchanged uneasy looks.

Arden lifted the cloth on his cadaver, revealing the body's chest.

"This one tried poisoning the other elders a few days ago. Remember him?"

Three elders gasped. "HIM?!"

Arden nodded. "Now he's finally useful."

Rynar slapped the back of another corpse. "This guy? Used to kidnap women outside the city. A real bastard."

Rynor pushed his cadaver closer.

"Mine tried to steal everything from the clan treasury. So stop whining. They deserve this."

The elders' expressions softened. They were still disturbed, but no longer panicking.

Then Clara pointed toward the training hall.

"And by the way… Patriarch Raviel and Matriarch Aveline learned with this method too."

Every elder stiffened.

"…They what?"

Eliza nodded proudly. "Yep. Two days of studying with corpses. You can too."

Suddenly the elders straightened like disciplined soldiers.

"If the Patriarch learned this way… then we must endure as well."

"Yes. We cannot fall behind!"

"We will study diligently!"

Garion chuckled from the side. "Glad to see you're motivated now."
