Liu Wei was now standing in the middle of the Spirit Livestock Pasture. He spent the next hours interacting with the livestocks, understanding them through the Livestock Wardens.

After hours of spending in the Agricultural Domain, Liu Wei decided to leave.

This is to assure that everyone inside or outside of the Kingdom of Jin Wu is fated to come into your library.

Distance is not the problem as long as it is within the Mortal Realm.]

Liu Wei was surprised.

He ruminated for a while and asked, "Does that mean those not fated are unable to enter the library at all?"

[Yes. In fact, they won't see your library at all. Even if the previous location of the library in the Kingdom of Jin Wu would be replaced with a restaurant, the original location of the library remains. Simply put, the Library has transcended in another dimension.]
