Blow up his 100,000 purchase points!?
He was sure he would die of regret right after, but Everlearn also understood the system's point.
It could be summarised into one thing:
"I need to create some individual parts myself"
"In the case of the Nakros Buster, each of the six arms and the structural frame of the body using short bursts of Mechano Creatio here and there, before finally bringing everything together with one final Mechano Creatio."
"That way, the energy used to create the full Mech would be lower, and I can rest and recover in between each piece creation," he concluded, and it flashed.
║Your intelligence stats are being put to good use║
"Hehehe, thank you."
Though the process of constructing each piece would take longer than if he just did it once, it also gave him the power to customise and improvise if he wanted.
Still, it wasn't a job he could rush, nor was it one he could do in his living room with his gadgets around.
He needed a professional lab.
There were booths in the Mech Module building that students could use for their own special projects, but Everlearn couldn't use them.
Not because he didn't have the permission, but because those with a higher authority level, like Instructor Oileren, could enter each student's booth.
If he built the tech before the eyes of such a knowledgeable scientist, there was no doubt the man would only further help him, but there was also the problem of him discovering his Mechano Creatio skill.
If that happened, who knew what the Academy would do to him?
They might just throw him into some underground lab and force him to churn out new technologies every day.
In the end, he decided to start with what he's got, and speaking of that, Everlearn looked at his living room.
Ever since he came into the Academy, he had not even sat down more than thrice on the sofa.
He had always jumped right back to his desk, meaning all of this space was being wasted.
So he decided.
He would turn his living room into a professional lab.
And what better place than his living room, where only he could access?
Through the night, while most students were asleep, trying to get some rest after the arduous day in preparation for the next arduous day, Everlearn was wide awake, shifting sofas from the living room to his bedroom.
After he was done, the bedroom was completely packed with stuff, but he left a tiny space where he could access his wardrobe and bed with no problem.
He hated his room being this clogged and obviously tight, but he forced himself to shrug it off, using it as a motivation instead.
"The quicker I get things done, the earlier I can return things to normal. But for now, I gotta put up with this."
An hour later, the room contained nothing but his desk setup, giving him plenty of space to work.
He opened his academy shop, confirming the location of some materials he needed.
Mech gadget creation tables, wardrobes of unboxing gadgets like screws and the rest.
He would need that if he were to work on individual parts.
Once he saw the location and price, he grabbed a hoodie and went straight to the shop area.
It was always open 24/7, so he didn't have to worry that it was night.
The 2nd-year area was quieter at night, unlike the newcomer area, where there wasn't much difference between day and night.
That was probably due to the busy schedule, yet a few students still rode their bikes here and there for fun, taking advantage of the free road.
But Everlearn didn't wish to be seen.
Better if nobody knew he was making a new lab within his room, or that might get him unnecessary attention he didn't want.
That led him to take corners through alleyways, and he never bought more than one gadget from any shop, preferring to visit different shops.
When he was done, he took a different corner and soon arrived in the dorm room.
DIIIIIING!
The elevator sound rang out, and Everlearn's eyes quickly dimmed.
Leaning on the railing was a person, a fat boy, and of course it was none other than Eloris, whose brow raised as he looked at the huge bag Everlearn was carrying behind him.
"Hmmm, and what are you doing this…" Eloris was still saying when all of a sudden,
BAANG!
Something crashed into the back of his neck, and his eyes immediately rolled back as he landed face-first on the ground.
He had been knocked out cold.
Reappearing behind him was Everlearn, who looked down at the unconscious body.
"The last thing I want is your gossipy nose around my business…" he mused, grabbing Eloris's card and opening his door before dragging his legs and rolling him inside his room.
He threw the card on his belly before he shut the door, exhaling quietly.
"Hopefully, he'll think it's all just a bad dream," he mused before grabbing his bags and also stepping into his room.
The setup began as he arranged the lab desks and tools, taking more time than he had anticipated.
When he finished, he brought out the materials he had bought from his system shop.
Switching on the hologram that projected the image of the Blade Core Guardians.
Yes, he had decided to go first for the Blade Core Guardian, one that was said to be easier to make.
He quickly grouped the tech materials into the parts needed, all on different tables, and started from what he felt was the easiest:
One of the limbs.
A blue flicker flashed through his room due to Mechano Creatio, and, just as the system said, the energy required was insane.
Even for him to create just one of the legs for the Blade Core Guardian was insane.
In the end, he was forced to do some basic measuring himself, some implanting and wiring, before using Mechano Creation to make them integrate perfectly.
DRIIIIIIIIIIIING!
DRIIIIIIIIIIIIING!
The sound of the alarm ringing brought him out of his focus.
It was time for school, and this night he had half-created a leg of the Bladecore Guardian.
Quickly getting himself dressed and reaching for the door, Everlearn stepped out of his room with his head unconsciously held high.
He was moving closer to his goals, though the dark eye bags revealed just how exhausted he was.
