"And what are you here for?" The man asked as he smirked at our metal gear.

"To go shopping," Cora replied with ice-cold eyes.

"Fun, but you see, we have a no prostitute rule. If you would like one, you can use the ones inside but bringing in extra competition from outside is a bannable offense… so leave," The woman demanded, and I could feel Cora practically seething with rage.

Well, seems like she had a nice life.

And in an instant, red ice spread from Cora's feet, encapsulating both of the bouncers, and once the ice had shattered, they were gone… they had disappeared into thin air.

"You can't go killing people however you want,"

But, it seems Cora took this matter way too seriously as she soon shot me a glare that seemingly pierced straight through my forehead.

"*sigh*... Well, whatever. My fault," I muttered before we entered the dark stairs dimly lit by neon lights and a few torches scattered about.

The base and sound of music echoed up through the stairs the farther we traveled down, and soon, we reached what seemed to be an underground club with a fight cage, shops, and even a DJ who blasted music so loud that I could barely hear the people around me.

"SO! WHERE DO WE GO NEXT!" I shouted to the dark elf right beside me, and she just pointed me in the direction of the shopping part of this underground club.

Guess that makes sense…

The shops were more like stalls with items, weapons, and illegal substances being sold for a low price.

How has this place not even shut down yet? Do the nobles not even care? Well… I guess that would make sense, actually.

Some of them might even be investing in some of these shops or possibly even supplying them… you never know.

As we were following the dark elf, only I was approached by prostitutes men and women, but most men who, I had to say… would've been irresistible for a straight woman.

But soon, after turning down what seemed to be about twenty prostitutes, we reached a smaller shop that wasn't as busy, selling some neat light armor and even a few daggers.

"DO YOU NORMALLY SHOP AT THIS PLACE!?" Cora shouted, and the dark elf nodded before crouching down and pointing at the things she wanted.

It was a set of light leather armor perfect for an assassin, rouge, or archer, and it seems she was more of a rouge who used a mix of both.

She bought a pair of cheap twin daggers with our money and, at another shop not too far from here, bought a smaller bow that she quickly slung across her back.

It seemed she was experienced with things like these.

As we made our way back, a large crowd suddenly came over to the shopping area, splitting us apart, but before Cora could travel out of my sight, I gave her a signal to meet up at the rendezvous point.

But, I continued to get dragged farther and farther into the main partying part of the underground club, and the music was so loud that it made me dizzy.

How do people listen to this? It sounds good, but it's way too fucking loud… anymore, and I'm gonna go deaf.

I tried to cover my ears, but it was useless, so I sealed everything shut with some ice magic and eventually made my way up to the stage, where the DJ was turning up the music even louder.

My ice felt like it was about to shatter just from how loud it was.

And, it's not like many people stared at me as they were either partying or even up on the stage, though giving room for the DJ to do his thing.

"YO! THINK YOU COULD TURN THIS DOWN!" I shouted directly into the DJ's ear, but he didn't hear me, so I slipped my finger under his torso and turned it down by quite a lot.

Seemed like nobody noticed, and this place seemed quite fun, though a bit sketchy, but I didn't mind, so I planned on coming back here for a victory celebration.

And just as I got to the exit, a person grabbed my shoulder, giving me quite the scare as detecting things in this place was a nightmare.

With so much sensory overload, pinpointing a single place was absolutely impossible.

"HEY! WHY AREEEE YOU WEARING SUCH BIG ARMOR DOWN HERE! A BEAUTY LIKE YOU SHOULD SHOW OFF YOUR BODY MORE!" A drunk guy shouted, and I tried to remove his hand, which was successful, but he reached out once again, grabbing me even tighter than before.

"Tch… Let go of me," I muttered and pushed his face away from me, which was getting way too close.

"COME ON, GIRL! LET'S HAVE SOME FUN!" He shouted once again, and I could see a few eyes glued to me, so I kicked him in the gut and took my leave.

Never mind… this place is disgusting. Being bothered by prostitutes wasn't that great either.

As soon as I had escaped that trashy place, I saw both the dark elf and Cora waiting for me at the top of the stairs, looking out onto the dimly street with slowly falling snowflakes.

"It's so much quieter up here," I chuckled, and both of them agreed with a quick and decisive nod.

"Alright, babe, put on your clothes. We'll look the other way," Cora said, and as we both stared off into the distance, entranced by the falling snow, we were rudely interrupted by somebody coming up from the underground club.

"Shit… you can't be stripping here," A drunk woman said, and as she was in a black suit, I assumed her to be another bouncer of some sort.

"Don't mind me. I'm just getting changed,"

"Ah, I don't care. Just make sure no drunk guy gets locked on you… also, what happened to the bouncers up here? Hey! You two! Where are the bouncers!?" The woman shouted, and as we turned around, the dark elf had already finished changing, and we finally locked eyes with the woman.

She had long white hair, thick eyelashes and under lashes, and a face that made her look like a gangster.

"Oh, shit… you kind of look like my previous evolution," I muttered, but she was way curvier and way taller than me… maybe even as tall as Mia.

"I didn't ask what your previous evolution was. Tell me where the bouncers went," She said with the dark elf supporting her from falling.

"They went to go take a piss," Cora said.

"Psh, yeah, right. Fucking rabbits in heat… alright, you two take over for now! Don't let nobody in if they look suspicious, and no drinking on the job!" She shouted, and we both rolled our eyes.

"Sorry girl, we got something else to do," I said and threw her my badge of recognition, which recognized me as a commander for this kingdom.

"Oh, my bad. I didn't know I was talking to one of the commanders… well, I wish you both good luck on your travels,"

And as the woman tossed me my badge back and gave me a cringe-ass salute, we all left and walked down the dimly lit street, illuminating the falling flurry of snow from above.

After a few long hours, the sun had finally risen, and we set off towards the edge of the dukedom with a weak goodbye from the duke.

It was clear he couldn't give a shit, but at least the feeling was mutual, so we both parted ways without any lingering feelings.

"Now, let's see how powerful these monsters are in this dukedom," I muttered before glancing down at my map.

Not too far from here was a monster nest where we would definitely encounter some monsters, and since we have so many men, we might as well get rid of it while we're at it.

"YOU GUYS WON'T DIE TO SOME FUCKING MONSTERS! RIGHT!?" I shouted back at my army, and they all shouted at the top of their lungs as if they were offended.

"OF COURSE NOT!"

As we all smiled, a malicious pressure overcame my army, and as Cora's army didn't want to lose, they looked at her with a face full of determination.

"ALL RIGHT! YOU SWEATY BASTARDS! I DON'T WANT A SINGLE ONE OF YOU GETTING KILLED BY A MONSTER! IF I SEE YOU BEING SELFISH AND NOT HELPING ANYBODY OUT, I'M KILLING YOU MYSELF!" Cora shouted back at her army.

"ORAAAAAA!" They shouted back.

And soon, our men, who were all ready to destroy an entire continent, locked eyes with the monster den of orcs who stood three times as tall as us… but the adrenaline was too much for anybody to back down.

As a wave of sparkling lights washed over my men like a strong sea wave, they were filled with absolute power.

Their muscles were bulging, and their eyes were bloodshot with adrenaline being pumped through their veins.

"CHARGEEEEE!"

"RAHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
