The warm fuzz inside of me had spread to my heart and brain, making me so extremely happy that I couldn't stop smiling.

"All done!" A voice suddenly broke through the atmosphere, and a wild Ethel wrapped in towels and swung open the door, snapping Clio awake.

And as we all sat there in awe, looking at her pass through the room, we finally saw her enter the walk-in closet filled with clothes.

"Oh, sweet… There are some men's clothes in here… don't mind if I do…."

We all soon finished bathing and cleaning ourselves while Mia insisted she helped me moisturize, attempting to tease me, but I was unphased as I felt absolutely freezing upon coming out of the shower.

As soon as we arrived in the queen's office, we felt her frosty aura practically pour out of the doorway, so I quickly shielded everybody with my green flames.

"I can't have you showing me up now, can I?" Mia smirked before walking through my green flames and unleashing a wave of pinkish-red flames that poured out from the center of her palms.

The flames immediately quelled the freezing aura and gently wrapped the queen in a nice little package.

"What would happen if I were to kill her right here and now?" Mia asked the maid, her eyes glowing a dim sadistic pink.

"Th-The entire kingdom would be after you," The maid stuttered, nervous as Mia's fist slowly balled, imitating the flames that wrapped around the queen like a blanket.

"As much as I would love to kill her, she might be the key to us returning to our plane… so, don't kill her just yet," I spoke up, and Mia glanced at me for a just second before dropping the woman who slowly woke up again.

"Ugh… what happened?" She muttered, some maids helping her into her office chair and bringing her a soothing cup of tea.

"You fainted, asshole. Take a break as well so we can have you at the peak performance once everybody has come back. We'll see what happens, so stop stressing so much," I replied to her before coldly walking away.

"When did you become so considerate of me?"

Even though I couldn't see her, I knew she had a smug grin on her face, so I just lifted up my right hand and gave her the middle finger as I walked away.

As soon as we had returned to my room, I felt the gaze of Mia land on me, and as I laid down on my bed, Clio nearly landing on top of me as she jumped onto the bed as well, Mia grabbed my arm and pulled me upwards.

"What the hell was that? You never told me she'd be that strong. If that was just her unconscious aura, then I can't even imagine what it would be like once she's awake," Mia sighed, already stressed from the queen's power.

"I already warned you. Don't blame me," I muttered, and after seeing Mia frown a bit, I wrapped my arms around her waist to hug her.

"Geez… what a fucked up situation you've landed in," Mia muttered, and I could see the visible chills on her skin, goosebumps rising from each limb.

"Sorry for dragging you into this. I really hoped to solve this myself, but it seems I might need your assistance as well," I muttered, snuggling my face into her soft belly and feeling her smooth skin beneath her clothes seemingly comfort me.

"It's all good. We'll help you until our dying breaths… so don't stress too much and lean on us once in a while. Got it?"

As I slowly awoke in the morning, I felt the warm embrace of Mia coddle my stressed thoughts and wrestle them away.

"Good morning," She muttered, and I took a peak outside the massive window, only to see that it was still pitch black outside.

"Did you… go to sleep?"

"Yeah, I got a lot of sleep, but it seems I still couldn't break the habit of waking up before you. Seeing your peaceful sleeping face as I cuddle you has to be one of my favorite things in life… maybe my favorite activity,"

"D-Don't say such cringy things," I blushed before slowly shifting out of bed and deadpanning upon seeing both Clio and Ethel piled on one another, bottles of wine just sprawled out right beside them.

"Did they go drinking somewhere?" I chuckled before walking past them and entering the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth.

"Yep! And it seems they had lots of fun!" Mia shouted across the room, snapping both of the passed-out drunkies awake.

"Huh? Wha-? Uh? What time is it?" Ethel muttered, her thoughts in disarray and her face completely unaware of what was even going on.

Clio, on the other hand, just flopped back asleep, causing a chain to form and drag Ethel's head down with her, forcing her asleep as well.

After I finished brushing my teeth, I went to exit the bathroom, but Mia quickly blocked the path and slowly pushed me back into the white room.

"Shall we have some fun?" She lightly smirked before closing and locking the door behind her.

And, to match her energy, I smiled back at her, excited to release some more stress.
