As she clashed head-on with one of the two ancient dire wolf cubs, Scaly could not help frowning to herself as she clearly felt the injuries that she had yet to fully recover from starting to act up.

Even if she had laid around for a few minutes to recover her strength and thought she would be more than strong enough to fight off the three humans, the first clash between her and one of the ancient dire wolf cubs instantly forced her to reconsider her earlier thoughts.

As the two strong humans landed on the ground and made their way towards the small battlefield, they kept most of their attention focused on the large ancient dire wolf being held back by the strongest humans from the dungeon town.

"Ignore the ancient wolf cubs or the big one might go crazy and rush over here. At that point all of us will die!"

As the two ancient dire wolf cubs and three humans stopped chasing after her following the arrival of the two powerful humans, Scaly wasn't the slightest bit relieved and instead began looking around herself for anything to help her escape from her current situation.

At least by making use of the fact that there were still humans present around the ancient dire wolf, she would be able to limit the amount of power in the attacks launched towards her.

After all, they had to not only avoid hitting their own people, but also avoid putting the people into a bad situation that would give the ancient dire wolf a chance to take advantage of the situation.

"No, I don't want to risk my life just for this little thing. Not to mention, I doubt it will be able to survive for long in that place."

Recovering from their surprise over where Scaly had decided to escape, the two humans who had jumped down the wall to chase after her stopped chasing her as they began to retreat back towards the wall again. Neither of them feeling eager about entering a battlefield far beyond their own level. Especially considering that their actions earlier had drawn the attention of the ancient dire wolf.

Even though they didn't do anything to the ancient dire wolf cubs, there was no saying if the ancient dire wolf would attack them the moment it got the chance to do so. After all, both of them were far too weak to resist it for even a moment.

Arriving at the battlefield between the ancient dire wolf and the powerful humans as the two that had been chasing her turned around and returned to the town, Scaly could not help feeling a shiver run down her spine as she inspected the different humans embroiled in battle with the ancient dire wolf.

Outside of these three powerful humans no less powerful than the terrifying human she had encountered in the past, with one of them even standing up above the other two to singlehandedly be the main combat force in the battle with the ancient dire wolf, there was also around a dozen or so humans that had at least reached level 50 working together with them to suppress the ancient dire wolf.

Just from watching how the ancient dire wolf managed to fight back against so many powerful humans by itself, Scaly could not help feeling a hint of admiration towards this powerful monster.

Thinking this to herself as she stared towards the ancient dire wolf filled with a burning desire to grow stronger herself and be capable of confronting an entire human town by herself, Scaly didn't stop moving as she skillfully maneuvered across the battlefield in the direction of the forest not too far away.

Just as Scaly felt that everything was going quite well with the humans pretty much ignoring her presence as they were far too focused with not dying to the ancient dire wolf, the strongest among the humans suddenly called out loudly to the rest of the humans… And even though she had no idea what he meant by bounty value and reward; she could clearly feel the change in the humans present.

Not just them, even the two humans about to climb back up the wall and back to the safety of the town froze on the spot as they turned to look back towards Scaly with a hint of greed in their eyes.

The reason for this was simple, as the bounty awarded by killing Scaly would be counted depending on the strength of the human she killed.
