Nexus Ascension: My Comprehension Defies the Heaven

Chapter 141: Fragment of the chaos seal (1)

With the transformation over, Grey had already decided what he needed to do.

"It's time to take a look at the so-called Chaos Seal." Grey took his halo off and immediately the special effects surrounding him like some walking Halloween reduced.

Of course, his eyes still had not changed, his eyes had completely transformed and they would never go back to looking normal, they would stay exactly like that even when he was sleeping or idling away in a cafe.

Grey did not mind, in fact, he liked how his current eyes looked. Who else aside from him had unique eyes like his?

He doubted anyone in Blue Star had it.

With that said, Grey began moving, he gently flew across the inheritance ground and landed on the center of the lotus platform.

As soon as his feet touched the ground, his vision blurred and immediately he was teleported away by the hidden formation.

The very next moment, pink light erupted from all directions, completely blinding him for a second, but his Saint's Eyes shined brightly and his vision cleared up.

There he saw it.

A beating heart, a beating heart that made Grey look as if he was a tiny ant compared to it. It was several times bigger than the trial mountains outside this space.

Ba-dump! Ba-dump! Ba-dump!

The heart beat in an irregular rhythm as if it had a life of its own and with each beat of the heart, Realmheart Energy pumped out from the heart and rushed out wisp by wisp.

Grey activated his spatial vision and he was immediately able to see several spatial distortions around the heart.

And the Realmheart Energy rushed into those distortions, likely sending it out into the outer layer of the secret realm where the forest, mutated beasts and the trial grounds were in.

"The seal should be inside this heart." Grey analyzed as he curiously looked at it with his hands supporting his chin.

According to what Brandon said, the Chaos Seal split and shot into other continents with several falling down here as well, and at those places a new secret realm was formed.

"Just how powerful is the seal to be able to directly create a secret realm, a sub space within the normal space of Blue Star."

Artificial creation of sub spaces, he wondered just how strong one must be to do it.

"If I'm not wrong, the sustaining energy of this realm also comes from the seal." Grey was certain that Realmheart Energy came from the Chaos Seal.

Made sense, how else could he randomly find True Origin Energy like this?

"According to Brandon, the seal at its full capability was able to expand this world and even give the planet a consciousness."

"That would mean this secret realm is also in the stage of something similar to that."

He had read records of this secret realm, and from the records experts of Old Ashspire City had confirmed that this secret realm did indeed grow bigger with each emergence of it.

'If I gather all the seals, can I create a planet too?'

It was an unthinkable thought, but even a small fragment of the Chaos Seal was capable of creating a secret realm and expanding it continuously as if it had infinite energy. If he combined it together perhaps he could create another planet with a powerful world consciousness similar to Blue Star by the end.

"Speaking of its consciousness, Eterna did mention it to me before. Since it is the planet's will, does that mean it is watching over everyone?"

He honestly doubted that, considering how much the fourth rank expert Brandon hyped up the consciousness, he believed it was a very powerful entity, yet how come it had not done anything against the corruption fields?

Perhaps it had done something, but Grey did not know for sure. He did remember something like the world consciousness rejecting transmigrators and stopping abyssal beings from crossing over.

'Maybe it does not have the power to do anything other than that?'

"I'll just have to ask it myself." Grey nodded.

Eterna would not tell him anything until he reached a higher level of citizen rank or once he reached 4th rank, so instead of asking her, it was best to find out all by himself.

He knew she was trying to protect him from unexpected dangers this planet possessed, and after finding out the truth of Blue Star he knew how dangerous it was outside the ice wall, but he did not need Eterna's concern, she did not know what he was capable of achieving and what sort of powers he had.

Shifting his thoughts away from that, Grey focused on the heart.

"Now, how will I get to the Chaos Seal?" Grey tilted his head, his long hair dripping down in the air.

"Should I punch the heart?" Grey frowned. "But if I did do that, will something happen to the heart?"

Grey released his mind perception and immediately his mind perception targeted the heart, it rushed inside through every gap it saw and eventually visual data of what was inside the heart was transmitted into his mind.

Inside it was a glowing disc fragment, it pulsed alongside the heart, sending out wisps of energy which the heart took into itself.

The following moment, the disc, as if finding Grey's energy, stopped blinking with light and slightly changed the way it was facing to match Grey.

For a second, Grey felt as if someone was looking at him.

"Interesting." Grey's eyes flashed in surprise. "Are you sentient?"

Grey would not doubt it, this thing could give the planet consciousness, why would the seal itself not have sentience?

The Chaos Seal, as if responding to him, blinked with light.

"It's really sentient." Grey was dumbfounded. "Blink once to confirm once again."

The Chaos Seal blinked once.

Immediately after, the Chaos Seal sent a mysterious power out, it was golden in color and just by looking at it, Grey's expression changed.

[Your comprehension defies the heaven! By observing The Axe's consciousness you have you've gained insight into the world.]

"Axe? What axe?" Grey was surprised. "How interesting."
