What is technology?

It is a mighty power that can be popularized among most people. It's a force not reliant on a handful of elites, but one that lifts every individual within a civilization evenly, thus forming a strength that rises from the bottom up—and an immense potential!

These "Artificial Spirit Bodies" are one aspect; then there are the "Heavenly Dao Chips" that enhance intuition, "Artificial Limbs" to speed up spellcasting, and even "Artificial Magical Treasures" beneficial in combat, among others.

Some of these are just fantasies for now, but some—aided by calculations—have been confirmed as realistically feasible.

Whether they succeed or not is irrelevant.

As long as development begins and a positive cycle emerges, the growth rate of such a new path in its initial stage will be extremely fast.

"I'm already getting impatient." Cultivator Shen Yu glanced once more at the "Heavenly Dao Distortion Progress" marked by Xiao Yu.

Still at three percent.

But that's just an issue of observation accuracy.

Even before the meeting officially began, one heavyweight figure after another had already arrived.

At present, Main Body Shen Yu has developed six Parallel Universes.

Plus Parallel Universe One—Main Body Shen Yu's home universe—seven Parallel Universes in total.

The total population exceeds fifty billion.

The time frame for each is within several decades from the late twentieth century to the early twenty-first.

The latest is Parallel Universe Six, currently in the year 2046.

Though it's twenty years later, its technology hasn't developed into anything especially remarkable.

When faced with the Meteorite Monsters, it likewise has little ability to resist.

And now, humanity's Mother Star teams from all seven Parallel Universes—over five hundred members—have gathered here in one hall.

It's a rare opportunity for them to meet peers from all the other Parallel Universes; all manner of discussion fills the great meeting hall, unceasing.

Until the moment Main Body Shen Yu appeared, everyone promptly quieted.

They gazed at this "Myriad Realms Consultant" Shen Yu, solemn in demeanor.

No doubt: as the number of Parallel Universes grows, Shen Yu's status skyrockets.

After all, the human civilizations he faces are no longer a single entity, and Shen Yu is now the greatest focal point for all civilizations' unity.

But to Shen Yu now, power and status no longer matter.

What he cares about most is the strength of the Association—meaning, the united strength of human civilization itself!

"Ladies and gentlemen," Shen Yu, after a brief opening, went straight to the point, "Today's gathering has two key points. First, I have ascended to Third-Level Member."

With that one sentence, most people's faces lit up.

The Association's Member Level promotion brings obvious and great benefits!

In fact, this was the outcome of earlier meetings between Shen Yu and the other Shen Yus.

The emergence of the Immortal Cultivation World has substantially raised the civilization's overall Power Level—a promotion is overdue.

Notably, this time, unlike before, it is not a unified promotion for all Shen Yus.

Martial Artist Shen Yu was left outside.

This was Martial Artist Shen Yu's own proposal.

Thus, everyone knows: the Interstellar Civilization's world possesses an even wider, grander interstellar society!

Countless Parallel Universes; countless human Mother Stars.

Some are not strictly Magicless Worlds.

Yes, among the Parallel Universes excavated later, each boasts its own level of active Extraordinary Power.

Take Parallel Universe Four, for example.

The "Martial Arts" there are clearly far ahead of other Parallel Universes.

Eastern martial culture flourishes; traditional martial arts have not faded.

The strongest "Martial Artists" there are on par only with third-rate fighters of Martial Arts World, but even so, this greatly expands the possibilities across the Endless Parallel Universe.

Now, with the Meteorite Monsters' emergence, no one can guarantee there aren't some incredibly powerful Parallel Universes out there.

If such strength is confirmed, it makes sense to raise those Members (and those of Interstellar Civilization) by one level.

"After Association Member's promotion, the mutual-aid inter-civilization relationships previously established will still be retained as long as the partner is one level lower. So, through Interstellar Civilization's liaison, the Magic World's apocalypse crisis has now been completely resolved—by a newly discovered Third-Level Member world." Cultivator Shen Yu dropped another bombshell, "With the crisis over, Magic World's Members will soon ascend as well—it shouldn't take long."

Suddenly, the room was abuzz.

Just how powerful must this new Third-Level Member world be—solving the Magic World gods problem so swiftly!

Seemingly anticipating their thoughts, Shen Yu spoke directly: "The theme of today's meeting is this newly discovered Third-level Civilization world."

With a sweep of his hand,

a projection appeared instantly above the meeting.

A vast, boundless world!

Vast swathes of green, endless mountains—as well as those chasms cleaving the land like scars, the "Abyss."

Infinite lightning, molten magma…these majestic sights drew waves of exclamations from the attendees.

Suddenly, a Great Power of Cultivation soared by sword flight, bringing with him boundless Mighty Power, traversing the clouds above.

Only then did the real uproar of the meeting ignite!
