The guy didn't even have time to get his words straight before Xu Chunliang slapped him across the face.

His strike was quick and fierce. "I'm here busy saving a life, and you bastard sneak up on me with a dirty move? I ought to beat the crap out of you, you idiot!"

After the slap, Xu Chunliang immediately followed with a kick straight to the guy's abdomen, sending him flying backward and landing with a thud on the ground. On his knees and with his hands on the ground, he looked just like a big toad. The problem was, the ground was littered with beer bottle shards, and sharp pains shot through his palms as the glass cut into him.

Mei Ru Xue quickly held onto Xu Chunliang, worried that if she didn't intervene, he might go on to give the guy a thorough beating, and it could turn lethal.

A few female students also went to help the guy up, while the girl who had nearly choked to death began explaining to her boyfriend what had really happened.

Only then did the guy realize the situation. Clutching his stomach in pain, he apologized, "Sorry, I... I made a mistake..."
