Empress Dowager Mo frowned, coughed twice, opened her eyes, and upon seeing Emperor Yan standing by the bed, stared at him fixedly.

"Is my royal mother’s indifference to me because of Ah Jiu?" Emperor Yan laughed.

"Royal Mother is so partial that I am truly displeased." Emperor Yan reached out to touch her face.
