Crazy Leveling System

Chapter 1425: Cleanup

Chapter 1425: Cleanup

Yi Tianyun and the others hid nearby and observed the situation. Although Heavenly God Hao Han had said as much, it was still necessary to keep an eye on things here to prevent any unexpected incidents.

After watching for a while, it became clear that the barrier was utterly indestructible. No matter how fiercely they attacked, it suffered not the slightest damage. This left them sighing in amazement—this thing was simply too sturdy. No one knew what level of power would be required to break through it.

“It seems it really can’t be breached,” Heavenly God Hao Han said calmly. “We’ll guard this place for a period of time. If nothing happens, we won’t stay here any longer.”

He showed no intention of taking control of the area, just as Heavenly Venerable Jian Si and the others had said earlier.

Clearly, Heavenly God Hao Han had no such ambitions. He merely wanted to prove something—something that was likely related to the Xiu Tian God Domain.

“It looks like I’ll need to investigate this Xiu Tian God Domain properly,” Yi Tianyun nodded. He was quite curious about the power behind his master.

After staying for a while, everyone returned to the Three Realms to rest. In truth, they barely rested at all before joining the effort to clear away the debris. With their help, everything became much easier.

Not only that—even Heavenly God Hao Han personally took action, which made Yi Tianyun feel somewhat embarrassed. Having a Heavenly God clearing rubble was honestly a bit much.

It was like asking one’s own master to do sweeping work—how could that not feel awkward?

However, Heavenly God Hao Han didn’t mind in the slightest. He was in an excellent mood. Even though he hadn’t personally guided Yi Tianyun much, he was still his disciple. With such astonishing talent and achievements that brought him honor, how could he not be pleased?

Since there was nothing else to do, he might as well help strengthen the defenses here and clear away the debris.

Heavenly God Hao Han’s attainments as a divine inscription master were extremely high—already at sixth-grade, which was truly astonishing. With his assistance, the divine inscriptions across the area improved significantly.

The Spirit God Clan had decent achievements in divine inscriptions, but their cultivation levels were too low. Without sufficient cultivation, their inscription grade simply couldn’t rise. Some inscriptions required immense energy to carve, which meant they needed to raise their own realm first.

At present, the strongest of the Spirit God Clan was only at half-step Heavenly Venerable—none had fully broken through yet. Once they did, their accomplishments in this field would undoubtedly soar.

Judging from the environment alone, the emergence of a true Heavenly Venerable wouldn’t take long. With such an exceptional cultivation environment, breakthroughs were only a matter of time.

With the help of so many powerful figures, the cleanup speed increased drastically. Even so, it would still take a very long time to clear everything completely.

The God Domain allocated to Yi Tianyun was enormous. Even flying straight to its edge would take him several days at his current cultivation level.

That was flying in a straight line—if one considered the full circular expansion, the area was downright terrifying. At this pace, it would take several years to fully clear everything.

And that was with Heavenly God Hao Han and the others helping. If they left, the time required would immediately multiply—possibly reaching a hundred years.

The Three Realms God Domain simply didn’t have enough God Monarch–level experts yet, which inevitably slowed progress.

Yi Tianyun wasn’t in a hurry. Things could proceed slowly. However much Heavenly God Hao Han and the others could help was already more than enough.

After several months of work, they finally stopped.

The debris hadn’t been completely cleared—plenty still remained. They had mainly opened up a main passage and excavated individual planets, cleaning the surrounding rubble slightly.

In short, the priority was excavating planets and opening usable routes. The rest of the debris could be dealt with gradually. As long as normal pathways existed and the planets could be utilized, that was sufficient.

After all, most of the debris was just broken rock. Some pieces were mineral-rich and could still serve as decent materials, but nothing exceptional.

Overall, Yi Tianyun was quite satisfied. After a rough count, there were thirteen planets within this God Domain—not a particularly large number.

However, every single planet possessed a core, and that alone made it worthwhile. Quantity mattered less than quality.

Planets without cores were of little value.

Meanwhile, on the other side, no Heavenly Venerables or Heavenly Gods were attacking the barrier anymore. Since it was impossible to destroy, they had no choice but to leave in frustration.

Some of them still stationed personnel nearby to keep watch. They didn’t believe the barrier could last forever—once it vanished, they would immediately launch an invasion.

The reputation of the Hao Han Divine Sect clearly wasn’t enough to deter them.

“Thirteen planets in total,” Heavenly God Hao Han nodded. “A bit fewer than other God Domains, but overall, it’s acceptable.”

“Just being able to ascend successfully is already more than enough for me,” Yi Tianyun smiled. “The God Domain I came from before didn’t have nearly this many high-grade cores.”

Most of the cores he had excavated previously were dark cores—hardly suitable for this place.

“Indeed. Contentment brings happiness,” Heavenly God Hao Han laughed, nodding in satisfaction. “The rest will be up to you. With the resources here, you’ll have more than enough to use for a long time.”

“This is all thanks to Master and my senior brothers’ help,” Yi Tianyun said gratefully. “Otherwise, we wouldn’t know how long this cleanup would have taken.”

“Junior Brother, those words are too distant,” Heavenly Venerable Jian Si and the others laughed. “Since we’re all from the same sect, there’s no need to say such things.”

After chatting briefly, Heavenly God Hao Han said, “That’s about it. It’s time for us to head back. Judging by things, this defense truly can’t be destroyed. Something made by the heavens isn’t so easily broken.”

During the time they had guarded the area, Heavenly God Jing Xun and the others had exhausted themselves without causing even the slightest damage. That alone proved how absolute the defense was.

There was no longer any need for them to remain here.

“Master, may I return with you?” Yi Tianyun asked eagerly.

“That’s no problem. The Hao Han Divine Sect is your home—but what about your God Domain?”

“It’s fine. You’ve seen the situation here yourself. Is there really anything I need to worry about?”

“Haha, that’s true,” Heavenly God Hao Han laughed. “Then I’ll take you back to the Hao Han Divine Sect and let you see what your master is truly capable of!”

Everything here was more or less settled. The rest could be handled by Shi Xueyun and the others. Yi Tianyun no longer needed to intervene personally.

As for cultivating here—he felt it was far faster to simply kill a few Heavenly Venerables instead.

After giving all the necessary instructions, Yi Tianyun left together with Heavenly God Hao Han. There was little point in remaining there any longer.

With such a powerful defensive barrier in place—one that even Heavenly Gods could not break and that could last for thousands of years—there was truly nothing to worry about. If anything did happen, a single teleportation would bring him back instantly.

Teleportation Divine Stones were simply too convenient. There was no concern about being unable to return. They could be used in the Outer God Domain and just as easily within the Inner God Domain, with no difference at all.

When Shi Xueyun and the others learned that Yi Tianyun would be leaving again, they didn’t say much. They had always supported whatever he chose to do—unconditionally.

Because of that, Yi Tianyun had always felt deeply moved. Their absolute trust meant he could never afford to let them down.

As Heavenly God Hao Han departed together with Yi Tianyun, they were quickly noticed by numerous spies. The information was rapidly passed along, but none of them dared to block their path.

After all, there was a Heavenly God present—who would dare stop them? Running away would be too slow, let alone intercepting them.

“The report is back. Heavenly God Hao Han has come out from inside. Should we stop them?”

“Stop my ass! What’s the point? We can’t even get in!”

“Then how did they get inside? Could someone from within have guided them?”

“That’s possible. Unless we capture one of them and force him to lead us inside.”

“That might actually work. According to the intel, one of them is only at the God Monarch realm and looks unfamiliar. He’s definitely not from the Hao Han Divine Sect—they only accept Heavenly Venerables!”

“Then find an opportunity and capture that kid. Force him to guide us!”

One God Domain after another shifted their attention toward Yi Tianyun. All of them wanted to seize him and threaten him into leading them into the Three Realms God Domain.

Soon, groups were dispatched to secretly follow him, waiting for the right moment to strike.

Heavenly God Hao Han, however, didn’t think much of it. He summoned a Heavenly Venerable–grade spirit ship and sped toward his own territory at full speed. In situations like this, speed was everything.

Among Heavenly Venerables, aside from Heavenly Venerable spirit treasures, there also existed Heavenly Venerable–grade weapons. These were extremely difficult to forge and required extraordinary ability.

Those with wealth could carry several Heavenly Venerable–grade weapons, while the less fortunate had no choice but to rely on Heavenly Venerable spirit treasures. Spirit treasures were the most practical and affordable option—not the strongest, but with proper nurturing, their quality could still reach impressive levels.

Under normal circumstances, however, true Heavenly Venerable–grade treasures were the most powerful existences. Naturally, their prices were equally terrifying—the higher the grade, the more outrageous the cost.

As for grading, they were still divided into low, middle, and high grades, no different from before.

The spirit ship used by Heavenly God Hao Han was only low-grade, yet its level was entirely different. Its speed was astonishing—far faster than the Ten Thousand Venerable Divine Tower, not even in the same league.

This might have had something to do with cultivation, but even among peers of the same realm, it was leagues ahead. After all, this was a specialized item, and its materials were far rarer than those used for Heavenly Venerable spirit treasures.

Once fully activated, it essentially tore through space itself, crossing vast regions in the blink of an eye. It was truly a divine tool for travel—crossing an entire God Domain took only a few hours.

No wonder they had arrived so quickly before. With something like this, speed was never an issue. Heavenly God Hao Han’s wealth was clearly considerable—otherwise, he wouldn’t possess such a spirit ship.

Even so, reaching the Hao Han Divine Sect still took more than a week, which alone showed just how vast the distance was.

Along the way, Yi Tianyun saw many God Domains pass by. Numerous planets were completely dried up, devoid of resources, and looked utterly desolate.

“Have these God Domains been abandoned?” Yi Tianyun asked. Seeing so many discarded planets made it clear how grim the situation was.

Resources might be abundant, but even they could be exhausted one day.

“More or less,” Heavenly Venerable Jian Si explained. “With the passage of time, not every God Domain can remain prosperous forever. Decline is inevitable. However, these seemingly abandoned God Domains may still contain rare opportunities.”

“Like inheritance ruins?” Yi Tianyun’s eyes lit up. It seemed such places were not uncommon.

“Something like that. With a bit of luck, you might even find treasures. The war for the God Emperor caused many four-grade and five-grade God Domains to collapse rapidly. Many of those places are filled with danger—but also with opportunity.”

“Without sufficient strength, barging in recklessly is simply courting death. Some places look peaceful on the surface, but are actually saturated with terrifying residual energy. Once it erupts, death comes instantly.”

Heavenly Venerable Jian Si smiled faintly, though caution was evident in his eyes. He had clearly experienced such dangers firsthand.

“I see…” Yi Tianyun nodded. He understood the situation now.

Back during the God Emperor war, in their pursuit of producing a God Emperor, countless resources and bloodlines were plundered. The result was the scattering of treasures—and the lingering of dangerous energies.

That was why broken planets were so common along the way—remnants of that era.

Because of the dangers, most forces targeted newly ascended factions instead. Those were far safer prey.

As they talked, they finally arrived at the Myriad Worlds God Domain—a name that sounded overwhelmingly grand.

It truly lived up to its name. Instead of planets, it was composed of countless worlds of varying sizes—an incredibly unique sight.

When Yi Tianyun was first brought in, what he saw were not planets, but spatial gates—a truly astonishing scene. Some gates were guarded, while others stood unprotected.

When Heavenly God Hao Han reached an open area, he casually waved his hand, tearing open a spatial gate ahead. They immediately passed through it, and the gate sealed itself shut behind them.

Inside was a vast, boundless world.

More strikingly, there were spatial gates of various sizes scattered everywhere, each leading to an unknown destination.

Countless winding paths also crisscrossed the land—clearly similar to Heavenly Venerable Paths. Below them, many cultivators were steadily advancing step by step.

Yi Tianyun froze.

Wasn’t the Hao Han Divine Sect supposed to consist of only a few people?

“Junior Brother, surprised?” Heavenly Venerable Jian Si chuckled. “The Hao Han Divine Sect truly has only the five of us. These people can’t even be called disciples. It’s similar to the mortal domain you came from.”

“We let them climb step by step. There are countless small worlds and minor empires here. They all begin at the very bottom.”

“In this place, we act as gods who merely observe—watching them grow.”

Yi Tianyun’s heart trembled.

Wasn’t this essentially a miniature mortal domain, left to develop on its own?
