The two servants by Daowei Chengqing’s side began explaining to him. When they mentioned the special item, their eyes shone with a strange light.

“Our cultivation and comprehension is entirely built off that special item. By relying on that item to increase our strength, it actually comes with many restrictions. Every time our strength increases, we need a corresponding technique to remove the various seals on that item, o-or…”

The servant faltered. His face only became paler.

“Or we will face a backlash from the special item and be doomed,” one of the old servants said glumly.

The servant in the middle of the breakthrough said with difficulty, “In the past, you only gave us a part of the secret technique before you reincarnated. The technique was enough for us to reach the Seventh Heavenly Layer of Immortal Exalt, but we don’t have the secret technique for the Eighth Heavenly Layer.”

Daowei Chengqing shook his head and said blankly, “I don’t remember it at all. Did I really say that back then?”

“Master, you don’t have to worry. I’m certain that as your strength increases, those memories will return to you. There will be a day when you remember everything from the past.” The servant comforted him.

Daowei Chengqing waved his hand and said, “Right now is not the time to discuss my memories. Since the Dominion’s Brush and the Book of the Populace can resolve this problem, let’s deal with your issue first.” With a flip of his hand, a tablet from the Heavenly Palace of Great Radiance immediately appeared in Daowei Chengqing’s hand. He channelled his energy into the tablet. Glyphs of ways immediately appeared.

On the Wondrous Success Heaven, a sovereign god artifact divine hall stood quietly in the forbidden zone in the depths of the Heavenly Palace of Great Radiance. From time to time, it would flash with violet lightning.

The elder princess of the Heavenly Palace of Great Radiance levitated in the air with her legs crossed inside the divine hall. She radiated with a terrifying presence. Even amongst other Ninth Heavenly Layer Immortal Exalts, very few could match her presence.
