Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 4852 Three Villains Descend

Chapter 4852  Three Villains Descend

"Hehe, I'm honored to see that I still occupy a large space of your mind." Accursed Warlock shuddered.

He appeared as though he couldn't be any more excited and happy.

"Ah! Is that- is that a Void Dust Tree!? It's you...! I want you…!"

Abruptly, space warped and colossal beasts emerged, dragged through by thick blood-red chains held by a human whose aura also eclipsed the area.

He stepped out, his violet robes fluttering wildly. His lips were pulled into a deranged smile as his gaze gleamed with feverish delight as he laid his eyes upon Wix Voidfield. It caused the latter to shudder.

At his sides prowled incredibly powerful magical beasts who were actually True Exalt Beasts.

A Nebula Tearing Rat the size of a mountain, its body riddled with star-speckled void fur, gnawed at space itself with twitching whiskers that shredded spatial layers with every movement.

A Space Dragon coiled behind him, its translucent scales refracting like a mirror, wings beating silently as gravitational distortions spiraled outward.

An Ice Demon Tree rooted itself midair, crystalline branches cracking and reforming as frozen demonic faces screamed from within its trunk.

And those were only the ones visible as undulations of many more could be felt from him.

"Wicked Tamer…" Wix Voidfield took a deep breath.

"My lovely space tree. I'm glad you're here. It must be fate…!" The Wicked Tamer laughed softly, his fingers twitching as the bloodcurse chains tightened, binding his beasts in absolute submission.

Then the air went still- unnaturally so.

Another man stepped out. He was clad in flowing white robes trimmed with gold, pristine and untouched by the corruption around him. His multicolored hair shimmered with red, blue, green, and gold strands, each reflecting the fractured light like liquid crystal.

He exuded no overt pressure, yet the world seemed to hold its breath as though it couldn't stomach him.

Formation discs floated silently behind him, layered and rotating in complex patterns. Each disc radiated grotesque enchantments. Flesh-melting light, soul-hooking threads, mind-splintering resonance, puppetry runes that squirmed like maggots beneath translucent barriers.

An army of puppets followed after him.

They were humanoid figures stitched together from corpse fragments, broken armaments, beast parts, and unknown materials. Their eyes dimly glowed with vacant obedience as enchantment threads pierced their skulls and spines.

He exuded the aura of a Supreme Primarch.

"Vile Enchanter…" Myria uttered in a calm voice, "It seems like you want to die so badly to be mingling with these villains."

"I do not want to die since it would affect my unending research." Vile Enchanter calmly said while his pupils moved, searching for a certain someone, before he sighed.

"It seems like this isn't where the Divine Emperor of Death is. A pity… I really wanted to harvest his yang essence. It should be at his peak right after the breakthrough."

"…"

His words brought a temporary silence between both parties before Myria closed her eyes, continuing to breakthrough to the Empyrean Stage.

"Whoa… woah… are you ignoring us?" Wicked Tamer Jaxon Harrow scoffed, "No matter how Accursed Warlock wants you, it doesn't make you special. You are not a magical beast or a special lifeform, so behave yourself. Have a taste of my Variant Nebula Tearing Rat. Chumi, throw her into your internal space."

"Yes, master~"

The Variant Nebula Tearing Rat responded, its overbearing spatial undulations reverberating across the region, covering a vast amount of space. It was as though it held the entire region in its control.

Its claws reached out as it pierced through the space like a spear and headed towards Myria.

But suddenly, an icy light ripped through the space between, forming a boundary.

*Squeak!~*

It forced the Variant Nebula Tearing Rat to come out in a panic as its gaze fell on a icy-blue robed woman on the ground.

She possessed a serene aura with a slender figure, her gaze sharp yet thoughtful. Her white hair flowed like a cascading waterfall of snow, while her eyes were a piercing cold. Despite her relaxed demeanor, her presence rang alarm bells to anyone who saw her hand placed over the hilt of her sword.

The expressions of the three villains shifted as they couldn't even tell she had been here the whole time.

The Frostcloud Sword Empress rose into the air, standing between Myria and them, while a tall green-robed man also rose into the air, his expression carefree, full of amusement.

"Tsk, tsk… are we being treated like air?" Jaiyan chuckled.

These two were none other than Saintess Lunaria's fourth disciple and fifth disciple. One was a powerful sword cultivator, Divergent, and the other was someone whose words directly went against the heavens.

Moreover, Jaiyan was an Anarchic Divergent.

The two of them appeared to unleash the aura of an Alpha Exalt.

"Interesting…" Vile Enchanter Kieran Hartley's eyes gleamed, "So many different essences."

His formation discs subtly shifted, rotations accelerating by a fraction as enchantment arrays recalibrated in silence to shield him better. Waves of probing intent swept across Frostcloud Sword Empress and Jaiyan.

"So this is Saintess Lunaria's lineage," he continued warily, "A sword intent cold enough to freeze spacetime itself, and an Anarchic Divergent whose words poison the heavens. Truly fascinating."

The Frostcloud Sword Empress did not respond.

Her hand rested lightly on the hilt of her sword. Frost gathered around her feet, spreading across the void like crystallized moonlight. The surrounding temperature plummeted as layers of sword intent stacked invisibly, each one sharp enough to sever Laws. Her Ice Laws created a thin yet dense layer of barricade behind her, like it was a seamless mirror, shielding Myria.

Jaiyan stretched his neck lazily.

"Oye, white-robed corpse collector," he said with a grin, "if you're done staring, you should turn around and leave. This place isn't suitable for experiments."

Before Vile Enchanter could reply, the Wicked Tamer's smile widened.

"Hah… I like you," Wicked Tamer Jaxon Harrow laughed, licking his lips, "Your soul smells foul. I wonder how long you'd last inside one of my beasts."

Bloodcurse chains rattled as his beasts stirred.

The Space Dragon lifted its head, a low hum warping gravity. The Ice Demon Tree's branches cracked outward, frost and demonic wails leaking into the void. The Nebula Tearing Rat trembled but also moved to attack.
