Chapter 4528: Leaving the Island
I opened my eyes as I sensed the presence approaching me.
I am lying on the hill by the small lake, with a view of the island and the ocean. I have been here since the morning, and it is late afternoon.
I have been doing nothing but walking around the island before lying on the hill.
"Sometimes, I wish I could stay here forever," said Prime Syvar as she stopped beside me. "It is not a bad place," I replied.
To that, she smiled.
"Do you have such a place, Prime Arys?" she asked, with her expression turning serious. "Had," I replied sombrely, remembering my house in the academy.
I didn’t shift out of there even after becoming a headmaster. I loved that house and the precious memories it had given me.
Regretfully, I have to leave it far too early.
"Have hope, Prime Arys. It is hard to cross the worlds, but you will return to your home," she said, misunderstanding what I had meant, but I didn’t correct her.
Its better this way.
She didn’t say anything and remained by me for a few minutes before walking away.
I watched her leave before closing my eyes.
I didn’t do anything, just felt the wind, the grass beneath me, and the sounds of monsters. It’s very peaceful, I wish I weren’t leaving tomorrow.
It has been over two years since I was here, and it’s time for me to leave. Well, they are going with me as well.
I could stay here, but it wouldn’t feel right. It is a cherished place of Prime Syvar. One could feel her deep connection with this place.
I could stay on another island. There are thousands nearby, and it wouldn’t take me much effort to make one even more beautiful than this, at least aesthetically.
The island is beautiful, not because it looks beautiful, but because it feels beautiful.
If the blind person came here, they would feel the same serenity that I am feeling right now. I have enjoyed it enough, and its time for me to leave.
In these two years, I have made massive progress in my inheritance.
Especially in these one and a half years, after I reached the limit in the dance. With both of my methods reaching the limit, I could wholeheartedly focus on the inheritance, and I did.
I made better progress than I had thought I would.
Soon, it was evening, and the stars began to come out. There are no clouds today, and I could see all the stars and three moons lighting up the sky.
It’s a mesmerizing scene. If I had been a painter, I would have painted it.
Instead, I only admired, wishing Marina and my child had been here. She should have given birth years ago; she was barely pregnant when we left our world.
I sighed and pushed those thoughts away. I miss her and my family so much that it is painful, but I could not go there, but I will be close very soon.
The only thing I have to do is make a breakthrough into the prime.
I sighed and got up and walked toward the manor. I could flash there, but this is the last day in this beautiful place, and I want to enjoy it.
It took me twenty minutes to reach the manor, but I didn’t mind.
It had helped me collect my emotions.
I entered and saw Prime Dynvar and Syvar sitting in the hall. It is only seventy; they didn’t come out this early, but they did it today.
"Come sit, Prime Arys," invited Dynvar. I smiled and sat opposite them.
"Will you be coming with us to headquarters? There are a lot of people there who want to meet you," asked Syvar, to which I shook my head.
"No, but I will before leaving," I replied.
To that, they smiled, but didn’t press. I want to visit her organisation as well, but I want to make a breakthrough first.
The increase would be immense, but it wouldn’t be much compared to her organisation, which is filled with Silver Primes.
Still, the higher power will help me project my persona more effectively and make me more secure.
We talked for a while before Prime Syvar went to the kitchen and started cooking. She pulled all stops here and cooked a magnificent feast.
We ate and talked until midnight, when we finally went to our rooms.
I suppressed all the urges to work and lie on the bed. Since I woke up, I haven’t taken a step into the core, and I don’t want to do it now.
So, I closed my eyes and to my surprise, I fell asleep instantly.
Usually, when I do not do anything, I have a hard time falling asleep, but right now, I do not.

The door of the pyramid building opened, and we walked inside. A few seconds later, we walked into the underground where nearly a hundred bottles were stored.
I have crafted nine spirits for them in the little more than two years I have been here.
All made from top-level resources.
"You have provided us with tremendous help, Prime Arys. We will never forget this favour," said Syvar.
"It is the least I could do for the hospitality you have provided, Prime Syvar," I replied with a smile; the woman smiled back.
"Are you sure you don’t want anything?" asked Dynvar. To that, I shook my head.
I don’t need anything, especially these spirits. If it had been of a swallowing element or even healing, I would have been tempted, but unfortunately, they are not.
A moment later, the bottles disappeared, and a few seconds after that, we were out of the building.
"It will be a few years before I return," said Prime Syvar emotionally, before flying into the air with us.
It’s a wonderful island, and I am going to miss it. One part of me really doesn’t want to leave, but there is no option.
If I stayed, I might slip, and I don’t want that.
