Chapter 4530: Breakthrough

"Finished," I said.

I looked at the finished inheritance with all my clones. Not only is it finished, but it has been checked three times over by me and my clones.

I finished the inheritance two weeks ago, but for two weeks. I checked every rune to make sure everything is perfect, and now it is.

I looked at the sheer number of ancient runes, and it put a big smile on my tired face.

Once more, I went past my target of the ancient runes. I loved it when I did that. I have a dream to make my inheritance wholly of the ancient runes.

That is a massive dream, which I cannot fulfil right now, but I will be able to once I break through prime.

It will give me a bigger perspective, and I will finally be able to use my rule power. That is something I am very much looking forward to.

"Now, the only thing that remains is to make a breakthrough," I said.

Though, before that, I have to sleep. It is eight in the morning, and I haven’t slept through the night, wanting to finish the inheritance.

I didn’t even stop to eat last night.

So, after taking one last glance, I stepped out of my core, but didn’t open my eyes. Instead, I let sleep take me to the beautiful oblivion.

It was evening when I woke up, and all the tiredness had disappeared from my eyes.

Though I am hungry, really hungry.

So, I got up, freshened up, and showered before walking into the kitchen. I thought for a while before the ingredients appeared in front of me.

A moment later, I begin to cook.

I cook in my house; it is risky, but I have made enough preparation. That I could make it all disappear in a fraction of a second.

I set the table for myself and begin eating alone. I do not feel as alone as I usually do. Since I came here, I have eaten out at least five days a week.

It kept healthy mentally.

Though I still wish my family and friends were with me. I pushed those thoughts away and took a bite of the dipped bread.

Soon, I finished the dinner and washed the dishes, before turning to the disk.

I tapped on it and took its security to the highest level. If someone tried to breach, it would stop them. If they try forcefully, it will warn them.

The warning isn’t light. It will make them think at least twice.

With that done, I walked into the practice room, and my clones disappeared. The only thing I am wearing is the ring on my finger.

It’s my breakthrough formation.

I sat down and began taking deep breaths to calm myself. A few minutes later, I felt calm enough and entered my core.

"It’s time," I said to the humanoid made of the runes. A moment later, I tapped on it and ejected away from my core.

As I came back to the realm world, I saw flakes of runes coming out of the ring, covering my body with them rapidly. Within seconds, my whole body was covered in the runes.

Buzz!

It buzzed as it covered every inch of me, and I felt the change in my core.

It begins to melt, turning into a semi-solid, before it starts spinning. As it did, the runes covering me lit up with power as they began to release essences of resources into me.

They are massive resources and very rare, but it is a thing I do not lack.

I have all the resources my breakthrough would need. I have enough to support even if the consumption had gone beyond my estimation.

I have grown, collected, and traded a lot of resources.

Even Silver Prime would be shocked if they saw my repository, before they strike me dead and look at all my resources, my dead body.

Yes, it will happen. I have resources to make even Silver Prime behave like this.

I pushed those thoughts away and focused on my breakthrough. My core had started to spin faster, absorbing more and more essence as it does.

I looked at the number and saw a bigger-than-expected rise in the speed of consumption.

It increases with every breakthrough, but this time it had increased more than I thought. ’I hope it will not affect the breakthrough,’ I thought worriedly.

Every little thing could affect the breakthrough, no matter how small it seems.

Minutes passed and the speed of absorption had increased, till it became roaring. The core is now absorbing a massive amount of essence.

Looking at the data, it will absorb more than I had been expecting. If I succeed, I will be looking at every bit of data to see why it happened.

It is always good to be able to predict things, and it is easier to do that when one has the correct data.

I was nearly accurate last time and thought I would be this time as well, but I am not.

Everything is going smoothly, but it could go wrong at any moment. If things had moved as I had predicted, I wouldn’t have been as worried as I am now.

I kept myself calm and watched the process and data floating in front of me.

Time passed by, and finally, the absorption began to flow down. It took a whole hour and nineteen minutes.
