"He is broken. If he doesn’t get his anchor back before we leave this world he wouldn’t be able to leave. Why have you fully awakened him and not just unsealed his original abilities?" the God of Destruction said.

The Sovereign God of Void and Darkness said, "Wife, I’m wrong. Hiss~ pinch a bit gentler~."

On the other hand, Ye Qinya looked confused at the interaction of the couple who ended up ignoring him as they flirted before him. He didn’t have much reaction except for the fact that he realized that his Master’s Wife was also a powerful being like his lord and that they fit well together. "He hit his head and forgot about you," said the God of Destruction without a playful smile on his face.

A bit startled, Ye Caoyun looked at Ye Qinya and said, "He forgot only me? Why does it look like he had lost his expressions as well?"

"Well, he might have awakened in the wrong position and become like this. You can also blame your other master for that. The creampuffs I had reserved in my favorite bakery should be made by now and it’s time for me to pick them up," said the God of Destruction.

The Sovereign God of Void and Darkness said, "Baby~, wait for me~."

Ye Caoyun and Ye Qinya turn their heads and look at one another. The two were observing one another now both expressionless. With the two of them acting differently from before, even Ye Caoyun realized that the mundane aura Ye Qinya had before had somehow disappeared. He no longer sees him as someone below his worth but someone akin to his equal. It was as if the human prince had turned to something divine like himself.

Ye Caoyun asked, "You’ve changed. You no longer feel mortal. It felt comfortable now yet uncomfortable at the same time. The warmth from before had disappeared. I feel a bit... something was wrong."

"You smell like forest and rain. Something I never thought I would smell again in this life," said Ye Qinya.

For some reason when Ye Caoyun heard these words, he felt his face turn a bit warm which is something he couldn’t explain. He didn’t know that his cheeks had turned a bit crimson which made Ye Qinya seem a bit more attractive now than when he is expressionless.
