Cultivation was hard.

If it were easy, there wouldn’t be so many old scheming monsters who did so much just to make convoluted plans, genocide of countless beings, and who knows what else just for their advancement.

Countless cultivators had spent eons just to take a single step forward. Countless more had spent those same eons and achieved nothing at all. The path of progression was littered with the corpses of those who had tried and failed, who had struggled and been found wanting, who had reached for heights beyond their grasp and been broken by the attempt.

Cultivation for Noah was also hard but... in a different way.

With his Infinity currently being Countable and Geodesic Weavings falling under his grasp, he had to do as much as he could to incorporate these ideas of Infinity into every aspect of his existence.

Without breaking himself.

Because this was what he was genuinely feeling could be possible as he played with Countable Infinities and Geodesic Weavings. The power was immense. The potential was heavy. But integrating it incorrectly could shatter everything he had built, could collapse the careful architecture of his Civilization into something that couldn’t sustain its own weight.

Geodesic Weavings were unique as even he had to go over them a few times to truly understand what he was playing with.

Simply, Geodesic was... the shortest path between two points.

Easy!

The shortest path!

If he wanted to go, let’s say, from one end of THE Prima Indifferentia to another end, one might think the shortest path is a straight line through the middle. But if the middle, if that straight line is swampy and filled with Undivided Ones and Primordial Architects, crossing it means it’s actually the slowest and most difficult path.

So the actual shortest path would involve going around the edges.

The feature of his Infinities, Geodesic Weavings... they extend infinitely while taking the shortest possible path through existence itself.

The examples he had carried out so far were how Embodiments could be blocked and Apophasis could be resisted, but Geodesic Weavings curved around obstacles, finding the natural line that connected his authority to his target with minimal distance and maximum efficiency.

That was the shortest path.

Now, he had begun to apply this understanding to many more things as his existence was buzzing with transformation. In his mindscape, RUINATION began to outline exactly what he was accomplishing!

Her blue-gold form brightened as streams of data flowed through her infinite hair, her eyes burning with analysis that had been processing his changes in real-time. Around her, constructs of pure light began forming, diagrams that would make the abstract tangible.

A massive construct appeared showing Noah’s Civilizational Instinctus as a pulsing core of awareness, with four distinct functions branching outward like limbs of a great tree.

The four branches in the diagram began to glow sequentially as RUINATION prepared to explain each one.

|Primary Function Elevated: Geodesic Autonomous Response.|

The first branch illuminated, showing a representation of threats approaching Noah from multiple directions. In the old diagram, defensive responses traveled in straight lines to meet them. In the new diagram, the responses curved gracefully, finding paths that intercepted dangers before they could fully form.

|Previously, your Autonomous Existential Response reacted to threats before conscious processing. Now it reacts along paths that curve through existence to intercept dangers before they fully manifest. Your Civilization moves not merely with purpose transcending thought but with purpose following the natural geometry of reality itself.|

The diagram showed threats dissolving before they could reach their intended destinations, each one met by defensive expressions that had found the optimal route to interception.

|When threats approach, your response extends infinitely to meet them. The response arrives sequentially and endlessly, each reaction followed by another, creating continuous defensive expression that compounds rather than dissipates.|

The visual demonstrated this compounding effect, showing single threats being met by waves upon waves of defensive authority, each wave arriving along the same optimal curve.

|Secondary Function Elevated: Geodesic Manifestation Observation.|

The second branch illuminated, and the diagram shifted to show an enemy’s Civilizational Manifestation, its walls and pillars and foundations displayed in intricate detail. But overlaid upon that architecture were countless curved lines connecting every element to every other element.

|Previously, you perceived Civilizational Manifestations as architectural constructs surrounding entities. Now you perceive the natural pathways connecting every aspect of those constructs. You see not merely walls and pillars but the curves along which authority flows between them.|

RUINATION gestured, and the diagram rotated to show different angles of the same Manifestation, each angle revealing new pathways that hadn’t been visible before.

|When observing an enemy’s Civilization, you perceive infinite routes extending through their architecture. Each curve represents a potential avenue for your authority to travel. Each line reveals how their Civilization naturally directs force and where that direction creates openings.|

The diagram highlighted several openings that only became visible when the curved pathways were perceived, gaps in the architecture that straight-line observation would have missed entirely.

|Tertiary Function Elevated: Geodesic Structural Analysis.|

The third branch illuminated, and the diagram zoomed in on a single crack in the enemy’s architectural wall. But from that crack, curved lines extended outward, connecting to pillars, to foundations, to the very core of the Civilization being observed.

|Previously, you identified vulnerability points within observed Manifestations. Now you perceive the natural connections linking those vulnerabilities to each other. A single weakness is no longer isolated. You see how striking one weakness leads naturally toward striking others along paths of least resistance.|

The diagram demonstrated this principle, showing a single strike at the crack rippling outward along the curved connections, each ripple becoming a new strike at a new weakness.

|Your analysis reveals cascading vulnerability chains. When you identify a crack in an enemy’s wall, you simultaneously perceive the connection linking that crack to the pillar it supports, to the foundation beneath the pillar, to the core Civilization that foundation upholds.|

The cascade in the diagram accelerated, showing the entire enemy architecture collapsing in sequence as one weakness led to another led to another.

|One strike along these natural paths becomes infinite strikes arriving sequentially at every connected weakness.|
