Chapter 5019: Time Heist II
The immensity of Quintessence Infiniforce filled Noah’s existence with density that continued expanding without apparent limit.
He generated the multicolored force to fill not just his foundations but his Atlas as well, the Early Atlas of the Folds which he now granted the designation of THE Quintessential Atlas of Infinity...resonating with internal authority it had never contained before.
Where previously his temporal traversals had relied entirely on other mechanisms and power, now he contributed something uniquely his own to the process.
Amser Modred guided them through THE Interstices with purple rivers of temporal authority blazing around his form, but Noah ensured their path was exactly when and where they wished to be.
His Quintessence Infiniforce pressed against the temporal weavings with weight that made him an active participant rather than passive passenger, his will shaping their trajectory alongside THE Living Temporal’s expertise.
They moved through spaces between moments, through gaps in the fabric of time that only those with temporal authority could perceive.
THE Interstices twisted around them as eons compressed into instants and instants stretched into eternities. Noah felt the sensation of moving backward through existence itself, causality flowing in reverse around his protected consciousness while his destination drew closer with each moment that was not quite a moment.
And then they arrived.
HUUM!
The Primordial Genesis Shore materialized around them with violence that pressed against Noah’s awareness.
They had appeared at that pivotal point in time, a nanosecond after his old self had completed temporal traversal and vanished from this era entirely.
THE Primordial Chaos stood in the distance with expression of frustrated amusement, his hand still extended toward the space where Ul’moreth had been moments before.
The apex entity’s chaotic authority churned around him with intensity that made the nearby Ginnu Lifeforms instinctively retreat, his attention fixed on the skies where THE Creature’s massive titanic form still blazed with multicolored flames.
And THE Living Temporal stood frozen mid-motion, his purple temporal currents flickering strangely.
Noah watched as Amser’s future consciousness settled into his past body, those ancient eyes filling momentarily with awareness that had not existed in them a heartbeat before. The transition was seamless to outside observation, the past version of THE Living Temporal simply pausing as if reconsidering his next action.
But Noah knew what was actually occurring.
His own body looked nothing like the form he usually wore.
He was tall and slender now, with wings unfurled behind his back in configurations of linguistic authority made manifest. His entire existence was surrounded by letters of THE First Tongue, Phonemes orbiting his form in patterns that declared him something ancient and unknowable.
He was THE Tongue Whisperer, an identity he had used before, a mask that concealed the truth of what he had become!
Beside him, Naldine’s blue robe had extended to form a hooded configuration that obscured her features entirely. One could barely perceive her presence at all, her weavings working to minimize her impact on this moment in time!
She was a ghost beside him, a shadow that should not have been able to exist at THE Second Scale without warping reality around her presence.
Below them, shocked and horrified Ginnu Lifeforms scattered across The Primordial Genesis Shore in various states of consciousness. Many had fallen from the skies when THE Creature first appeared, their foundations too weak to withstand even the passive pressure of that apex entity’s manifestation. Others stumbled about in confusion, trying to process the chaos that had just unfolded.
And in the skies above, THE Creature remained.
That massive titanic form surrounded by multicolored flames of pure Existence, heat and steam emanating continuously from features that could not be clearly observed. The being who had clenched his fist and shattered THE Living Temporal’s restraints to allow Noah’s escape. The entity whose intervention had changed everything!
THE Creature’s gaze, filled with flames that burned in impossible colors, briefly looked over toward their position.
Noah’s veiled figure turned his gaze upward and met those burning eyes directly.
So this being had known about them appearing as well?
The realization settled into Noah’s awareness without surprise. THE Creature operated at heights that many found difficult to comprehend!
Of course he would sense temporal manipulation occurring within thid place!
Oh well.
It changed nothing about what needed to be done.
At this time, Noah prepared to move as he had already discussed with Naldine. He was curious to see the power of this Second Scale Primordial Architect in action, curious whether her methodology would prove as effective as she claimed.
Her words rang out in his mind.
"I will freeze everything and everyone here into a Limitless Instant. Infuse your seed of Infinity in those you want during that time, and we will leave right after. We cannot linger or we risk unraveling the temporal weavings of existence."
She said this simply, as if freezing apex entities and ancient horrors into suspended animation was something minor! One must not forget, she was a Primordial Architect at THE Second Scale!
Noah spread his senses outward to find one being in particular, his awareness extending across The Primordial Genesis Shore with perception enhanced by Quintessence Infiniforce that continued generating within him.
He searched among the Ginnu Lifeforms, among the chaos and confusion, looking for someone who should not have been there at all.
An instant later, his eyes brightened.
In a corner between recovering Ginnu Lifeforms, inconspicuously positioned where no one would think to look, he found a curious figure watching the distant confrontation between THE Primordial Chaos and THE Living Temporal with attention.
THE Secretive Eon.
She was there, just as she had said!
Present at this moment without anyone except THE Creature knowing she existed. The attacking point of THE Primordial Mycelia’s infection, the being whose restoration could potentially unravel everything THE Entity had accomplished across Observable Existence.
With all the pieces in place, Noah’s eyes shone brilliantly beneath his disguise as THE Tongue Whisperer.
"Let us go."
HUUM!
He spoke lightly, and utter brilliance began to unfold silently around them!
