Chapter 3850: Fast To Learn Bull

Chapter 3850: Fast To Learn Bull

Little Bull stared while the first disciple smiled. "See?"

"Couldn’t you have warned me?" the first disciple suddenly asked.

The second disciple shrugged. "You were demonstrating."

"You could’ve waited."

"Then it wouldn’t be realistic."

The first disciple glared at him while Little Bull silently watched.

After a few seconds, the first disciple turned back. "Your turn."

Little Bull stepped forward. Lin Mu already understood the technique completely as it was extremely simple.

The circulation pattern involved gathering vitality close to the skin before compressing it into a protective layer. Compared to the body cultivation techniques Lin Mu had practiced, Stone Skin Guard was almost laughably primitive.

He could replicate it immediately, but that would be suspicious. Little Bull closed his eyes and he deliberately moved his vitality incorrectly. As such nothing happened.

"Too much toward the muscles," the first disciple said.

Little Bull tried again and the vitality scattered.

"You’re spreading it too quickly."

Little Bull nodded and tried a third time. This time a faint flicker appeared over his arm before disappearing.

"Good!" The two disciples became excited. "You almost had it."

Little Bull tried again, and this time, he allowed a thin layer of vitality to remain over his skin.

It was barely visible but enough that the two disciples stared.

"You got it?"

"Already?"

Little Bull opened his eyes. "Did I do it?"

The first disciple approached and examined Little Bull’s arm. "Yes."

The second disciple scratched his head. "That’s faster than I expected."

"Maybe his vitality control is naturally good."

Little Bull smiled. The two disciples allowed him to practice several more times. Lin Mu deliberately failed occasionally. After nearly an hour, he maintained a stable layer of vitality over his arms.

"Good enough," the first disciple said.

Little Bull raised his brows. "That’s it?"

"You’ll improve with practice." The disciple walked toward the edge of the clearing. "Next is Charging Bull Shoulder."

Little Bull looked interested.

The first disciple grinned. "This one’s easy."

He pointed at his shoulder. "Gather vitality here."

The energy moved through his body. "Push it into the muscles."

His shoulder visibly expanded. "Harden them."

The vitality compressed. "Then send vitality into your legs."

The ground beneath the disciple’s feet cracked. "And charge."

WHOOSH

He disappeared.

BOOM!

The disciple smashed through the first tree.

BOOM!

The second tree shattered.

BOOM!

A third tree exploded into splinters.

The disciple finally stopped nearly a hundred meters away before he turned around.

"Simple."

Little Bull stared at the destruction with awe.

The second disciple nodded. "Very simple."

Lin Mu almost laughed. Still, the technique really was simple. Little Bull stepped forward and gathered vitality into his shoulder. But he deliberately allowed it to disperse.

"Again," the first disciple said and Little Bull tried once more. This time his muscles hardened.

"Good."

Next Vitality gathered in his legs.

"Now charge!"

Little Bull ran and he struck the first tree.

CRACK!

The tree snapped and he continued as the second tree broke. Then the third, the fourth and the fifth. Little Bull finally stopped after smashing through the sixth tree. Silence filled the clearing as the two disciples stared.

Little Bull turned around. "Was that right?"

The first disciple looked at the six broken trees. Then he looked at the three trees he had destroyed earlier.

The second disciple placed a hand on his shoulder. "Senior Brother."

"What?"

"Junior Brother broke more trees than you."

"I can see that."

"Twice as many."

"I can count."

Little Bull walked back.

The first disciple examined him. "Did you actually use the technique?"

Little Bull nodded. "I think so."

The disciple became silent.

The second disciple scratched his chin. "Maybe he doesn’t need the Charging Bull Shoulder."

The first disciple sighed. "His normal charge might already be stronger."

Little Bull tilted his head. "Should I stop learning it?"

"No!" The two disciples answered simultaneously.

The first disciple quickly explained. "Your body is already strong, which means the technique will become even stronger once you master it properly."

The second disciple nodded. "Keep practicing."

Little Bull agreed and they moved onto the final technique: The Multiplying Fist Technique.

The second disciple took over. "This one’s harder."

He showed Little Bull several points along his arms. "Gather vitality here."

Then he pointed at another spot. "Then here."

The disciple slowly demonstrated the circulation path and Lin Mu watched carefully. The technique involved releasing vitality in controlled intervals. Each release accelerated the following punch.

The rhythm was extremely important.

Little Bull deliberately struggled. For the first thirty minutes, his punches were completely uneven.

The second disciple repeatedly corrected him. "Too fast."

"Too slow."

"You lost the rhythm."

"Again."

Little Bull continued as nearly an hour passed. Finally, Lin Mu allowed himself to perform the basic circulation correctly.

The second disciple smiled. "Good."

He stepped forward. "Now watch."

He began punching.

One punch, two, then five and ten. His fists accelerated and soon, blurry images appeared around his arms. The air trembled as punch after punch flew forward. Lin Mu counted them and estimated there had been nearly one hundred punches within a minute.

The disciple finally stopped. "That’s the Hundred Fists stage."

Little Bull nodded. "My turn?"

"Go."

Little Bull raised his fists and he began punching. Slowly at first, then faster as his vitality moved and the rhythm stabilized. His fists accelerated and the two disciples watched. Ten punches, twenty, forty and then sixty.

The images of Little Bull’s fists began blurring. And when he finally stopped, both disciples were silent.

Little Bull lowered his hands. "Was that good?"

The first disciple looked at the second. "How many?"

"Ninety-three." The second disciple had been keeping a count.

The first disciple blinked. "On his first day?"

The second disciple stared at Little Bull. "Junior Brother."

"Yes?"

"You’re strange."

Little Bull smiled. "Thank you."

The disciple did not know whether that was supposed to be a compliment. By the time they finished, nearly six hours had passed.

The two disciples stretched. "Lunch."

Little Bull immediately looked interested.

They were preparing to leave when a strange sound echoed through the forest.

"SQUEEEEE!"
