Beastmaster of the Ages

Chapter 3712 - Willing to Die for You

Chapter 3712 - Willing to Die for You

"Benefactor, we appreciate your kindness and grace! However, we’re all afflicted by heavenly shackles and treated as slaves. All of us have family and friends who are still suffering, so we have no right to spend our days in freedom," the great elder, Long Kui, regretfully said. The ten thousand dragonoids were all resolute about not leaving this place and abandoning their responsibilities.

"Great Elder, Big Sis, Big Bro said that he wouldn't take us to the Lower Star Ruins. Instead, we're going to a new home near this Middlekin Star Ruin! You can cultivate and come back to this Middlekin Star Ruin anytime you want! He needs our help!" Long Chen impatiently said.

"What?"

"There's nothing other than the Midsky Tristars near this Middlekin Star Ruin. The nearest fortuna-class world that isn’t one of those three is really far away! Only a ship with access to the wormhole expressway, like the Blazestar and Scorchmoon, can reach them!" What Long Chen had said was completely out of the limits of their common sense.

"Is that true?" Long Qian, however, took Tianming's offer seriously.

"Gentleman's honor. I mean what I said," Tianming replied.

"So we'll just go somewhere nearby and can return whenever we choose?" Long Qian asked again to confirm.

"That's right!"

"What do you need us to do?" Long Qian was a decisive person at her core. The fate of millions of dragonoids rested on her decision, so she had to make sure there was no hesitation in her decision.

"I need middlekin stars," Tianming openly said.

"So we get you middlekin stars and you offer us a home?" When Long Qian said that, the ten thousand dragonoids all turned and looked at Tianming.

"Not just that. My goal is to emancipate all five million of you," Tianming said.

"Why?" everyone asked.

"Once you come to my home, you'll know why! To put it simply, the same blood flows within our veins."

The dragonoids looked at each other, perplexed, before finally settling their gaze on Lan Huang.

"Alright, we've decided to work with you," Long Qian said, stretching out her fist before Tianming. The fist seemed as large as a mountain to him, given the size difference.

"Here's to a good working relationship!" Tianming bumped her fist with his own.

"As expected of the foundationeer that managed to kill overflowers. Your energy’s powerful," Long Qian remarked.

"It's not too bad! It’s just my level that still needs some catching up," Tianming said.

"The purer energy in the Upper Star Ruin will accelerate the growth of your order. However, you came from the Lower Star Ruins, so there’s still the question of whether or not you'll be able to become a cosmic god."𝙛𝒓𝓮𝒆𝔀𝒆𝙗𝓷𝒐𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝓶

"Well, that's a worry for the future. We should first focus on the present!" And by that, Tianming meant the middlekin stars and the fortuna-class Sun. The others believed in Long Qian's judgment and fully committed to the cooperation.

"This ship’s amazing!" When they finally relaxed, they flooded into the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb and behaved like country bumpkins who were in the big city for the first time, staring at and touching everything that stood out to them in the ship.

"How could it not be after defeating the Scorchmoon and Blazestar back-to-back?"

"I have a feeling that even the Wargod Cult's ship, the Wargod, wouldn't be able to defeat this ship either."

"Everyone, do Sis Qianqian and Brother Tianming mean that we'll be able to use this ship in our fights from now on?"

"That sounds about right!"

"Wow! That’s awesome! All we lacked back then was a good divine astralship. We couldn't travel as we pleased and kept having to escape from bombardment!"

"With this ship, we'll be able to come and go as we please. We can seal off the halls that the Three Great Cults established on the different astral continents, coming and going like ghostly presences! We'll also be able to transport more middlekin stars with every raid!"

It was like giving a tiger a pair of wings. Before, the dragonoids had been powerful enough, but didn't have a proper stronghold or ship. It was like someone without a house or car! But then Tianming came along and offered them a castle and a huge tank. Their eyes were filled with hopes and dreams.

Eventually, everyone and everything in the Dragonsburrow had been moved into the ship. It might not be much, but it was their home. As the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb could easily move around, it was like the dragonoids had found a moving fortress. They were in a much safer situation than before.

Seeing her kin finally able to relax in comfort, Long Qian felt much more relieved as well. "Thank you, Tianming."

"Sister Qian, no need for thanks. You’ll eventually come to understand that this is just what I should be doing," Tianming resolutely said.

"Alright! If you’re able to free all five million of us one day and give us a home, then the ten thousand of us here will be willing to die for you without any regrets!"

"Those are some heavy words. At this point, I don’t want any of you to die now that we've finally embarked on the same journey together."

As there was a lot of intertwined history between both sides, their cooperative relationship was able to get off to a quick start. All it seemed to take was a look of confidence. Tianming quite enjoyed the feeling of being understood without having to explicitly spell things out; it was a bond of honor and trust, words were unnecessary.

"What's the ship called?" Long Qian respectfully asked.

"The Ninedragon Imperial Tomb. But to others, it might as well be called the Sunfarer." There was a chance that the original name of the ship would draw some undue attention from the elites of the Eightpart Pantheon.

"The Sunfarer?" Long Qian pondered the name.

"That's right! Your new home is called the Sun," Tianming said.

"The Sun.... Got it!" She nodded with a look of renewed hope. The discovery of the Dragonsburrow by enemy forces had almost ruined all her hard work, yet Tianming had shown up during their darkest hour.

"Let's depart!" Tianming exclaimed.

"The Sun!" The dragonoids were all excited at hearing the name of their new home. After having been enslaved for so long and needing to hide near the Middlekin Star Ruin, they had yearned for a place to call home for far too long.

It used to be our shared ancestral home, Tianming thought. There were far too many people like them in this world who were waiting to be given such a hope, and Tianming was coming. The hope he brought with him was far more potent than what the flameyellow divinities ever could have imagined. Not only was he a fusion of the sky plunderer and flameyellow bloodlines, but he had also obtained the legacies of the Primordial God-Emperor and Primordial Chaos Beasts! Not to mention, he had Feiling, Lingfeng, Qingyu, Moran, Zi Zhen, and Wudi by his side.

"Let's go home!" Many dragonoids teared up at the words. However, none of them expected that an annoying fly would appear at that precise moment!
