Chapter 4496 - Mu Qingqing's Main Body

Tianming converted chaotic power to ordered power within the pathway and awakened the ten streams of order within his body. Once more, he felt the power coming from countless strands of omnisentient threads awakening within him.

He turned to look at the nervous yet silent Mu Qingqing and asked, "Did your main body not break through yet? Why has there been no activity at all?"

Her expression didn't change at all, but Tianming could feel the worry in her gaze intensifying. She smiled at him warmly and said, "Perhaps you'll be able to see my main body the next time we meet."

"Sounds good." Tianming didn't mind it too much. He did feel that something was off with her, but he couldn't waste time to speculate given the urgency of the situation in the Realm of Order. "Let's go!"

He flew back towards the Flameyellow Imperial Star. Mu Qingqing watched as he disappeared into the distance. Then, the smile on her face faded away, replaced by a look of deep worry. She quickly left the pathway and returned to Nullity.

Soon, she saw Li Muyang, Li Tianzi and Wei Jing who had come after hearing the news. All the sky plunderers were there save for Tianming. Wei Jing and Mu Qingqing were wives of sky plunderers, so they were considered part of the same clan too.

"Has he left?" Li Muyang asked.

"Yes," Mu Qingqing said.

"They already made their move. What should have come will eventually come after all," Wei Jing said with a sigh.

The atmosphere was rather heavy. They headed to Plunderlord Palace and headed to the depths of Nullity. Soon, they reached the deep vortex of Nullity's energy source where the Skyplunder Ark was located. It was a building that looked like a divine astralship of the sky plunderers. Li Muyang had brought Tianming there before to allow him to complete his Skypierce Finger by swallowing three kilooptic beasts to unlock Skylightsteal.

The four of them went deeper into the ark and reached a secret room. The doors gradually opened for them, revealing a seemingly lifeless corpse of a cosmic god. The corpse had already lost all its luster and had no trace of astral power remaining, a sign that the cosmic god had died long ago. It looked like nothing more than a hollow shell of rock.
