Beastmaster of the Ages

Chapter 4565 - Disappearance

Chapter 4565 - Disappearance

Tianming’s cosmoforce was quickly converted into chaotic power. His ten orders, which had just surged, went silent.

When he left the passage and arrived in Nullity’s sky, the countless Yin Chen units that had lain dormant across the realm awakened in waves.

Moments later, Tianming frowned slightly as Yin Chen still could not find Li Muyang and the others. “My father, mother, my brother, and Mu Qingqing... all four of them are gone?”

At this time, Imperator Cheng, Imperator Feng, and figures like Sage Xing and Sage Chen were still within the Skyplunder Capital. Tianming had Yin Chen contact them.

Inside a palace in the city, Jiang Cheng was drinking with Li Yanfeng, and they were discussing the same matter.

When Yin Chen appeared, both imperatores grew solemn.

“Not long ago, I was still in contact with them,” Jiang Cheng said in a low voice. “But recently, all four have disappeared. No one knows where they went, and they told us nothing.”

Li Yanfeng took a sip of wine and frowned. “If even Lord Chen couldn’t find them, then they are probably no longer on Nullity.”

Yin Chen asked quickly, “Did they... ever mention... going anywhere?”

The two exchanged a glance and shook their heads.

“They said nothing,” Li Yanfeng replied. “Only spoke of the threat of the Aeternal Beings. They never mentioned leaving. It’s strange for them to vanish like this.”

Jiang Cheng said gravely, “It may indeed be related to the Aeternal Beings. Tianming, call on us if you need anything.”

Outside the starcage, Tianming listened in through Yin Chen, feeling both anxious and moved.

He understood this likely involved the Aeternal Beings. At that level, even imperatores could not help. Forcing their involvement would only lead to needless death.

So he chose to search on his own.

“But where did they go? And how is it connected to the Aeternal Beings?” A rising sense of unease filled him.

Yin Chen's bodies fully awakened. From Torch Dragon, Aquamarine, Vermilion Bird, and Violetblitz regions to the Yueling Starcage, countless units moved at top speed.

Yet after a long search, no trace of the four was found anywhere.

Tianming grew even more tense.

Ying Huo flew out from his hand, looking worried. “Kid, do you remember what Shen Wu said before she died?”

Tianming nodded grimly. “She said I would soon lose contact with my family in the Realm of Chaos.”

Even his lifebound beasts were worried. Though Ying Huo had once been bullied by Li Tianzi’s similar beast, they had later fought side by side. A bond had formed.

“We finally surpassed them. They better not die now,” Ying Huo said irritably.

“Or you just can’t wait to show off in front of them?” Meow Meow said lazily.

“Don’t tell me you don’t want that either,” Ying Huo shot back.

Xian Xian appeared and smiled. “Of course I do. That smoky world tree once shielded me. Now it’s my turn to show how strong I am.”

Ying Huo magnanimously waved a wing. “Then hurry up and find them. If Little Chen succeeds, I’ll let you bathe for ten thousand years!”

Yin Chen chuckled. “Will you... bathe me?”

“Get lost,” Ying Huo said in disgust.

Yin Chen continued searching. It soon uncovered a clue.

“Someone mentioned... seeing the... Skyplunder imperial... son at... Yueling Starcage.”

“Yueling Starcage?” Tianming’s eyes sharpened. “Then that’s our next stop.”

Most of the dazzling radiances in the Realm of Chaos had already been taken, leaving only the portion within the Yueling Starcage.

Bai Ye appeared above his head. “Could they have gone there to retrieve it for us and run into trouble?”

Tianming shook his head. “Not sure. Any more information?”

Yin Chen replied, “Nothing more.”

“It must have happened some time ago. Let’s go.” Tianming moved quickly, urgency driving him forward.

According to Yin Chen, someone had seen Li Tianzi there, but the details were unclear. It had only been casual talk.

As for earlier events, Yin Chen had been dormant then and knew nothing.

Soon, Tianming arrived at the Yueling Starcage. It was a standard imperial-class world, nearly ten times smaller than the current sun.

In the Realm of Chaos, starcages’ energy was contained in an inward-spiraling structure. The Yueling Starcage glowed with a faint blue light, quiet and tranquil.

But Tianming had no time to appreciate the view and plunged straight in.

Many Yin Chen units had already relocated there, covering the entire starcage.

Chaos still reigned following the deaths of the four female imperatores. No one had come out on top yet, and not even the starsource had let Yueling Hong suppress the rival forces.

Primocosmic gods no longer under the thumb of the imperatores rose up as warlords, each claiming territory and eyeing the starsource, hoping to become the next ruler.

Tianming ignored it all.

Yin Chen quickly pointed him to where scattered dazzling radiances remained. However he got a warning.

“Looks like... a trap.”

Tianming’s expression hardened. “If it’s a trap, then it’s connected to them. Let’s go.”
