Chapter 4590 - Number Six
He would test out the combat aspects later. First, he needed to explore the limits of the constellation.
Tianming parted from his lover's embrace and said, "Little Fish, take a look at me closely while I test some things out."
"Okay," Moran said with an obedient nod. She proceeded to stare at him without blinking.
The moment Tianming used his cosmic constellation, the bottomless holes that were all across his middlekin astrons sucked in all the light and energy around him. His entire body of seventy thousand meters vanished before Moran without a single trace! She was quite shocked at witnessing it unfold.
Tianming maintained his hidden state and released Ying Huo and the rest. They had also been hidden when they were fused with him, but when Ying Huo left the fused state, it turned into a brilliant-red phoenix.
Ying Huo gave Moran a troubled look. "Can you see me? Damn, the stealth doesn't work once we leave the body. This sucks!"
Meow Meow gave Ying Huo a lazy look. "Why would you need to hide? What are you up to?"
Ying Huo radiated as much righteousness it could muster. "I have only the purest of intentions. Don't sully my good reputation with your lecherous imagination."
Xian Xian's spiritform appeared with a disdainful look. "Cat Bro didn't even say anything lecherous. That's a self-report!"
Ying Huo froze. As for Moran, it was quite weird to see the beasts appear one after another from seemingly nowhere.
"So, my beasts are also hidden, but only as long as they're fused with me." This was quite a regrettable result. If the lifebound beasts could also enter stealth on their own, it would be even more advantageous for them.
"So, my middlekin astrons aren't able to cover the beasts that leave my body. I'm guessing that wonders and totems are also the same."
Tianming immediately tested it out, deploying his decapath era godswords and grand lexicon wonder. Then, he activated his cosmic constellation, but found that he was unable to hide them. The bottomless suction power of his middlekin astrons simply couldn't hide the things that were separate from his body.
"Then again, it does work with the Grand-Orient Sword to some extent." Tianming tried to cover his sword with his middlekin astrons and managed to mask it entirely, down to its presence.
Moran said, "I can still sense a very faint hint from the sword, but only the slightest bit. Nobody will be able to react to a surprise attack unless they're expecting one and fully focused on catching it."
Tianming sighed. "At the end of the day, this won't work on things that are too far away from me. It won't even work fully on the things I hold."
"It's already pretty impressive. This might give you an unexpected edge against the four Number Monsters."
Tianming nodded. "True. Come out with me and help me test its combat capabilities. I only need you to defend."
"Okay."

Outside the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb above the Flameyellow Imperial Star were layers of crimson clouds, through which a few mountain peaks could be seen. Moran was there alone, but she instantly conjured up billions of wonders to form a fully defensive wonder formation.
The wonders from Imperator Shen could be vaguely seen within among various other defensive implements, the many defensive stone gates especially. All of them surrounded her body densely from all directions, building a fortress of absolute safety around her.
Even Tianming wouldn't have an easy time breaking through the collection of the most elite defensive wonders that the wonderians had to offer. That was why it was safe for him to go all out against her.
He maintained his cosmic constellation and wrapped his sword in a layer of middlekin astrons, remaining out of sight from most people who weren't closely observing. Then, he launched all sorts of attacks, using Ninefirm Starfall Exorcism's three strikes. They landed on the major defensive wonder formation, sending ripples across it.
As he hadn't used his omnisentient power, he didn't strike with full force. Then again, it didn't really matter when they were just testing out stealth. Tianming unleashed tens of strikes soon enough with different levels of cosmic arts. The results ended up surprisingly delightful.
"There's no trace of me at all even when I use cosmic arts. The only time when minor spatial ripples can be detected is when I fight intensely."
Tianming was overjoyed at the immense stealth capabilities of his cosmic constellation. Being able to remain in stealth even while attacking allowed him to mess around with his enemies until they perished. People might not even know what got them.
Moran was greatly stunned by the outcome. She had felt attacks coming from all directions, yet she had no idea where Tianming had struck from. She couldn't even feel any trace of his presence. The only thing she detected was a few spatial ripples when Tianming used the greatest amount of force he could muster. It gave away his location, but didn't reveal his presence in the slightest. This cosmic constellation is far too powerful!
Without warning, an unexpected figure carrying a massive coffin came flying during the tests. It was none other than Wudi. "Daughter-in-law, what are you doing here? Why does it look like you're being hit?"
Wudi looked around, confused about why there wasn't anybody else there. Yet, he could clearly feel Moran's wonder formation being attacked. "What kind of dastardly foe is this? Are you one of the Number Monsters? Number Six? Come to me, coffin!"
He couldn't bear to see his daughter-in-law get beat up any longer and fused with the coffin and Uncle Tai Xu into a massive half-million-meter-tall giant of metal!
"Let me hold him back! You should go inform Tianming about this!" Wudi immediately proceeded to taunt and mock the enemy in an attempt to buy time.
Tianming, still hidden, was absolutely floored by this sight. His lifebound beasts were just as surprised.
