This was easier said than done; their fantasy was shattered again.

“They hide deep in the darkness.” Goldsilver said softly.

They witnessed Li Qiye’s power, but taking down this alliance was still no easy task.

“Gu Chun’s Dark Realm is the pillar right now for them.” Six-foot Monarch said.

“Bam.” Li Qiye smiled and raised his hand, causing the overlords to land before him.

The gruesomely injured overlords couldn’t move an inch, completely helpless.

The defenders watched with bated breath, amazed at the result of Li Qiye’s monstrous ability.

“Give us a swift death.” Primal Eagle said.

“That’s a tough ask since you have nothing I want.” Li Qiye shook his head.

The overlords found themselves to be worthless before him.

“Speak, who is this immortal?” Li Qiye asked.

They didn’t answer.

“Still keeping a secret?” Li Qiye smiled.

“If we tell you, we won’t survive after leaving here.” Primal Eagle said.

“Aren’t you too naive for an overlord? None of you is leaving this place alive.” Li Qiye shook his head.

“It’s just death, we have nothing to tell you.” Dark Emissary said.

“Sigh, it is truly too easy to become an overlord in this world, even a fool can become one. Death isn’t the worst thing that can happen.” Li Qiye said: “In fact, it can be the best outcome in certain scenarios. I suppose it’s a matter of pride, right?”

He spoke calmly and even softly. Alas, it sent chills down the listeners' spines.

“What do you want to know?” Primal Eagle asked, hoping to avoid an ugly death.

“Tell me about this immortal.” He said.

Grand-foot was one of the four immortals of Devouring Abyss. Due to his old age, many considered him to be the progenitor of the big foots.

Not counting Immortal Emperor Gu Chun who was a primordial immortal, the three messengers were the darkest beings in Stygian.
