The old man came over and sat down, staring at Li Qiye.

“It’s time.” Li Qiye sighed.

He closed his eyes and the two old men fused into one - a more radiant being.

“Incredible, a mortal reaching this level, truly unimaginable.” The new being stared at Li Qiye and said.

“No need to imagine, you have my memories now.” Li Qiye sat down and said.

“Heaven and earth are like a chick, you are as well.” He said after observing Li Qiye.

“Surpassed is correct.” Li Qiye smiled.

“When I was born, I never thought a miracle such as yourself would happen.” He said.

“The world belongs to all living beings, they’re the miracles, not the high heaven or the dao mysteries that are just the norm.” Li Qiye said.
