Awakening The Only SSS-Rank Class! Now Even Dragons Obey Me

Chapter 549: Killing Players

The three exchanged looks. Their faces were now filled with doubt and uncertainty, far more than before. They finally realized that their enemy was far stronger than they had ever imagined.

If things continued like this, they would definitely lose. They regretted not bringing the others along. In fact, they had more members, but the rest had stayed behind at the temple to prevent any sudden attacks.

They had never thought that even if something went wrong, anything could possibly threaten all three of them at once. But clearly, they were wrong.

"How about we each take a step back?" Allen said through gritted teeth, his eyes fixed on Daniel.

They were now certain they had no chance of victory in this battle. Even if, by some miracle, they managed to win, it would come at an unbearable cost.

This man hadn't shown a single sign of weakness or fatigue since the fight began. More importantly, there was still another one whose whereabouts were unknown.

Crin had claimed that the other one wasn't that strong, but how could they be sure his words were true? There was a good chance he was wrong.

What if that person was hiding, waiting for the perfect moment to strike?

"I warned you. Now it's too late." Daniel dismissed them with mockery. He could read the thoughts of these fools; if he spared them, they would only attack him again the moment they got the chance.

And at that very instant, he vanished.

[Bloody Shadow Dance]

His shadow split into a thousand fragments. Ever since reaching Rank A, he had realized that his control over his abilities had increased dramatically. He could now use them in multiple ways.

The three enemies looked around, but there was nothing, only darkness.

Laura shouted loudly, "Don't split up!"

But right then, a voice came from behind her.

"Too late."

Daniel's sword pierced through her back.

[Strike of Destruction]

The aura of destruction, combined with the law of death, penetrated her bones.

Just one strike. A single moment of silence.

Laura's body froze instantly. Her lips parted as if to speak, but before she could even take a breath, the wave of death consumed her body.

Her skin turned to ash, her eyes sank in, and in the next second, nothing remained but dust.

Allen screamed, "LAAAAURA!" But even his voice didn't echo in the void.

Unfortunately, he couldn't afford to care about her life anymore. Even his own was in grave danger, and if he didn't act soon, he'd die too.

Crin raised his hands furiously.

[Gravity Break]

The gravitational field exploded. Space trembled, and an overwhelming pressure crashed down on Daniel like a mountain.

But Daniel simply raised his head and smiled.

"Gravity power? Interesting… but useless." He laughed. Gravity might be powerful, but it had no effect on him.

After all, he could control gravity himself through the Law of the Moon. So wasn't this attack utterly worthless against him?

Besides, with his current strength, he didn't even need to rely on the Law of the Moon to deal with it.

He slowly raised his sword. The aura of death around him began to swirl like a black vortex.

His eyes gleamed

[Eyes of Destruction]

Two dark beams shot out from his eyes, moving at a speed beyond comprehension, straight toward Crin.

Crin shouted and raised his energy shield, but the beams tore through it like paper and struck his chest.

A piercing scream, then silence. Crin collapsed to the ground, gasping for breath, steam rising from his burnt body.

But he was still alive, half-burned, trembling, and filled with terror. He completely regretted everything he had said. If he had known this man was such a monster, he would've run away without hesitation.

Why would such a creature appear on the third floor of the Tower? Was this the true level of a "Hell difficulty"? Was that why people said conquering this floor was impossible?

Now he finally understood how foolish and short-sighted they had been. From the very beginning, they never had a chance to conquer this floor. And now, they were going to die.

Allen, shaking with rage, raised his spear. Golden light swirled around his body, shining like the sun within the darkness.

"Damn you, monster!"

[Divine Spear Ascension]

His spear extended for tens of meters and shot straight toward Daniel.

Daniel gripped his sword with both hands, and just as the spear reached him, the darkness around him burst outward.

[Demonic Twilight Shield]

An explosion of light and shadow followed, the sound of their clash was like the shattering of the world itself.

But when the light faded…

Allen stared at Daniel in disbelief. The Sword of Death had pierced through the shield, through divine energy itself, stopping just in front of his throat.

"The fact that you've lasted this long is an achievement on its own," Daniel whispered.

The sword moved.

Just one slash.

Blood scattered through the air and instantly turned into black particles.

Allen fell silently, his eyes still open, filled with nothing but disbelief and terror.

Crin crawled backward in panic. His breathing was rapid, his face covered in ash and blood.

"You… you're not human…!"

"Unfortunately for you, I am human. I'm just not from your world."

He stepped forward slowly, and the space around him rippled.

His death aura fell over Crin's body, and a suffocating pressure filled his lungs.

"Wait… you want to destroy the temple, right? We won't stop you! We'll even help—!" Crin begged.

But Daniel cut him off.

"Silence."

His eyes gleamed again.

[Death Roar]

A mental wave of death tore into Crin's mind. A silent scream escaped his throat, his body convulsed, and he felt his consciousness collapse.

Daniel stood there, watching him indifferently. The void grew quiet, but the air still reeked of death.

He had already killed one of them. This one was on the verge of death, and the last one was barely clinging to life.

However, before Daniel could finish him off, a sudden surge of danger struck him, an overwhelming sense that death itself was approaching.
